Ladd's lover and fiancée. She is fair-haired and beautiful, despite sporting a somewhat vacant (albeit serene) expression. She is completely devoted to Ladd and is likely a masochist, as she seems to take pleasure in his promise that he will be the one to kill her.  She is completely devoted to Ladd, who says that "after everyone else, the last one he will kill will be her". She was present on the Flying Pussyfoot incident, where Ladd sacrificed a hand to save her.  Lua is very calm and gentlewoman-like, and her love for Ladd is pure as she would put her life in danger for his sake.   ~!In the original light novels, Ladd mentions to Firo while in jail that Lua enjoys putting together blank jigsaw puzzles and painting a picture on them once they are completed. However, she breaks them and blankly laughs at them afterwords.!~

Satori Azuma, a first-year high school student (that is, in the anime), is the fifth and the last person to join the Kendo Club. She is very talented in kendo. However, she is very bad with her studies despite her diligence, which is why she decided to quit kendo after middle school--in order to concentrate on her studies. It is revealed her glasses are fake; she thought she would get smarter by wearing them. Due to the fact that she is rather na&iuml;ve, she is tricked by Miyako Miyazaki into joining the club, thinking that Kendo will help her improve her studies. Sei bears the title of Dragon King of the East, or "Ryuuou", and is often called "Ryuu-dono" as an honorific. He also bears the titles: prosecutor of the east and young emissary. He controls the night of Hong Kong and the Special Zone, protecting Red Blood and Black Blood. He's a direct descendent of a chaotic bloodline. Sei also created the barrier and implemented the restrictions that protects the Special Zone. His eyes are the "switch" for opening and closing the barrier. When he opens his eyes, the barrier opens, and vice-versa. He can turn into an enormous golden dragon made of pure energy. Before the start of the story, Sei's appearance looked that of a person in his low twenties. Sometime in the past 10 years, he was reborn as a young child. Even though he was reborn into such a cute state (as Jirou puts it), Sei is serious and is one of the most powerful vampires in the story, which makes him highly respected. He could easily make a vampire uneasy with his powerful aura. He also has an older sister called the Dark Princess of the North.

She is a Minatsuki Saya look alike who apears in the episode ''The Napping Cat''. According to the story her family was moved to some distant mountains for saving their child who would according to their prediction will destroy their race. She reminded Train of Saya,and she could sing the song ''Konoyo No Uta'' as well.

Mei-ling was afraid of her power when her innocence activated whilst telling the fortune of one of the townspeople, she became afraid of touching her crystal ball after and refused to tell fortunes ever again. Her grandfather, concerned for her sanity, both decided to throw the crystal ball into the lake, her innocence fragment became berserk and caused the water to recede which causing a drought throughout the town.        At first she was afraid of becoming an exorcist because she foresaw her own future full of blood and violence.  However when she learnt of her power with the help of Lenalee, she decided to become an exorcist to protect her friends.    When Mei-Ling uses her power she becomes increasingly tired.  Lulu Bell took advantage of this weakness and destroyed her innocence on her way to meet up with a Finder. 

Xaki&#039;s somewhat catlike apprentice. She is quite a flake, and often forgets her assignments. As seen in some parts of the anime, she is also quite klutzy, but agile when she needs to be. She manages to befriend both Takeya and his little sister Natsuki. She always ends her sentences with her trademark nonsense syllable &quot;nii&quot;. 

Laura is the original dragon Ravum (Raum) and Sakaki&#039;s dragon counterpart. He treats her coldly as she resembles the daughter he lost in the ISDA shuttle crash. She initially remains hidden in Sakaki&#039;s apartment, but works with him to capture other dragons a year later. Though he treats her like a tool, she remains completely loyal to him. She wears a mechanical suit for battle, and possesses the stigmata.

During the Raira Academy entrance exam, Harima Mika sits between Mikado and Seiji and falls in love with Seiji. She immediately begins collecting information about him. Later Seiji saves Mika and Anri from a gang of bullies. Mika then starts to stalk Seiji.   ~!The day before school starts Mika breaks into Seiji's apartment and discovers Celty's head. Seiji hits her with a baseball bat (smashes her head against the wall in the anime) and calls his sister Namie, she disposes Mika's body and later on arranges plastic surgery on Mika's face to make her look like Celty's head.  In vol.7, she reveals to Namie that she has tapped almost everyone even slightly connected to Seiji, i.e. Mikado, Anri, Masaomi and even Izaya. She now knows miniscule details about the main on-goings in Ikebukuro regarding these people, from basics like Mikado's, Anri's and Masaomi's identities, Izaya's handle name in the chatroom, to more obscure businesses like the incident with Vorona and Slon, and even Mikado joining force with Aoba. According to Mika, this is due to her wish to protect Seiji and get him out of troubles, should he feel obliged to do something for the others out of gratitude for what they have done for him. This makes her the one who knows the most in the story, second to Izaya (or possibly surpassing Izaya). Only Izaya seems to know about this.  Mika also has plans to find Celty's head.  !~

Lisanna is the younger sister of both Elfman and Mirajane, and is also a member of Fairy Tail, like her siblings her magic is take over. Her member stamp was on her upper left shoulder and now is on Left Thigh.   ~!It is also very possible that Lisanna, Elfman and Mirajane operated in a three man group similar to Shadow Gear. She lost her life while trying to revert Elfman after his full-body Take Over went awry. He quickly lost control of himself and went on a rampage. Lisana gave her life trying to calm him down and stop his rampage. How she actually was able to do this is unknown. The mental and emotional trauma that Elfman and Mirajane both experienced after Lisana's death crippled their powers considerably. Mirajane lost her S-class rank and has not fought since. Elfman suffered major emotional damage and was incapable to cast his full body takeover spell for some time. When he did try casting it, a flashback to Lisana caused him to lose concentration. When Lisanna was younger, she seemed to be very kind like Elfman and unlike Mirajane. She wanted to help Natsu Dragneel raise an unknown egg to see what comes out of it, being a little more knowledgeable in it then Natsu. After seeing a softer side of the usually flamboyant Natsu, she stated that he was a lot like her sister and joked that perhaps later she should become his bride which predictably freaked him out. It is shown that while the Earth Land version of Lisanna is deceased, the Edoras version of Lisanna is still alive. Like her Earth land counterpart, she seems just as friendly and caring, as seen when she scolds Lucy for bullying Natsu and tells Jet and Droy not to pick on Elfman. When Natsu and Happy see her they both shed tears and tried to hug her in joy, this freaked her out. She doesn't seem to have the massive crush her Earth Realm counterpart has on Natsu.!~   ~!In chapter 199, it is told that the Earth Realm Lisanna was sucked into Edoras and didn't die. After she was taken back to the Earthland by the reverse anima. She was found by PantherLily and taken to Natsu and the others. There she explained everything to them and go back to the Fairy Tail Guild!~

Peppo meets Albert during the festival on Luna, and seduces him per Vampa's orders to kidnap him, although Peppo feels mercy toward him when the plan suceeds.   ~!Albert plans to meet him again until the Count reveals that "she" is a boy. When Albert returns to Paris, Peppo becomes a maid in the Morcerf household and continues to fluster Albert. The name "Peppo" may be derived from the poem "Beppo" by Byron, who may have been the inspiration for the names of other characters such as Haydee.!~
