Jinnai Dōko is introduced during The Captain Amagai arc as one of Gyōkaku Kumoi's assassins. He is part of the assassination squad set to caught Rurichiyo Kasumiōji under Hanza Nukui. He faces off Rukia Kuchiki, and after she refuses to give up Rurichiyo, encases Jinnai in ice but he easily breaks free. In response, he consumes a piece of his Bakkōtō Retsurai and this gives him the ability of shoot blades from his back. Then, he throws Rukia into a building, and temporarily out her of the battle. Then Kenryū confrots him, but Kenryuu's flower ability is only able to keep Jinnai occupied for a short amount of time. When Enryū and Rurichiyo attempt to escape, Jinnai stop them but at this time, Rukia returns to the fight and uses a Kidō spell to protect them. Excited about the battle, Jinnai eats another piece of his weapon and increase his powers once again, making it that much harder for Rukia to keep up with him. He dies in his own attempt to power up further because it causes his weapon to completely consume him. With the battle now over, Rukia approaches Jinnai's bakkōtō, however, before she can reach it, some of Nukui's men retrieve it and carry it off. 

Lucien Debray is a friend of Albert and Franz. He works as a secretary within the French government. Charismatic and confident, Lucien is a self-proclaimed ladies&#039; man, and far from shy when it comes to his affair with Madame Danglars.

Literally translated in English as &quot;number one shining star,&quot; Ichiban-Boshi believes himself to be a suave ladies man. He has a book of pick-up lines to use on his new female classmates, but he always fails and makes a fool of himself. He is perhaps the least perverted of the Baka Trio, but he is still a pervert nonetheless. 

Takao Hiyama is a teacher in Yuki's school and is the serial killer reported within its vicinity. Not much is known about Takao character-wise, since the man was only given four lines of dialogue in the series, all related with finding and being surprised by Yukiteru. He is the Third diary owner. His "Killer" diary records the location of his next intended victim. It is a handy diary if one knew the true identity of the other diary holders and wishes to take the offensive in the game, but it does little in the way of anything else.  Takao wears a heavy trenchcoat complete with a hat and mask that hides his identity when stalking prey, and carries a large machete as his weapon of choice.  He is named after Vulcan — roman god of blacksmithing.

A rather large bodied man who's a member of "Red-Haired" Shanks' crew, he's always seen eating a piece of meat. 

He seems to be one of Shanks's most trusted crew members, as he is always seen when the Red Hair Pirates are featured, usually when something crucial happens. He shares this trait with Benn Beckman and Yasopp. He is the first person to actually kill someone in One Piece and sets the stage for the series: A pirate's life is a dangerous one.

~!He is also the one who found the Gomu Gomu no Mi which was eaten by Monkey D. Luffy. !~

Teruhiko Kumakashi is a third-year student of the high school. He is a serious and sensible young man and somewhat of a contemplator. Teruhiko Kumakashi is also a member of the gardening club, as he enjoys growing plants and seems to care of them too much. Thus he may often be found near the greenhouses.     ~!Teruhiko Kumakashi is the only son (and successor) of the Japanese bear family tree. His father died early, leaving his wife and elderly mother behind. In order to save the dying family tree, the two women suggest that Teruhiko has a child. However, surrogate mothers are quite expensive, that&#039;s why Teruhiko is forced to bear the child himself without even completing the high school. Nevertheless, Teruhiko is not delighted with this idea.!~

The Convoy assigned to Planet Speedia, as well as the planet's fastest racer. Initially arrogant and convinced of his superiority to the point he turned down Galaxy Convoy's plea for help, he changed his mind upon witnessing Excillion's determination and agreed to help the Cybertron cause.
