"Groovy Guy" Russel is a middle-aged American man who works for the Florida crime syndicate that's tracking Jane. He is quite distinguishable, since he dresses like a cowboy: he has the trademark hat, boots with spurs, a revolver at the hip, bandoleer belt, tan shirt and jeans. He is not taken serious by the other bounty hunters because he is an outsider. Even Shenhua says, "Cowboy, this no Florida", meaning that he is in over his head.   However, his skills are shown to be more than everyone thought, when he is the last bounty hunter left in the hunt for Jane and he duels Eda onboard the Lagoon. It is then later revealed that he and Eda have met previously in the United States, but Eda says they have never met. Shortly before killing him, she confesses to him to be from the CIA.

Emiko's husband is the shy and thoughtful Kosuke Niwa. He married into the Niwa family and adopted the surname; he himself is not a Niwa male. He knows a lot about magic and had journeyed often, hence he has not seen his son for many, many years. When he finally returned, he gave Daisuke a Rutile which lets him absorb all the damage received by Dark .    He is currently searching for the secrets between the Hikari and the Niwa family. He is very serious when he needs to be, but generally he seems clumsy, exactly like his son. He is easily embarrassed by his wife, Emiko, and her antics. Kosuke was also one of the few characters who arrived late into the series and his true surname is unknown.

Also known as "The Black Count Vanon". The Count of Stafolos Keep who is suffering from a plague that causes flesh to fall off. He is discovered to have been possessed by a ghoul, who requires blood of living things to keep him alive.

Mouryoumaru (魍魎丸, Mōryōmaru?) is an enemy of Naraku, despite being indirectly created by his powers via Hakudoshi. He is a 100-foot long demonic golem who can shoot blasts of energy from his arm. At first, he is merely a life force puppet made from youkai, lacking any true personality, soul or will. Kanna places The Infant inside him, giving Moryomaru Naraku&#039;s physical life force. Moryomaru increases in power as he absorbs different youkai to gain their abilities, and nearly defeats a combined onslaught of most of Naraku&#039;s enemies, including Kikyo, Kohaku, Kagome, InuYasha, Miroku, Sango, Shippo, and Sesshomaru. He succeeds in breaking Sesshomaru&#039;s sword, but flees after nearly losing a shard of the Shikon Jewel. He is killed when he devours Naraku, and Naraku absorbs his power from the inside and uses it to be reborn.

Kintaros is the physically strongest of the Imagin that are linked to Ryotaro and speaks Kansai-ben. He originally possessed a man named Masaru Honjō, but joins Ryotaro when Den-O is unable to defeat the Rhino Imagin. He is mostly found sleeping on the DenLiner, but will possess Ryotaro whenever he hears someone say anything resembling &quot;cry&quot; (泣けるで nakeru de). As Den-O, he lives up to his namesake and fights with an axe as Axe Form, has primary control of the left arm in Climax Form, and his power is tapped in the DenKamen Sword&#039;s KinAx mode.  

Ayano&#039;s father and Genma&#039;s cousin. He is the current head of the Kannagi family. Jūgo worries about his headstrong daughter. Contrary to the Kannagi doctrine that is based solely on strength, Jūgo has been trying to stop discrimination against the Fūga Clan. He also regrets not being able to stop Kazuma&#039;s expulsion from the family. Believing that Kazuma is essential to the Kannagis, he constantly creates situations in which Ayano can form a relationship with Kazuma.     As the head of the Kannagi family, Jūgo is responsible for directing the other members of the head family and branch families as well as the Fūga Clan. Jūgo is never seen in the series leaving the Kannagi compound, and rarely even leaves his meeting room.    He is actually considered to be the strongest En-jutsushi of the Kannagi and wields the purple flame. Adelbert is the first important character that Yuri meets in Shin Makoku. He is Julia's former fiancée and abandons Shin Makoku, as he feels that the way of the Mazoku is wrong. He believes that the Mazoku are simply toys of the Original King. Though in the beginning he is considered an enemy, as the series progresses he begins to protect Yuri, though he still wants Yuri to show him what he is worth as the new king.

Konoka&#039;s father and the chief of the Kansai Magic Association. Despite his last name, he is not from the Konoe family as he actually married into his wife&#039;s family. Before the Kyoto Arc, both the Kansai and the Kantō Magic Associations had a feud. This was because Kansai mages did not approve of Kantō mages using Western-style magic instead of Eastern-style magic. In order to ease the schism between two sides, Konoemon Konoe, who was the head of the Kantō Magic Association, made an arranged marriage between Eishun and his daughter. With this, the overt hostility ended. However, a few in Kansai (e.g. Chigusa Amagasaki) continue in their aversion to Kantō and/or Western mages. Despite the attitude of Kansai mages towards the west, Eishun became best friends with a powerful Western mage, Nagi Springfield, the Thousand master. Nagi, Eishun, Takahata, Albireo (Sanders), Gatō and one other, who were Nagi&#039;s comrade-in-arms, fought in a magic war that involved both mages from the East and West twenty years ago. Rather than being a mage, Eishun is actually a Shinmei-ryū swordsmaster. He has battle scars on his body from that war. Even after Nagi&#039;s apparent death in 1993, Eishun has still kept Nagi&#039;s holiday house clean. Eishun&#039;s name is a direct Japanese pronunciation of the Chinese Kung Fu style Wing Chun. He also smokes, a habit of which Konoka disapproves.    Eishun never told his daughter Konoka of her magical background because he wanted his daughter to have a normal life. However, seeing that many in the Kansai Magic Association knew about the great (and dangerous) magic potential in Konoka, Eishun sent his daughter away to Mahora Academy under the care of his father-in-law. Several years after sending his daughter away, he sent Setsuna to guard his daughter. After the events in Kyoto, he asked Evangeline to tutor Konoka in using her power.

He is the oldest brother of Jiga and Ruiga and the leader of the Janin.

Because he is a member of the Jashin religion, Hidan has immortality. This immortality will end, however, if he does not regularly sacrifice people to Jashin. This is a religion that worships a deity of the same name and where anything less than death and utter destruction is considered a sin. His religion's experiments have led to the creation of his unique abilities; by consuming an opponent's blood and then drawing Jashin's triangular-design on the ground, Hidan can create a voodoo doll-like link with his opponent. Once this link is created, any damage done to Hidan's body is reflected on his opponent, allowing him to kill them by giving himself fatal injuries. Because he is immortal, Hidan is not impaired while doing this, instead finding pleasure in the pain it causes him.  

Hidan is sadistic, arrogant, rude, and impatient. All qualities which his partner, Kakuzu, finds annoying. He and his partner, Kakuzu, fight and argue constantly, so it might be a wonder why they are put on the same team.  Kakuzu actually commented that he and Hidan made the perfect team, because even thought Kakuzu has the urge to kill Hidan often, he is unable to due to his partner's immortality.  Because Kakuzu is considered immortal as well, their own fellow Akatsuki member, Kisame Hoshigake, jokingly referred to the team as the "Zombi Combi".  Hidan likes to annoy the other members of the Akatsuki, and even refers to them by insulting nicknames, such as "Dei-chan". He dislikes Pain's authority over him and openly challenges him in front of others. Hidan's aggressiveness is the reason he left his village, where he was frustrated by the peace and lack of violence, before leaving he slaughtered many of his neighbors in cold-blood for entertainment.

"Wet-Haired Caribou" is an infamous rookie pirate who was at the Sabaody Archipelago around the time of the Straw Hat Pirates&#039; reunion. He has a bounty of 210,000,000, making him part of the new generation of rookie pirates with bounties over 100,000,000. He is the brother of &quot;Blood Splatterer&quot; Coribou, another infamous rookie. Both brothers gained their reputations for killing Marines. As both of them have bounties of over 70,000,000, they both fulfill the requirement of the Impostor Straw Hat Pirates.

He is a minor antagonist during the Fish-Man Island Saga, and the central character of the Caribou's Kehihihihi in the New World cover story.

Looker made his debut appearance in Frozen on Their Tracks. Ash and his friends met Looker while taking a train leading to Lake Acuity, and decided to help him distribute lunch boxes which he has bought too many of. He decided to investigate the reason behind the signal which caused the train to stop and discovered it was the doing of Team Galactic.  He appeared again in Gateway to Ruin!, investigating Team Galactic's activities in Mt. Coronet, as well as disguising himself as a grunt to blend in.  Looker made another appearance in Unlocking the Red Chain of Events!, having been captured by Team Galactic and held at the Fuego Ironworks. In DP152 Team Galactic members were arrested by him.  Looker had built an alliance with Team Rocket while trying to take down Team Galactic. Jessie, James, and Meowth like to refer to him as Boxed-Lunch Guy (Japanese: Mr. Lunchbox) because he gave them boxed lunches while on the Ampharos Train. That simple act left them extremely loyal to him. 

Drayden is a dragon type gym leader in Opelucid City.  Drayden first appeared in BW036 in Iris's flashback where he was introduced as a Dragon master. He witnessed Iris and Excadrill in battle while visiting the Dragon Village  and congratulated her on her victory. Iris then quickly challenged Drayden to a battle which he graciously accepted. However, the Dragon master proved to be too powerful for the young Trainer and Iris and Excadrill lost. He appears to be acquainted with the village's elder. 

Yuan Shao was a powerful warlord during the late Eastern Han Dynasty and Three Kingdoms era of China. He occupied the northern territories of ancient China during the massive civil war towards the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty and the beginning of the Three Kingdoms era. He was also the elder brother of Yuan Shu, a warlord who controlled the Huai River region, though the two were not in good terms with each other. One of the most powerful warlords of his time, Yuan Shao spearheaded a coalition of warlords against the tyrannical Dong Zhuo, who held Emperor Xian hostage in the capital Luo Yang, but failed due to internal disunity. In 200, he launched a campaign against rival warlord Cao Cao but was decisively defeated at the Battle of Guan Du. He died of sickness two years later in Ye. His eventual failure despite his powerful family background and geographical advantages was commonly blamed on his indecisiveness and inability to heed the advice of his advisors.
