Prince Dimande (Prince Diamond in the English dub) is the leader of all of Planet Nemesis in the 30th century. Born on a prisoners&#039; planet, Dimande&#039;s original intention is to reason with Neo-Queen Serenity, explaining that he and his people are descendants of criminals, and not actually criminals themselves. However, Wiseman slowly manipulates the young prince to be unforgiving to the people of Earth. One day, during an attack on Crystal Tokyo, Prince Dimande manages to see Neo-Queen Serenity and falls in love with her. He seems to be fascinated with her eyes, and the anger they bore toward him during the glimpse they caught of each other.    In all versions of Sailor Moon, including the musicals, Demand&#039;s deep obsession with the Neo-Queen eventually drives him to kidnap her past self and attempt to brainwash her with his third eye into becoming his Queen. In the anime, Sailor Moon is saved by Tuxedo Mask from Prince Demand&#039;s castle. In the manga, she saves herself and Ami, Rei and Makoto.    Prince Demand&#039;s final moments are different in every version of the series.      ~!  In the manga he is killed by Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask after he attempts to combine the Silver Crystals of the future and the present in a fit of insanity after realising that he was used by Wiseman.    In the anime Demand defends Sailor Moon with his life by blocking an attack that Wiseman directs toward her. (According to the English dub, he claims that he protected Sailor Moon because of his love for her.)  !~

A talking "heroic" but actually quite cowardly, lazy, treacherous, and funny pig that appears in some of the episodes and chapters about ancient Japan. The character is a product of Shin-chan's imagination, but carries on as though he is a popular character. His appearances are limited, due to the fact that his voice actor, Kaneto Shiozawa, died in 2000, and the character has not had a speaking part since. He is considered a demon or 'rakshas' in the Indian version, due to the fact that "Buri" means "bad" in Hindi. Hence, none of the episodes with him are shown in the Indian version. As a child, Shiratori studied diligently to one day become a lawyer, and had even memorized some laws by heart. One day, he witnessed a young girl confronting two juveniles trying to steal mangas from a bookstore. When the two offenders had pushed the girl to the floor for her protests, and seemed about to hurt her, Shiratori had stepped forward to recite the provisions made in the Japanese Law to punish stealing. This somewhat unnerved the juveniles and attracted the attention of the store owner and the other customers, causing the offenders to hastily get away. To thank him for helping her out, the girl bought him a drink and made a sakura petal pattern from the straw wrapper, saying that the sakura was the symbol of courage for the Japanese police _(due to the distinct form of the Japanese police badge),_ and Shiratori had acted with courage just like them. It was because of this incident that Shiratori decided to become a cop rather than a lawyer, and also started to consider the girl to be his childhood love.

Shiratori later joined the Tokyo Metropolian Police Department and worked alongside [Inspector Megure,](https://anilist.co/character/4253/Juzo-Megure) often acting as an extra officer or pair of eyes, though he later became an inspector of his own. When [Miwako Sato](https://anilist.co/character/13975/Miwako-Satou) joined the department, Shiratori believed that he had found his childhood love again, and as a result both he and his younger colleague [Takagi](https://anilist.co/character/9421/Wataru-Takagi) considered each other rivals for Sato's affections. Shiratori would often try to show off in front of Takagi by asking Sato on a date, but she always rejected him, much to his dismay.

~!In pursuit of love, Shiratori has a one track mind and is willing to abuse his police powers to achieve his desire. He even became the leader of a secret police group which protected Miwako Sato from the affections of other police officers like Takagi. Shiratori fixated on Sato because he believed she was the childhood crush who completely changed his life at a chance meeting in a bookstore. Shiratori is crushed when Sato chooses Takagi in the end, and can't truly give up his feelings for her. He later discovers that [Sumiko Kobayashi](https://anilist.co/character/30356/Sumiko-Kobayashi) is the true girl from his childhood memories. Once the realization sets in, Shiratori's Sato complex dissolves and he develops an affection for Sumiko that soon blossoms into mutual love. Meeting Sumiko has also helped cure his arrogance to a large degree. Shiratori more than once tried to use his riches to get an edge over Takagi over Sato in the past, but now that he's with Kobayashi he does it solely to make her happy. He's noticeably more friendly towards Conan, Ai and the Detective Boys as time passes.!~

Devimon is a Fallen Angel. He was once an Angemon, but soon the space of the Digital World became distorted, and he fell into the newly-formed Dark Area and became the fallen angel we see today. On his chest is embodied greatly a mark of evil, proof of his wickedness. He is a cunning old devil who takes no chances and refuses to play mindless games with enemies as powerful as he is. He is wicked and ferocious, but he is very loyal to his master with whom has concluded a pact. It is said that should you be influenced into staring at his crimson eyes, he will control your mind. IceDevimon is his ice counterpart.    Devimon was known as Darkmon in the Tamagotchi Digimon virtual pets and is also known as the Dark Messenger. Namu first appears in the 21st Tenka-ichi Budōkai, fighting Ran Fuan. He has problems fighting her, because he is a Buddhist monk and she strips to her underwear, socks &amp; shoes, but he overcomes and defeats her. His next fight is against Son Goku, and while it is an intense fight, he loses in the end. He competed because he needed the money to buy lots of water; where he was from, there was a terrible drought, and he had been sent to find a solution. Being defeated, however, he is unable to get the money to buy water and decides to leave. Muten Roshi reads his mind and gets acquainted with his intentions. He then gives him a capsule so that he can store water from a well, and in return, asks Namu to impersonate Muten Roshi in the crowd, as to protect Roshi's secret identity from his students, who were suspicious of Chun being Muten Roshi. In the 22nd Tenka'chi Bud�kai, he also makes an appearance in one of its anime filler, claiming to Goku and Roshi that this time he came to enjoy it, but he ends up losing to Tenshinhan on the preliminary rounds, as he was left unconscious and nearly killed as Tenshinhan wanted to leave a message to Goku and his friends. Later, he is killed by Piccolo Daimaō's minion, Tambourine. He is then revived by Shenlong. He is seen later in the DBZ series contributing to Goku's spirited bomb, and has a brief appearance in GT in the episode titled Piccolo's Decision. There are some rumors indicating that he might be related to Uub, but there is no confirmation. His name comes from the Nenbutsu: "Namu Amida Butsu".

In a land of idiots, surely a wizard could prove to rise above the mind numbing levels of humanity's ignorance. But in Rosario's case, calling him a brain-dead idiot would be a compliment.     Rosario is the downright wacky, weird, and in truth powerless wizard/aid to The King. Rosario is in fact the smartest out of the brainless batch of bad guys that continue to hunt after Mink and her friends. But that's not saying much considering Rosario is virtually useless.    With no magical powers whatsoever, Rosario makes himself &quot;look cool&quot; by talking deep, entering with a bucket of dry ice, and supposedly being handy with poisons and toxins. Rosario was supposed to capture Mink and hold her hostage so that Ruth would hand over his wife's dragon hand in marriage to The King, but &quot;accidentally&quot; shot her three times with poison darts, and yet Mink survived and escaped, so now Rosario and The King are after her.    Rosario was the one who suggested planting Mink into the World Killer Martial Arts Tournament, which of course The King took all the credit for. Just to make sure she lost, Rosario even tried using an ex-lax potion and a paralyzing stinger bee to finish Mink off, but the ex-lax ended up giving Dick Saucer the runs, and his stinging bee worked but Mink's luck was apparently larger than Damaramu's (her opponent) brain. Mink eventually won the tournament.    Powerless or not, Rosario's cheap brain-dead theatrical tricks are sure to give Mink a run for her money, if not to make her laugh at them.
