Uryuu Ishida&#039;s father. He also knows the way of the Quincy and was one of the most powerful but he finds it a waste of time. 

Shawlong has a long face, and black hair braided and usually hanging over his shoulder. What remains of his mask is on the top of his head, but a portion drops down covering part of his face. The eye holes in this mask are just slots in the mask. He wears typical arrancar clothes: a white jacket with black lining, a white hakama, and a black sash. He seems to be one of the few arrancar that actually zips his jacket most of the way up. As a result, the hole by which hollows are characterized, is not visible on Shawlong.      Shawlong is arrancar number 11, but this does not mean he is the 11th most powerful. Arrancar numbered 11 and above are numbered in the order of their birth, then the top 10 are removed, given numbers 1-10, and called Espada. Therefore, the true extent of his power is unknown, it is simply known that he is not one of the ten most powerful arrancar.      Shawlong is unique in the arrancar we have seen so far, as he seems to be highly intelligent. He acts in a manner that implies he is the next in command to Grimmjow, during their assault on the material world. He seems to have been a major influence on the idea to go to the material world in the first place, judging by statements made during Grimmjow's argument with Ulquiorra. He claimed that if someone is not worth killing, it is also meaningless to let them live; fueling Grimmjow's argument that Uliquiora should have just killed Ichigo Kurosaki.

He is the lieutenant (Vice-Captain) of the 1st Division. He is the least seen of all the lieutenants. During scenes of Head Captain Yamamoto in his office, Sasakibe acts more like a secretary and door guard than a lieutenant. In omake scenes, he is shown to have a penchant for tea.    ~!According to records, Sasakibe was able to master his Bankai before Juushirou Ukitake and Shunsui Kyouraku did. He did not participate in battles and did not use his Bankai in front of others in the entire existence of the Gotei 13 and was sometimes insulted because of perceived weakness. He declined to act as a substitute captain when a position as captain became vacant due to his loyalty to Captain-Commander Yamamoto.   At the beginning of The Thousand-Year Blood War arc Sasakibe is attacked by Vandenreich members. During this battle he used a bankai for the very first time in his life. However, his bankai gets stolen and Sasakibe is killed. Before his death he reveals this secret to Yamamoto. His face is lined by large scars in the left side of his chin and across his right eye. Despite his aged appearance, Baraggan is quite stocky and muscular, especially when compared to the other Espada, and when standing (albeit with the slouch of an elderly person) he is of a fair size. He wears a regal white leather coat with black fur lining; he has short sleeves and three black fur stripes running along the bottom. He also wears a golden wrist band on both wrists and a belt which consists of three thick chains attached to a large metal disk with a sun emblem. His overall appearance is like that of a barbarian lord (of Viking origin). The location of his Espada tattoo is unknown as well as the location of his Hollow hole. The remnants of his Hollow mask take the form of a five pointed crown just above his forehead. 

Also known as Claude or Cloud, Kuroud is a bespectacled man with a mustache and two-tone hair color (black to the right, yellow to the left). He wears a gray top hat, multi-colored suit and tie, as well as dark brown boots, giving him an appearance similar to a circus manager. His plushie body is a rabbit-esque purse. He is partnered with Orihime Inoue. He has the ability to shapeshift, and can replicate the abilities of others when he does so (although he can't replicate the power levels of said abilities). He is somewhat cowardly and is terrified of snakes. His longwindedness and actions often provide comic relief. He is also somewhat perverted, like Kon, or at the very least is thankful for the opportunity to be held by attractive women (being a purse helps in this regard). Kagine-sensei is a high school physical education teacher at Karakura High School. He's muscular, severe and very strict. He was very angry when Ichigo runned to Don Kanonji on TV transmission. He was angry too, because Rukia, Orihime, Tatsuki, Keigo, Mizuiro and Yasutora Sado didn't stop Ichigo Kurosaki. When Rukia Kuchiki started crying, he was touched - this enably all to escape the room - this pissed of Kagine. In the anime during the Bount saga, Kagine makes another appearence talking to the students about sports.

20th seat of the 9th Division (position he shares with 15 other Shinigami).     He is a lecherous leader of a squad trying to find the intruders in Soul Society. He unwittingly allows two of the intruders, Orihime Inoue and Uryū Ishida, to get away with posing as Shinigami in his squad. He tries to hit on Orihime, but stops when Uryū reminds him of his mission to capture the intruders. Toshimori, angered for being stopped by an unseated officer, threatens Uryū when another Shinigami of his squad calls for him. Instead of continuing with his threat, Toshimori tell Uryū he will finish this later, and then continues the search for the intruders. This will not happen as Uryū says that he and the others will be gone long before that could happen. 

Department head in the Research Institute tied to the 12th division.     He is a large man with a bulbous head and an extendable eyeball via a crank on his head. He was the one that originally discovered Rukia Kuchiki's unusual gigai. He was also present when the Research Institute discovered that Yammy and Ulquiorra had begun a small invasion on Karakura Town. 

One of the four guardians which guard the entrance to the Seireitei. He is the guardian of the Black Ridge Gate (Northern Gate). Sousuke Aizen hypnotized him and the two other guardians so he could use them to give trouble to Ichigo Kurosaki and his friends. However, he was stopped by Jidanbou Ikkanzaka. He is the only other gatekeeper beside Jidanbou to appear in the anime, though it was during the anime-only Bount arc. However, he is quickly dispatched by the Bounts Yoshi and Mabashi. The ominous ruler of the Holy Britannian Empire. A severe Social Darwinist who actively perpetuates inequality throughout his empire, forcing all living beings into conflict in order to create the strongest possible society; this outlook on the universal order extends to his children, his wife and pretty much everybody the Emperor has ever met or interacted with.  Disappointed in Lelouch's behaviour after the death of Marianne, he sends his son and daughter to Japan as political bargaining chips just prior to the invasion. It is these actions - the outcasting of the handicapped Nunnally and the subsequent invasion drives Lelouch to eventually rise up in rebellion against Britannia; his ultimate goal being to overthrow the Emperor and the institutions he has created.  The Emperor is also a mysterious figure. He has strange motivations of potentially epic scope involving C.C. and her people. Inklings of his greater machinations have been shown, but their full extent has not yet been revealed. However, they are nothing if not vastly Machiavellian, surrounding all manner of movements throughout the Britannian Empire, and standing poised to engulf it and even the entire world.

Tao Pai Pai is Tsuru-Sen&#039;nin&#039;s younger brother and a highly skilled assassin-for-hire. He is hired by the Red Ribbon Army in order to retrieve the Dragon Balls that Goku holds, and to kill him. He succeeds beating Goku and taking all, but one of his Dragon Balls, which saves Goku life from Tao&#039;s final strike. Tao Pai Pai returns three days later to retrieve the Dragon Ball. Goku, however, received special training from Karin during the three days, and proves to be far too strong for Tao. Tao tries to kill Goku with a grenade, but Goku deflects it straight back at him, greatly wounding him. Tao Pai Pai is rebuilt as a cyborg by his older brother, and competes in the 23rd Tenkaichi Bud?kai, brutally defeating Chaozu. He fights Tenshinhan next, and cuts his chest with a knife, leaving the warrior with a scar. Tenshinhan disarms and defeats him shortly after. Tao Pai Pai re-appears later in the anime during the Cell Games Saga. He also Resembles Lau Chan from Virtua Fighter

Jurgens is the captain of the military airborne battleship "Izumo". While he may seem like a dog of the military he is actually quite contemplative of his job. Jurgens also is nearly always at odds with Dominic Sorel, who uses the ship for transportation and always seems have a problem with the way Jurgens does things on his ship.

~!The Servant of Illya, he is a swarthy giant with adamantine skin and gross brawn. He wields a colossal stone Axe-Sword, and is capable of causing massive destruction with the mere backlash of his swings. As a Berserker, he was stripped of his sanity and reason, acting feral and animalistic in combat. Berserkers are praised as members of the "Strongest" class, though they are difficult to control. Illya, however, appears to have little trouble managing Berserker.!~   

He pledges his loyalty to Dorthy. He has done many experiments on human bodies in the hospital.

Millennion&#039;s founder and leader. He started the organization to protect his city and his &quot;Family&quot;. He developed a bond with Brandon early in the latter&#039;s career in Millenion, which resulted in Brandon giving up Maria to Big Daddy out of loyalty to the man and the organization.    ~!Big Daddy was killed by Harry out of jealousy and father of Mika . In the storyline of the video game, his health began to fail, leading Harry to use him as one of the first test subjects of the Necrolyzation process. Kenshiro's initial adversary in the series, Shin was Kenshiro's friend and rival, who was taught in the martial arts style of Nanto Seiken, specifically Nanto Koshuuken (南斗孤鷲拳) or "Lone Eagle Fist of the South Star", whose practitioners are able to pierce flesh with their bare fingers.  He had secretly fallen in love with Yuria, Kenshiro's lover and had slowly become insanely jealous. Jagi soon corrupted Shin, and convinced him to take Yuria for himself. Shin promptly challenged and defeated Kenshiro, then tried to convince Yuria to love him by wounding Kenshiro with his fingers, giving Kenshiro his distinctive seven scars in the shape of the Big Dipper. When Yuria finally gave in and said she loved him, Shin left Kenshiro for dead in the desert.  Shin went on to amass an army to steadily conquer the land, under his flag of "The Bloody Cross", in an attempt to fully win Yuria's love. Ultimately, in her honour he built the city of Southern Cross. However Yuria, because of Shin's cruelty and ruthlessness, and her love for Kenshiro, never gave Shin her love.  However, Kenshiro survived, and wandered the desert in search of Yuria. When he finally came face to face with Shin in the city of Southern Cross, he defeated Shin with the Hokuto Juuji Zan (北斗十字斬) or "Cross-Kill of the North Star", to kill Shin with his "Bloody Cross" emblem marked on his chest. However, Shin confessed that Yuria had seemingly leapt to her death and, preferring to die by his own hand than by Kenshiro's, followed her down.  Kenshiro took Shin's corpse and gave him a proper burial, saying that it was "because he loved the same woman as me".

Yuichi Tachibana is the boss of the gas station that Takumi worked in. An old friend of Bunta's and a racer in his youth, Yuichi acts like a father figure to the "Akina Speed Stars". It seems that he drives a black Toyota Chaser that is seen during some of Takumi's races that he watched, specifically the races against Nakazato's R32 and Ryosuke's FC3S.  (Source: Initial D Wiki)
