Kuzemi is one of the three sages at The Council of the Sages. In the movie version of Eureka Seven he&#039;s the Minister of health of the Central People&#039;s Government.

A shrewd, powerful, but ancient sorcerer, Zoken is the patriarch of the Matou family and is known to be the grandfather of Shinji and Sakura. He has amassed a large and extensive library of sorcerous knowledge, yet his lessons are strict and harsh. Zoken considers Shinji to be a disgrace of a sorcerer and believes Sakura may have more potential than her brother. 

A senior member of Freedom living in the subterranean levels of Eden&#039;s domes. He provides the high-powered engine for Takeru&#039;s damaged vehicle after his disastrous challenge with Taira. Alan also dons an Apollo jacket similar to the one worn by Takeru. His name is likely a reference to US Astronaut Alan Shepard.

Luigi Vampa is the well-known leader of a group of bandits on Luna. He is responsible for kidnapping Albert at the beginning of the story.

The wise and powerful Head of Section 9, Aramaki relies upon his many international and corporate contacts to supply his team with the information they need to get the job done. Though he commands a great deal of respect, he is occasionally called "Monkey Man" (in the Manga) by his subordinates (perhaps because of his unconventional hairstyle/face). Seldom directly involved in police actions, he is nonetheless constantly working behind the scenes to coordinate the efforts of his agents, making quick and authoritative decisions and maintaining tight control of Kusanagi. 

A member of the eldora five, Carlos seems to be eternally sleep, even during battle. Though he sleeps constantly, the other members bring him along in their armor anyway, saying to others that he&#039;s &quot;awake in spirit.&quot;     He awakens only twice in the series, once after the battle with Bucchi&#039;s armor, and the second time during the climactic battle with The Claw, activating their armor&#039;s reserve power cell and reminding his comrades that they should have read the manual.

A scientist who formerly worked for Lightning and then Millennion, he developed the necrolyzation dead regeneration technique, eventually utilizing it to bring Grave back to life.  When Mika came to him, he knew that it was time to let Grave do what he does best. He later died due to an injury when confronting Balladbird Lee in his &quot;Superior&quot; form. The resulting injury, however, gave him enough time to keep Grave alive for another 10 days.    ~!In the game he is killed when a squad of Orgmen break into the safe house while Grave is receiving his blood-refreshing treatment. Father Renaldo is Father Enrico Maxwell&#039;s second-in-command of Section XIII, Iscariot Organization. He was the one who had informed Paladin Alexander Anderson of a vampire attack in Badrick, Northern Ireland... and of the Hellsing Organization&#039;s involvement in containing the attack. Tofu Tofukuji is a retired, elderly man lodging at the Gochiso apartments. He harbors a hebephilic  interest in Fuko Kuzuha, shown by his photograph collection littered on his apartment walls. A (mostly) harmless, kind-hearted man, Tofukuji is often willing to sacrifice his own safety and freedom to help Hibiki; or otherwise satisfy his craving for upskirts. He is good friends with Mori Koji.

An old man who owns a repair shop that Bocca worked at. Kurofune comes to him to have his aibar machine, Jaguar Sun, repaired. When the authorities arrive after Kurofune fights Hor, Saburou flees and joins the armed theater group, Chentaruo (this is not known until later in the series in episode 8–10). When Bocca meets Saburou again, it is revealed Saburou was a scientist who helped in the development of Aibar Machines and the Metronome, the space fortress that gives the Aibar Machines the ability to fly, and was supposed to destroy all monsters.

First seen writing a series of extremely complex mathematical equations on the asphalt, this sage is doubtless the most mysterious human character in the whole series. He previews each upcoming episode in prophetic visions (which are labeled as such), is able to intuit who is going to be Lil' Slugger's next victim, and appears to have an overarching, indeed archetypal understanding of what's going on with the plot (and for most of the series, he seems to be the only one). He also seems to have the rather bizarre power to go in and out of reality and delusion. While this may initially seem to be a sign of senility, the conclusions he ever so cryptically and poetically hints at always bear fruit, albeit in 20/20 hindsight. He makes a profound mystical connection with Mitsuhiro Maniwa as the series nears its climax, and also has a hand in helping Misae Ikari to find her husband, which in turn helps him to get back to reality. His family is present at his deathbed (as is Maromi), but other than that very little in the way of backstory is provided for him in the series. It is hinted Kawazu had accidentally hit him with a car prior to the series, hence his permanent stay at the hospital. He dies in the second to last episode, more or less likely from the combined effects of the car accident and old age, but not before passing on his mantle as psychopomp to Maniwa.

Danzou Shimura was an elder of Konohagakure. As the founder and leader of Root, Danzou gained notoriety as The Darkness of the Shinobi (忍の闇) because of his frequent unsanctioned actions and his often-suspected (but rarely proven) undermining of specific Konoha personnel. Despite his decades of suspicious deeds, Danzō only ever acted in what he believed were the village's best interests. He was appointed the Sixth Hokage Candidate (六代目火影候補) after Pain's assault on the village.

Nurarihyon is the Supreme Commander of the Nura Clan. He is Yohime's husband, Rihan's father and Rikuo's grandfather.  When he was younger, he defeated Hagoromo Gitsune with his Night Parade of a Hundred Demons granting him the title of Lord of Pandemonium.

The catalyst for the events that unfurl in Episodes 3 and 4. After a dramatic loss at one of Rikiei's gambling establishments, he is pressured to give up either the deed to his business or his daughter, Osuzu, in order to cover his debt.    ~!He pleads with Kawara Heitarou for help, suggesting that Rikiei's establishments practice dishonesty. Gordon Rosewater is often credited as the man responsible for the construction of Paradigm City. Gordon&#039;s son, Alex Rosewater, took over his father&#039;s duties when he retired. Gordon spends much of his time in a private dome of his own, growing tomatoes.    Gordon appears to be perfectly content with the uncertainties of the past, much to the dismay of those who come to him for memories, including his own son. While many look to him for answers, Gordon shows no intention of parting with his knowledge.    Roger Smith has a recurring flashback of a man in a bloodstained surgeon&#039;s uniform standing before a group of children, and Roger believes this man to be Gordon Rosewater, implanting memories of the past into a younger generation. Gordon refuses to comment on this accusation directly, but, referring to his tomato crop, states &quot;these tomatoes are reproduced synthetically, with only the memories of the sweet flavor from the original. Lescius Dagobert is the Silvana's chief engineer and a member of one of the three Guild houses purged by Delphine Eraclea. Like other members of the Guild, he is interested in playing chess in his spare time and often provides counsel to Alex Row through the game. Lady Miyako was a former test subject known as "Designated #19" from the Project. She is the high priestess and leader of a temple in Neo-Tokyo and a major ally of Kaneda and Kei as the story progresses, who plays an important role in the final battle with Tetsuo Shima.

Kenzou is a small yet athletic old man, with a heavily wrinkled and clean-shaved face, but he has unusually long eyebrows over slanted eyes. He has several thin braids on the back of the head.

Kenzou wears a furred bodysuit open on the chest, a jeweled skullcap on which are several big pearls, and a similarly jeweled necklace.

Kagome&#039;s grandfather. He is often covering for Kagome&#039;s absences at school with interesting excuses, which make Kagome&#039;s friends worry a lot about her.    Grandpa is identified by his clothing as a traditional Japanese Shinto Priest, apparently the current custodian/guardian/caretaker/owner of the Higurashi Shrine which has been in the family for generations. He continually tries to inject some education of the history of the family shrine into everyday life - even to the point of discussing the &quot;history of these pickles&quot; much to Kagome&#039;s dismay.
