Verrocchio is a minor mob boss, representing the Italian mob on Roanapur. Once one of the major operators on the island, his power and reputation had been supplanted when Hotel Moscow and Balalaika had moved in, taking all his drug trafficking routes. He had tried to use the Vampire Twins, Hansel and Gretel, to kill her and Mr. Chang in order to consolidate his own power and win back his customers. He later got killed by the twins on one of their psychotic whims. 

The second villain shown in the series. Made his debut in episode 6. After the explosion of the Chemical Z ray, one of the black lights landed in the forest, creating the monster Fuzzy Lumpkins. In this incarnation, the PPG villain is more or less the same as the original Fuzzy Lumpkins. While his cabin and (boomstick) are missing, he is still very destructive and rude, although nice enough to at least move an old man out of the way and signing a girl's autograph before going on his rampage. To Fuzzy, whatever he touches is considered his property, which he usually marks with his paw print. Those around him are considered to be trespassers. He is incredibly strong and can withstand most of the Powerpuff Girls Z's attacks, until they became stronger and more experienced than him. His big weakness is that he has a crush on Miss Bellum. Fuzzy is also very talented when it comes to playing the banjo. It is never revealed what Fuzzy Lumpkins originally was before he was hit by the black light. Fuzzy ends all of his sentences with the phrase &quot;De mon da&quot;. He is represented by a hand print, the same one he uses to mark what he wants as his property. He is among the unique villains in that the ray created by Professor Utonium to revert black light affected persons to normal had no effect on him.

Piccolo is a fictional character from the Dragon Ball series. He is introduced in the late stages of Dragon Ball as the main antagonist of the final saga and is a ruthless enemy of the protagonist Son Goku. He carries a very cold, menacing demeanour and is not afraid to show his evil nature, he is characterized wearing his weighted clothing, cape and turban. 

~!He is considered both the son and reincarnation of Demon King Piccolo and was spawned to save himself from certain death at the hands of Son Goku. Like his father, he appears as a tall green humanoid creature with pointy ears. After his narrow defeat against Goku, Piccolo is soon forced to form an at first uneasy alliance with Goku and his friends against newer, more dangerous threats. Out of necessity he also takes it upon himself to train Goku's child Son Gohan, forming a powerful bond which ultimately redeems him when he sacrifices himself to save the child's life. After his resurrection he fully joins Goku and the others in their struggles against ever more powerful villains.!~

Boo is introduced in the series as an innocent looking, pudgy, pink genie-like creature. Later in the series, it is revealed that Boo's original form is a more sleek child form ("The Boo of Pure Evil"), however his nature and form had been altered after he'd assimilated the gentle, pudgy god (Dai Kaioshin) into his body. Boo's creator, a wizard named Bibbidi, had used Boo to wage war on the Kaioshin. Boo managed to assimilate two of the four Kaioshin, the second being the one who altered his nature to become innocent. After Bibbidi sealed Boo away, Bibbidi was killed by the fourth Kaioshin, and Boo was transported to Earth where he layed dormant for five million years until he was revived by Bibbidi's son Babbidi during the events of Dragon Ball.

Boo has numerous counterparts in the series. When he first emerges from his shell, he is tall and round, and his personality is naive and innocent. Boo's anger later manifests itself in the form of another Boo ("The Boo of Pure Wrath").  After a battle with the Boo of Pure Wrath, Boo is absorbed and the two combined create Super Boo, who tracks down the protagonists of the series Piccolo and Gotenks. He later reverts to his purest form, the original state called "The Boo of Pure Evil".

The father of Bulma, Dr. Briefs is an elderly, brilliant and eccentric scientist. He is one of the smartest men in the world. Dr. Briefs is the founder of Capsule Corporation and the man responsible for the invention of the Hoi-Poi Capsules, which can shrink inanimate objects down to pocket sized capsule of namesake. He is easy-going and friendly. Dr. Briefs rarely leaves his home, even if he knows he'll die (in the Buu Saga, he and his wife refuse to leave their pets even after Capsule Corp. has been specifically targeted for destruction; they know they can always be wished back) and he can often be found tinkering on a number of complicated gadgets while surrounded by his beloved pets. His favorite pet is a small black cat, named "Tama" in the original anime and "Scratch" in the FUNimation dub.

Dabura is the king of a Demon Realm, and Babidi's right-hand man, being placed under his control by a spell. Dabura has the special power of turning his enemies to stone, simply by spitting on them. His name is originally taken from a Japanese pronunciation of the last half of the incantation &quot;Abracadabra&quot;.      ~!He fights Gohan in both his normal and Super Saiyan forms to gather energy for Buu, but before they can finish, he notices Vegeta has evil within him. During the fight Vegeta shows great frustration which comes from the fact that Gohan has to make an effort to kill Dabura even though Gohan is still more powerful than Dabura. This spawns from the fact Gohan has not trained at all in the past 7 years and is only slightly more than half as strong as he was when he fought Perfect Cell. This allows Babidi to grant him power. When Buu is released, Dabura tries to kill him, but is turned into a cookie and devoured by Buu. (Upon his death in the anime, King Yamma decides that the usual punishment of exile to Hell is what Dabura would actually desire, so he instead sends him to the most peaceful region of Heaven.) In the anime, Dabura is later seen wandering as a &quot;good-spirited&quot; soul consumed with love (creeping out anyone who meets him).!~     It is mentioned by Goku that Dabura's power is equal to Perfect Cell's. Jeice is an extremely flamboyant and showy (often portrayed as the rookie of the Ginyu Special Corps) white-haired alien who appears human apart from his red skin. According to Krillin, he and Burter are about equal in strength to Recoome. Nicknamed the &quot;Red Magma&quot;, he often pairs with Burter for combination attacks.      ~!As his team-mates fall to Goku, Jeice retreats to Ginyu&#039;s side for reinforcements. Jeice is still clearly outclassed, however, and is singled-out and killed by Vegeta.     In anime fillers, he fought Tenshinhan among with Burter when they attempted to conquer North Kaio&#039;s Planet.!~

Beazon is a greedy man with a huge castle and has lapdogs running around town everywhere. One night he kidnaps Ren and takes her to his castle. He wants her to be his match of course since she is the shickohoujo. He uses his current match, Parl, as a tower tool and this leads to the destruction of him and his castle.  Appearance: Beazon and curly brown hair that's tied up at the back. He's also a rather gruff looking man, and it seems that he's really strong, physically. His dressing style crosses between classy and hunter. Although he's wearing a nice shirt, pants, and vest, he still looks a bit off since he did kidnap Eve in the middle of the night.

He craves for the power of the shichikohoujo, so he abuses Parl's Match ability continuously in attempts to corner Ren into matching with him. He does look physically strong, but with Parl, he sees himself as the strongest - beyond Coud, Rowen, and Cisqua. That's clearly proven wrong when he's defeated. 

Jajuka is a Zaibach soldier under the command of Dilandau.   ~!He used to look after her when she was still a child, in the end Jajuka is her only soldier left alive, the rest all died in battle but he also gives his life later on to save his commander.!~

He is the father of the protagonists, Edward and Alphonse Elric. He is a brilliant and well-known alchemist. He left Ed, Al, and their mother Trisha when Al was a baby and Ed was very young. Years later, Ed still holds a grudge against him for abandoning his mother, which he believes contributed to her death. They continued this practice for many years, until Hohenheim fell in love and married Trisha Elric. After they sired Edward and Alphonse, he left for fear Dante would use them against him, and also because he felt ashamed of his past. Like Dante, his flesh is wearing away, so he must wear cologne to mask the scent. He can transmute without circles, because when he died, he saw past the gate, as did Dante. !~  He (in the manga and 2009 series) is...  ~! a human Philosopher's Stone. Homunculus (Father) was a test subject at a lab in which Hohenheim worked (in fact, Father was the one who named Hohenheim). The king of Xerxes demanded the secret of immortality from the homunculus, and he obliged. a country wide transmutation is formed, and everything is working as planned. However, at the last minute, Father lies about where the center of the circle is, and engulfs both himself and Hohenheim into the gate. Hohenheim wakes to see everybody in his country dead. He meets Homunculus, who tells him everything, how he has now gained half of the powers of the stone. Homunculus did this out of gratitude. after these events, Hohenheim travels to Xing, and founds the art of Alkahestry.!~

The former Druid Amergan is a very unusual teacher. He is a spirit who met Colin MacLeod when he had just revived. Amergan knew a lot about Immortals, and told Colin about his Immortality and The Game. Colin didn't care about that, and only wanted to kill Marcus Octavius. Amergan followed Colin, and tried to make him stop with his search. He can take the form of small animals like birds or rabbits, and constantly talks to Colin. Who won't listen anyway.

The young leader of a yōrōzoku (yōkai-wolf tribe), Kōga wishes to avenge his fallen comrades who were slaughtered by Kagura, one of Naraku&#039;s minions. While brash and arrogant, he is shrewd enough to run from a fight if he thinks he can&#039;t win. He has a shikon shard in each of his legs which make him stronger and faster. Although he bickers with InuYasha constantly, when one of them is in danger, the other will lend a hand. He considers Kagome his woman, which irritates InuYasha to no end. Koga constantly confesses his love towards Kagome but Kagome does not share his affections, only having eyes for InuYasha. As the series goes on, Koga lets up on his affections for Kagome gradually. Eventually, in chapter 466 of the manga, he leaves her behind with the statement &#039;if InuYasha ever starts getting on your nerves, you can come to me.&#039; (&quot;Koga&quot; means &quot;steel fang.&quot;)

Garcia is the commandant of the asteroid fortress Artemis, which is controlled by the Eurasian Federation. The pilot of the Gundam Deathscythe, Duo is as jolly and happy-go-lucky as Gundam pilots get. He persists in offering his friendship to the initially hostile Heero, eventually winning his antisocial comrade's trust through sheer persistence. But despite his friendly nature, Duo earns his "God of Death" nickname when he takes on Alliance and OZ soldiers in battle.  Prior to Operation Meteor, Duo was part of the spacegoing salvage organization known as the Sweeper Group, and on Earth he is assisted by the Sweepers' seafaring kinsfolk. When there is a lull in the fighting, Duo happily returns to his salvage-merchant's trade. He is distinguished by his black wardrobe, his yard-long plait and his minister's collar.

A simple monster with only a mouth, a huge singular eye, and an upright tail. He is Holly's loyal monster retainer. Suezo serves as comic relief in many instances and he can be a little obnoxious and loud-mouthed. He has amazing Telescopic vision and can teleport himself and other objects from one location to another in mere seconds, though it took a bit of practice to perfect this. Thus, eventually a very useful asset to the team. Suezo was the Phoenix's pride. 

Napolipolita is a captain in the Alpha Cygnan space navy, who has spent the last sixteen years searching the universe for C-ko. Although she first appears to be a man, it is later revealed that the Alpha Cygnans are an all-female race, some of which resemble males. Although Napolipolita cuts a fine figure, always impeccably dressed with a dramatically-swirling cloak and wraparound sunglasses, her facade quickly shatters when danger arises. During the long sojourn in space, she has become completely addicted to alcohol and unravels when she is unable to get a drink.  After the events of the first movie, Napolipolita is stranded on Earth, seemingly doomed to never return home to the Lepton Kingdom. She rebuilds her grounded spaceship into a 30,000 room hotel catering to Earthling tastes, giving a brave face to the human population. However, she is miserable and longs only to return home.  In the final A-ko movie, she misses her only chance to return to her home planet. Little does he know, both A-ko and B-ko are vying for his attention at the same time.        Kei hardly ever speaks and has an intense fondness for Coke. In the fourth movie, his parents arrange for him to be married to Miss Ayumi, though he remains enraptured with C-ko.        In the alternate universe series, a brief scene in which Kei pursues a relationship with both A-ko and B-ko, possibly at the same time, is shown, though this is not certain, as the focus of the story shifts back to the Vs.
