Hild, known as the Daimakaichou (Great Demon Leader, Ruler of Demonkind in the dub), and also Urd&#039;s (who she refers to as &quot;Urd-chan&quot; (Urdie in the dub) mother. She is incredibly powerful, with her power dwarfing even the combined strength of the three goddesses. In the manga, she makes her first appearance in volume 21; in the season 1 of anime, she was only been seen in shadow, once during a flashback by Urd and another time in the credits for the final episode of the TV series. In second season, she makes her appearance at episode seventeen.

Later on, Hild leaves behind an avatar (a child version of herself) who would go on to become a regular antagonist for the goddesses, as well as a direct supervisor for Marller. While this avatar possesses only one thousandth of the true Hild&#039;s power, it is still enough to make the avatar a powerful enemy for anyone.

Insect is one of Neos&#039; four generals, and calls herself their strongest fighter. As her name would suggest, she has the power to control any and all types of insects, and uses them as her preferred means of attack. Using this power, she actually managed to wipe out a significant number of Earth&#039;s military forces, securing a foothold for Neos.    Insect proved to be a very formidable foe to Iczer-3, as her armor, made from the shells of many rhinoceros beetles, proved too tough for Iczer-3&#039;s swords to penetrate. Eventually, Insect revealed her trump card: the ability to transform into a giant insect bigger than a five-story building. Her transformation forced Iczer-3 to summon Iczer-Robo for assistance. In the end, Iczer-3 managed to kill Insect in combat, making her the only one of Neos&#039; four generals slain in combat by Iczer-3.

Julia is a beautiful and mysterious woman from both Spike and Vicious&#039; pasts. A love triangle among the three caused Spike to leave the syndicate rather than challenge Vicious. Spike had wanted to take her with him when he left the syndicate, but she was blackmailed by Vicious into almost shooting Spike. Vicious found out they were planning to run away together and confronted Julia, telling her that she would have to kill Spike, or both of them would be killed.
