An elegant miko (shrine maiden), called Raye in the English version and Raya in the French version. Because of her work as a Shintô priestess, Rei can sense and dispel evil even in civilian form. When she transforms into Sailor Mars, she can also manipulate fire. She is very serious and focused, but although easily annoyed by Usagi's flightiness, cares about her very much. Rei is portrayed as boy-crazy in the early anime, but is uninterested in romance in both the manga and live-action series. She attends a private Catholic school, separate from the other girls. 

Roberta is a maid who worked for four years at the Lovelace household in Venezuela. Although her domestic skills, such as cleaning and cooking, were poor, she has developed a close friendship with the young scion of the Lovelace family, Garcia. ~!Roberta was once known as Rosarita Cisneros, a former FARC guerrilla trained as an assassin in Cuba and an internationally wanted criminal. She earned the moniker "Bloodhound of Florencia" for her relentless drive to achieve her objectives.  In combat, Roberta is a truly fearsome opponent, having trained in a wide variety of martial, stealth, and weapon skills. Among the weapons she has used before were a sniper rifle, a combat knife, a shotgun disguised as an umbrella, a machine gun which was disguised as a briefcase, a grenade launcher, spiked brass knuckles, a trench spike, and pistols. Her strength, speed, endurance, and instincts were honed to almost supernatural levels. There was even a scene in anime where she chased a car barefoot and used a knife to attach herself to it, that bore a striking resemblance to a similar scene from a movie Terminator 2 - the fact which Rock also indirectly points out and gets reprimanded by Dutch not to joke around.  It is ironic that while Roberta is one of the most powerful warrior-women in the story of Black Lagoon, she is also humane, possessing warmth, kindness, remorse, and family love for her master and his son.  She admitted that she did murder children, woman or anyone in name of revolution during her FARC years. Disillusioned by the fact that she is merely a tool for drug cartels in cahoots with FARC in the end, she opted out and joined the Lovelace clan as a maid. Despite being asked by Garcia not to pick up gunfighting anymore, later events of manga story make her go into battle again, seeking revenge.!~  She is also heavily modeled on El Mariachi, popularized by Antonio Banderas down to suitcase machine gun signature and her Latin America background. 

Linna Yamazaki is a 22-year-old member of the Knight Sabers and dons a green Hard Suit equipped with "ribbon cutters" - long, electrically-charged nano-molecular ropes mounted behind the helmet that can be used to slash through Boomers and other high-tech opponents. She is also armed with explosive "knuckle bombers" - explosive charges in the right hand of her hard suit that could deliver devastating blows, as well as a finger-mounted triplet laser gun. In Bubblegum Crash, the knuckle bombers and lasers are replaced with electrically charged twin wire-daggers.  Working as an aerobics instructor, Linna once hoped to pursue a career in professional dancing, but her efforts in the trials went unappreciated by all but Sylia, who recruited her into her team. Eventually, her constant greed for money makes her switch to stockbroker consulting in Bubblegum Crash.  Linna is perhaps the most socially conventional of the Sabers, and as such, lacks a distinct personality. But she is a excellent team player, and the stories linking episode 2 with episode 7 (Irene's death and Vision's peace) would be inconceivable without Linna's heartfelt warmth and decency. When she enters the story her order is protecting a large tree they managed to grow underground. When the tree is destroyed by MME forces her order takes the seeds they&rsquo;ve collected and work to plant new trees across Australia.

One of Kyosuke's younger sisters, Manami is very reserved. She is depicted as the homemaker of the house--cooking meals, vacuuming and doing laundry--but it is revealed in both the manga and anime that she has a wild side that occasionally needs release. Manami's esper powers include teleportation and telekinesis. Part of her reserved nature includes avoiding excessive use of The Power unless it's absolutely necessary.        In the manga she is especially fond of Ayukawa and would like to see Kyosuke and her get together. However this manga story never made it into the anime. As such the anime version shows no such preference, though she and Kurumi at times urge Kyousuke to choose between Madoka and Hikaru. But even in the manga she's unaware of the situation between Kyosuke and Madoka.

The last time she is seen she is taking a walk on the Vearth with Norla, Conis and Aisa.

C-ko Kotobuki is A-ko's best friend and has depended on her since they met in kindergarten. C-ko can be considered quite childlike. She is described as "cute" and innocent, tends to be hyperactive, and, in the Japanese version, frequently refers to herself in the third person. C-ko can often be sensitive and immature, and because of this, she has a tendency to cry. Sometimes she can also be selfish and possessive, particularly in regards to A-ko, though whether this is because of unvoiced romantic interest in her friend is unknown. Nevertheless, she is generally a nice, caring, and trusting person, especially towards her friend A-ko, and she usually means well.  In the first installment of the series, C-ko is revealed to be the Fourth Princess of the Fifth Queen of the Lepton Kingdom of Alpha Cygni, an all-female race of extraterrestrial aliens. However, C-ko is fairly uninterested in her unearthly ancestry and wants nothing more than to remain on Earth with A-ko. In episode three and four of the main series, we see her having trouble sleeping, usually falling off of the bed after tossing and turning.
