Shuffle Furuo was a Lemures used by Fisheye during Tiger&#039;s Eye&#039;s attempt to target Makoto Kino for her Dream Mirror.    Shuffle Furuo attacked Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon by throwing razor sharp cards. He succeeded in pinning the two Sailor Senshi to a wall, and before he could attack them with his &quot;Joker Shower,&quot; Sailor Jupiter used Super Supreme Thunder to distract and weaken him. He was subsequently destroyed by Sailor Moon.

Kengo Ibuki was Rei Hino&#039;s cousin, who only appeared in episode 183. He worked with pottery, but suffered from violent fits of rage, to the point of smashing all of his own creations, should one be even the slightest bit off. His Star Seed was taken by Sailor Aluminum Seiren and he subsequently transformed into the Phage Sailor Artist. While transformed, he went on a wild rampage through a lakeside campground, destroying campsites and disrupting a movie being shot by the Three Lights. He was saved by Eternal Sailor Moon and Sailor Mars, and then returned to a slightly more peaceful life. A rather fat man that had been living within the lands of Tusk since his life had begun. Morocco is the father of Roya, in which he seems to be rather insane due to his great fear of his daughter. Morocco attained this fear by first dealing with a certain witch that had prophesied that Roya would &quot;be the death of him&quot;. This insanity greatly prospered after Roya (as a child) had given Morocco a rose as a gift, which pricked his finger, causing for a minor amount of blood loss. This threw him into a state of insanity throughout the rest of his life in which he convinced himself that Roya must die. Due to this fact, Morocco hires Despara to assassinate Roya. Because Roya&#039;s mother had joined bodies with Despara right before her death - as a result of her protecting Roya - Morocco could never look Despara in the face without being thrown into fear as to look at his own wife&#039;s face.    Ten years into the future when Morocco sees Roya dressed beautifully as the newly adopted daughter of Norman - a high ranking noble man of Tusk - he literally gets on his hands and knees and crawls quickly away from Roya in a moment of extreme fear within his insanity. After this, Morocco finds the whereabouts of Roya, and personally holds her by the throat and attempts to kill her. However, Despara - who became Jesara momentarily - is struck by his blow. Morocco then attempts to flee, but is instantly cut down by Cloud, thus finally ending his life of distortion.

Dr. Nako (often simply called "Doctor") is a doctor from Cocoyashi Village. Although a relatively minor character overall, he was one of the major characters from Nami's childhood.  He plays a major role in the flashback, while he plays a minor role in the present. He aids the crowd in fighting the Arlong Pirates and later tends the wounds of Zoro, Luffy, Yosaku, and Johnny. Nako grumbled about the crew having no doctor which gave Luffy an idea to find a doctor of their own. He then put the pinwheel tattoo on Nami's left arm to cover her stab scars.  He wears a bandana with a red cross, a common symbol for medical personnel, (which is edited out in the English anime) and a sunglasses.


Pastor Nick is a member of a religion that worships the Walls as holy.  He claims that he lost his family as a result of addiction to Vine.   As a religious leader, Pastor Nick used his influence to oppose any modification of the walls, be it permanently sealing the gates or even mounting cannons on the top.
