He was added to the Hetalia cast by Hidekaz Himaruya in 2010. He has reddish-brown hair, green eyes, and an asymmetrical ahoge similar to the Italy Brothers’ that sticks out on the left side of his head.   His general appearance is recognized as being a combination of the Italy Brothers', but it is currently unknown what their relationship is like and if they are blood related to him or not.  The three of them, however, were shown together in a sketch by Hidekaz Himaruya, working at a restaurant it seemed.  His personality seems to be somewhat passive, based on the fact that he declared his independence centuries ago, but he still continued to live in Italy peacefully and never really fought or pressured anyone to achieve his independence. He is also described as being a womanizer, going so far as to encourage Italy to bring a pretty girl with him the next time he visits. In one strip, he tells Wy that if she were a little older, he’d make a pass at her.   Also to note is that Seborga has a history as an independent being before he became a part of Italy, which makes him stand out from other self-proclaimed micronations like Wy and Sealand.

Nationality: Japanese  Haruya is a quiet and polite type. He seems to like reading books as he often may be found in the school library. He is also the bassist of the band "Red Prince".

Oimo is one of the two giants that guarded the front gate of Enies Lobby.  As a giant, Oimo is not only many times bigger then a normal human, but also equally many times stronger. As proven against the Kairiki Destroyers of the Franky Family, a mere human, no matter what the strength or size, will have no easy battle against them. Oimo and his partner Kaashii are natural born fighters. In the end it takes the efforts of the Galley-La&#039;s and Franky Family&#039;s best fighters, along with the help of Sodom and Gomorrah, to down both Oimo and his partner.

Manga Debut: Chapter 42 (Switch Off, Part 1)  Anime Debut: Episode 24 (Brothers)  

In the anime, Usagi calls him Motoki-oniisan and has a very big crush on him in the beginning of the series. He is also friends with Mamoru Chiba, who attends the same college he does, Azabu Institute of Technology. His girlfriend is Reika, a wonderful science student. He has a little sister, Unazuki, who is also friends with Usagi and the others. In the manga, Motoki holds part-time jobs at both the Crown Game Center and the Crown Fruit Parlor. He attends KO University. In the first arc of the manga, he recognizes the Senshi and learns their true identities, but promises not to tell anyone.

Andy practices the Shiranui-ryuu ("style" in Japanese) Ninjutsu and a form of empty-handed ninja combat called Koppouken, which he trained in after witnessing his foster father's murder in order to gain revenge on Geese Howard. Mai Shiranui is his fiancée (in her mind), and the granddaughter of Hanzo Shiranui, the man he learned Ninjitsu from.  It was after his foster father Jeff's death that Tung Fu Rue took responsibility for raising himself and Terry. Andy went to Japan to train under Hanzo and grew up alongside Mai, while Terry stayed in South Town.  During Andy's time in Japan, he met the Muay Thai fighter Joe Higashi, and challenged him to a match. When Andy won, he invited Joe to return to America with him to enter the King of Fighters tournament, held by Geese. Before this, Andy had rarely, if ever, seen Terry in the interim since Jeff's death. Andy quickly grew jealous of Terry because Terry was taller, older, more experienced and quite possibly a better fighter, and unlike Andy, Terry did not practice a grueling daily training regimen.  Late in the tournament, Andy tried to kill off Geese by himself. Geese's power proved to be too much for Andy as he almost fell to his death. Terry saved Andy, who finally acknowledged Terry as the better of the two brothers.  Andy's emotions prevented him from reaching the final round, but when Terry defeated Geese, Andy felt a sense of closure and returned to Japan to continue his training. After Terry beat Geese at the end of their first King of Fighters Tournament, a new tournament was held, this time hosted by Wolfgang Krauser. Andy, while present in the tournament, did not accomplish much story-wise.  Ever since Geese's death, the fall of the First Southtown, and the birth of Second Southtown, Andy has been busy training Hokutomaru through the ways of Shiranui-ryuu Ninjutsu and Koppouken. Instead of fighting in the tournament himself, he sends Hokutomaru in his place to see what his apprentice has learned. In Hokutomaru's ending Andy writes him a note saying that he was proud of how strong Hokutomaru has gotten. Captain John was a famous pirate captain who was once a member of the infamous Rocks Pirates prior to forming his own crew. He was notable for collecting one of the most significant treasures in the world; his fabled treasure cave and the riches within are notably long sought after by Buggy.

After his death, his corpse was found by Dr. Hogback and modified into one of the General Zombies for Gecko Moria.

One of three surviving crew members of Anita, Chaoji was seen reacting with Innocence, which was sent into the ark by Tiedoll when Lenali fell into the arc, and so was able to become an exorcist. Chaoji&#039;s Innocence, as of now still unnamed, is a pair of linked bracelets on his left wrist. The only power it has shown so far is to grant him superhuman strength on that arm, allowing him to pull the Allen, Lavi and Kanda all of out a bottomless pit they nearly fell into in with one pull, sending the three Exorcists flying.
