Setsuna, also known as &quot;Setsuna of the Moment of Dreams,&quot; is the Absolute Angel Claiomh Solais (Kurau Sorasu). She fights alongside Kyōshirō as his partner. Rarely expressing any emotion, she is a perfect beauty who does everything flawlessly, but seems to act solely based on Kyōshirō&#039;s orders and wishes, not her own will. Setsuna begins to grow jealous of Kyōshirō and Kū&#039;s closeness, but she holds back her feelings so as to not trouble Kyōshirō. When Kyōshirō confesses his love for Kū, however, Setsuna betrays her emotions for the first time. The class representative of 1-C, Ichijou is easily the most surreal character in the surreal world of Pani Poni.  She is inexplicably capable of breaking all physical laws in order to make a joke. Her power is used equally for good and for fun: sometimes she&#039;ll be the savior of the class, while at other times she only manages to exacerbate the situation. She is able to carry her youngest sister around in her pocket.    Ichijou is quite muted, using short sentences to express herself; she is also a master of the non sequitur. The class brushes off most of her odd behavior and abilities, simply chiming, &quot;Don&#039;t worry, about it.  It&#039;s Ichijou.&quot; She is one of two characters aware of the aliens observing the class.

Rachel used to be one of the popular girls in a clique with her friends. She partied with her obvious crush on Luke. Since she was dragged into midnight beatings on the monsters, her social life started to crumble. She always is getting in fights with her girlfriends, and she started hanging out less with Luke. Her friends have now started to turn on her.

Yukine is a second year student who hangs around in the library's reference room during lunchtime. She takes care of many newcomers from other schools who also happen to be delinquents - in particular, people who knew her brother. She's very kind, and avails [Tomoya](https://anilist.co/character/4606) and [Youhei](https://anilist.co/character/4610) an instruction book for magical spells for them to try.

Her brother is well known for being a delinquent, and this sometimes gets her into different situations involving the delinquents of the town. It is later revealed, in After Story, that her brother died and nobody knew that other than the group of people that reside on her brother's side. Yukine later helps reunite the members of opposite gangs, and they all end up being friends.!~

First making her escape with fellow classmate Kohta Hirano, she is the daughter of an influential Uyoku dantai politician and her family is deeply involved in Japan's politics. A self-proclaimed genius, Saya's knowledge, and deductive capabilities have allowed the group to escape from harm. She was among the first to conclude that "they" were attracted to only sound. Despite coming from a prestigious family she despises her parents whom she thought had given up on her in this crisis. It was before their escape from the mansion that she managed to make up with her parents. Other than Rei, she is the only one who has a history with Takashi Komuro since they were children and is assumed to having deeper feelings for him.  Slightly self-conscious, she detests the fact that people neither address her by her first name nor look her in the eyes while speaking. The younger of the Oribe twins, Hinano is also a third year high school student at Yukimi Meadows. She is the captain of the Kyūdō team, and is a very skilled archer. She is friends with Komaki Sakurai, having been rivals with her during school archery tournaments.  Unlike her sister (whom she always refers to as Ne-sama, the formal, respectful term for "big sister") Hinano is quite willowy, humble, and soft-spoken. She is shy and naïve around strangers, especially men; when they are introduced to the Magami Five through Komaki and Kyouko Touno, Hinano hides behind Yukino when Kyouichi tries talking to her. She is a devote Miko, often seen caring for the temple and those seeking its sanctuary.    The shrine maidens study with Ryuuzan Arai, and are well versed in battling demons and casting spells. They later come to the aid of the main characters when they are forced to fight against a possessed Aoi. After the battle with Kodzunu, the twins become major players throughout season two. Junpei Kousaka's childhood friend, until a misunderstanding happened over a friendship doll she made for him, she had believed he gave it away. However, he was just showing it around. After this incident, she had a strong rivalry with Junpei, and her sense of style changed (she wore abnormally dark make-up) but in the end, after a cat asked Junpei to thank the girl who had cared for him she went back to having a friendly relationship... Sort of. A running gag is the fact that she treats him like a slave, making him buy her cosmetics and such.

A young girl that had been a citizen of Neotopia since childhood. Throughout her childhood, Aisha would become friends with a boy by the name of Keith, along with Gale. Aisha and Keith would always want to remain independent in their actions - as to be void of the strict Neotopian rules, they would occasionally sit at night amongst glowing flowers that provide light to the sky, and hide out in their established stone monument. Gale, however, joined the military when told to, which changed his life to a high extent. Aisha later meets Noa, in which she and Keith treat them as their old friend, Gale. However, when Gale returns and relatively destroys the previous peaceful ways of Neotopia, Aisha is amongst a large conflict. After Gale is about to slash and kill Keith for destroying the newly established laws, Aisha jumped in the way and was fatally wounded. Aisha lives long enough to transport the terror stricken Noa out of Neotopia to a remote country.

Mogana Kikaijima is a freshman and later junior of Class 11. She is a member of the Swimming Club, and is later hired as the treasurer for [Medaka Kurokami](https://anilist.co/character/21794/Medaka-Kurokami)'s Student Council.

Korone is a Liladan (リラダン Riradan?), a race of androids, sent by the government to observe Akuto 24/7. She is usually emotionless and stolid, but occasionally curious when it comes to certain things. However, she does display human characteristics on occasion; particularly, she enjoys teasing Akuto, often doing ecchi things in front of him. She sleeps in a small storage closet in Akuto&#039;s dorm and has numerous firearms and other items stored inside her handbag, a sort of hammerspace. Korone has the ability to read other people&#039;s emotions and can detect an individual&#039;s mana levels. She, like all Liladans, can be temporarily deactivated by pulling a switch resembling a rabbit&#039;s tail located on her lower back. She starts having feelings for Sai.

Sera Rokudou is a senior student from the Aimafuchi High School in Adachi-ku, Tokyo. She  is a strange, docile girl who rarely speaks. She is found by Aoi Misato on the streets at night, being groped by an older man; showing no emotion, Sera simply wanders off after Aoi saves her.   However, they soon discover that Sera is the one behind recent mutilations, and she is actually infused with the same supernatural powers. Her energy manifests itself through slash scars on her wrists, which send garret-like strings of power flashing out and slicing anything in the vicinity. She seems crazy and excited when using her powers, but she is not in control of it. During their battle, she starts transforming into a demon, and the Magami kids are forced to kill her. But she's saved again by Aoi, who shows strong signs of having an odd healing power...  Afterwards, Sera loses her memory, and ends up living on the streets; although she still has power, she is no longer a threat, nor harbors any ill-will. She's befriended by a group of homeless men, including Alan Claude.

She has been ignoring Keima ever since he told her that there are 5012 games that are more fun than her lessons. ~!In the later chapter, she was revealed to be one of the partner of demon called 'Akari'. This might have been foreshadowed from the start of the series, as she always had collar around her neck like Keima.

Although she is a human and apparently borrowing all her abilities of capturing from [Akari](https://anilist.co/character/36075/Kurakawa-Akari), she is shown to be extremely powerful. She was able to capture level 4 spirit without a single difficulty even though it was not able to be handled by entire run-away spirit squad from the district.!~

Sen Tokugawa's loyal enforcer, she'll go to great lengths to protect the school and to catch her prey. Sometimes brash and always prideful, Hanzou takes her job very seriously and with the help of her followers, all as loyal as she is, they get the job done. She is also a skilled fighter, using her "power detector" glasses to great effect when sizing up her opponents. All at once shy and forceful, she cowers at the mention of anything sexual and is a classic "trope" character all around.  She is very willing to please her princess, Sen Tokugawa, even though Sen treats her like garbage and harasses her at every turn. Even in the face of such ridicule, Hanzou obeys, adores, and protects Sen, almost to the point of obsession.
