Arawaka is a butler in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Not much is known about him, but it is revealed that he is a member of the Agency and one of Koizumi&#039;s contacts. He is usually seen with Mori, another Agency member who takes on the appearance of a maid.    Arawaka is introduced as the butler of a mansion during the Lone Island Syndrome arc, but appears later on during the Lone Mountain Syndrome arc. He also helps in retrieving Mikuru from the other Agency.

Dr. Seijiro Inui, often referred to as 'Chairman', is indeed the chairman of the Institute for Psychiatric Research.  He is in opposition of the use of electronic devices, especially the DC Mini, to explore the dreams of patients, feeling that the realm of dreams should never be invaded. 

~!He enlists the aid of Osanai Morio to steal two of the devices, the purpose being to discredit the inventor, Dr. Kōsaku Tokita, by implanting the delusions of a clearly-insane patent upon innocent people.  He is confined to a wheelchair, but uses the DC Mini to become essentially a deity of dreams.!~

For Alex, Paradigm&#039;s true citizens are those within the domes. Alex possesses an unquenchable thirst for power, and an &quot;ends justify the means&quot; philosophy. Despite being more or less the absolute ruler of Paradigm City, Alex harbors dreams of even greater power and will stop at nothing to achieve them.

Roland is a legendary astronaut and Hachi's room mate on his time on the moon, after breaking his leg after saving a woman from a fire. Roland appears as a typical old man who thinks the youth gets things too easily, and is often seen crunching a squeezer.  He was also Mr. Gigalt's sensei and teacher.   ~!He committed suicide by staying too long outside on the moon in a compression suit, because he believed his leukemia was going to keep him from going out in space again.!~

He was an active industrial spy, but rode on the chance of the catastrophic earthquake and entered the salvaging business, setting up K2 Corporation, a Salvaging operation. He is Rion's father. One of the characters for hire in Samurai Champloo, he seems to be an old man scared of a dog, but names himself a samurai. In the second anime chapter of Samurai Champloo he skirmishes with Jin but since Ryūjirō Sasaki had died due to Oniwakamaru strangling him to death he was forced into retreat since no one was going to pay him.

Kubota is an army Intelligence Officer and former colleague of Aramaki. He often provides Aramaki with inside information. He appears to be of the same JGSDF Academy Class as Chief Aramaki, and appears to have equivalent rank (Colonel), though he is also interested in advancing his career politically, often handing unpleasant tasks over to Section 9 in order to prevent blame for &#039;dirty business&#039; being officially attached to his record of conduct.

A member of the eldora five, Jose appears to be the second -in-command of the group. He&#039;s often arguing with Nero over their glory day stories, saying how often he had to bail out his leader in various situations, which Nero quickly denies.    Even after Jose and the rest of the eldora five join Van and Co. in their assault on The Claw&#039;s island, he still argues with Nero often over the repairs of their armor, claiming that they should have brought Bucchi along.

The Emperor of Anatoray is the father of Sophia. He no longer pays attention to the needs and suffering of his people. His death leads to Sohpia&#039;s succession to the throne.

However, one of his best-known roles was a live-action voice-over, that being the voice of Prince Olympius in Power Rangers: Lightspeed Rescue despite being age 71. Formerly, Charlebois was a live-action film and television actor in his heyday, but has since been well-known for his voice-acting roles. Charlebois also was a regular in Roger Corman's movies.
