Kakeru is a young student who was born blind in his right eye, therefore wearing an eyepatch to avoid the stares of others as it also a different color. Aside from his best friend, Minase Yuka, Kakeru closed off his heart due to his traumatic background, which included being raised in an orphanage and having his sister commit suicide. Kakeru and Yuka both went to the same orphanage as children. Kakeru also has a job at a cafe.

A rather elegant and high-class country with a frugal disposition. Although he isn’t a good fighter, he’s survived by marrying countries left and right. Hungary and Austria were married at one time, and Hungary once worked in his house as a servant when the Holy Roman Empire still existed. They eventually got divorced, but it was for diplomatic reasons, not because there were bitter feelings between them or anything of the like.   During the times of the Holy Roman Empire, Italy (then Chibitalia) was also his servant.

Switzerland and Austria were close childhood friends and were allied under one government, uniting the two countries. Switzerland usually found himself bailing out and saving Austria, who often got beaten up by Hungary. Eventually, they grew apart thanks to their leader who failed to distinguish the two countries from one another. In present times, they try to avoid each other as much as possible and when put on the spot, they deny that they were ever friends.  

His personality and speech are that of what someone might describe as belonging to a young master of a rich household. Due to this and his stubbornness, you could say that he’s behind the times. Somewhat of a quiet loner, his motto is “hobbies before work.” His hobbies are cake, art, music, and piano (which he is quite skilled in playing).

Italy as a child. He was mistaken as being a girl by almost everyone for most of his childhood.   He worked in Austria’s house with Hungary who was like a mother to him. Austria made him wear dresses, not knowing of his true gender. Hungary sometimes dressed him up in her traditional clothes for women, knowing full well that he was a boy.  The Holy Roman Empire, who also was another that mistook him for a girl, was in love with him. He ended up leaving for war and never came back, but Hidekaz Himaruya promised a happy end to their story. 

The older brother of Chibitalia, Chibiromano was Spain's minion from the end of the Italian Wars (1559) until 1713 as a result of Spain's loss to the Austrian Hapsburg Monarchy in the War of Spanish Succession. Not much is known about his history before then, except that he was left behind during the Renaissance era when Chibitalia learned the arts from his grandfather (Roman Empire). The two brothers had not actually met, though aware of each other's existence, until Rome's disappearance and Chibitalia's return.  Chibiromano is a lazy good-for-nothing as Spain disappointingly finds out upon their first meeting. He refuses to obey orders, tells futile lies, repeats "bastard" (コンヤロ) at the end of almost every sentence, blames others (Spain) for his misdoings, and openly and easily cries when upset or embarassed. He has a tendency to turn red when so, prompting Spain to compare him to a tomato, much to his chagrin.  Despite his rude remarks and his ignorance over his own position before others, he has a low self-confidence. He's aware that he is even more 'hetare' (useless) than his brother, who can perform housework chores and painting better than he can. He believes that the only reason why Spain (and France) want him under their dominion is to inherit the legacy of his grandfather. When he finds out Spain had led sacrifices to save him from the Ottoman Empire at one point, he brings himself to thank Spain, albeit embarassedly.  According to the third manga volume, his significantly different attitude towards girls over men has already been established at his age, when, after claiming that the Spanish language was hard to learn, he uses it to flirt with Belgium right in front of Spain. He also has an erogenous curly ahoge like his brother, which he has forbidden Spain from touching, believing Spain's relentless tugging an act of molestation since "it feels good". He can "dance" the tarantella and is frequently found eating pizza.

Toshiki is the grandson of the chief of the dam&#039;s construction.   In episode 14, he is kidnapped by some anonymous guys.

Leader of the Shark Tooth MTB team. Upon his arrival in the X-Zone one year ago. he became dictator of X-City after overthrowing its mayor. He was said to have lured many MTB Riders to his team. His bike is called Bloody Fang (changed to Poison Fang in the English anime).

Ginga appears to be generally laid back (he is often seen sleeping and he generally does whatever he feels like doing) unless something happens to his friends or his beyblade or he has to fight in a beybattle. He would surely do anything to save his blade if it were to be somehow damaged. What is certain though is that this Japanese boy is not afraid to fight 100 beyblades! But he believes in his friend's (Pegasus') power, so he is victorious.

In episode one, Kouta is the main character along with Mai Makihara. He is very fond of her and helps her home every day due to her health condition.      ~! One day, they find an abandoned kitten and Mai convinces Kouta to adopt it, naming it Blue. When Mai collapses on her way home from the shrine, partially because Kouta was not present to help her, Kouta blames Blue for her death. He tells Momo to take Blue&#039;s soul away as revenge for Mai, but stops her last second and grabs the young kitten, holding him dearly in his hands. He then speaks to Mai&#039;s soul and as a final promise, agrees to take care of Blue for her. She then passes on as Kouta is left with Blue in the park.!~     ~! Kouta re-appears in episode 5, this time shown closer to Momo than in Episode one. He appears to have met her several times in between the episode gaps and also gained the ability to see ghosts, since Momo had touched him. He&#039;s told this ability will slowly disappear as he turns into an adult. Kouta helps the girl in Episode 5 by aiding her in finding her sister&#039;s soul in the school. He&#039;s shown as a much more apathetic person, and even states that he had been unable to smile since the day Mai passed away. !~

Switch is the brains and secretary of the Sket Dan. As a result of the events that happened in his life, he opts to speak through a voice synthesizer on his computer. 

He has a deadpan sense of humor and seems to enjoy teasing others. Because he always communicates through speech synthesis software and has a tendency to joke with a straight face, it is difficult to tell what he is really thinking. While he usually "speaks" without much emotion, he would sometimes purposely raise his "voice" to abnormally high levels for comic relief. He often becomes very passionate about anime and often provides a very detailed and hilariously in depth commentary on the various anime featured in the series. He also has a strong belief in Science which is shown through his rivalry against Occult lover, [Reiko Yuuki](https://anilist.co/character/40307/).

~!The reason he doesn't talk is quite possibly because of the psychological damage he developed from his belief of something he said being the cause of his [younger brother's](https://anilist.co/character/38747/) death!~

A member of Momoka&#039;s gang. When she laughs, it sounds like a monkey.     Sarukawa has short blonde hair in a sort of mullet style. Her canines appear sharper than the usual and her ears are large. She wears a boy&#039;s black gakuran with the first three characters of Nippon&#039;ichi Technical High School (Nikkō, 日本一工業高校) on the back. She looks significantly more masculine in the manga than she does in the anime.

Carly Nagisa is a reporter who came from the country to seek out her dreams. She tends to get pushed around by others as she attempts to obtain a big scoop and is generally called &quot;Stutter Stammer Carly&quot; due to her nervousness. She carries around a Fortune Telling Deck which she uses to predict her fortune and give her tips for the day. Sometimes having to live in her car, Carly uses a Duel Disk radar that is able to detect the location of duels occurring nearby, which she used to locate Yusei Fudo during his duel with Dick Pitt. From then on she tries to investigate Yusei&#039;s &quot;glowing arm&quot;, which leads her into learning about the Signers, Dark Signers, and even the Zero Reverse incident. But all throughout her investigations she encounters obstacles that prevent her from leaving the scene with the scoop she needs. She also develops feelings for Jack Atlus after she assists in his recovery after his duel with Yusei in the Fortune Cup.    Later in the story,  ~!Carly is investigating the Arcadia Movement for information regarding the Signers when Divine catches her. Divine challenges her to a Psychic Duel, which ends in Carly plummeting from the high skyscraper level to the ground below, where she dies on impact. She is then immediately revived as a Dark Signer with the Hummingbird mark and she duels Divine in a Yami no Duel for revenge. The duel ends with Carly summoning her Earthbound God and sending Divine to face the same death she did. But after the duel, Carly returns to her normal self and is left confused and scared about her change to a Dark Signer and about the actions she committed.     However, her Dark Signer state returns in her duel with Jack and she manages to put a major dent in Jack&#039;s life points. Then, she tries to convince Jack to join the Dark Signers by using &#039;the card that showed her Fate&#039;. However, her plan fails and Jack continues to battle her. Jack then later reveals during the duel that he had developed feelings for her and he tries everything in his power to save her. However, he defeats her, but she still turns to dust in the end. Before she does, she told Jack that she loved him.    Her Dark Signer deck is an evolved version of her previous Fortune Telling deck, where her cute &quot;Fortune Telling Witches&quot; have grown up into more intimidating (and evil) &quot;Fortune Ladies&quot;. She uses a Field Spell, Fortune Vision, to send hers and her opponent&#039;s monsters into the future, a strategy that is beneficial to her while detrimental to her opponent.    However, when all the former Dark Signers return after the final Dark Signer battle, Carly has no recollection of her days as a Dark Signer. She is seen as the bumbling reporter who follows Jack everywhere. She is present when Jack battles Ghost, who looks like him. She is also present in Jack&#039;s battle against Andore in the WRGP and in the hospital where Jack is placed after he took a dangerous fall from his D-Wheel in defeat after the duel.!~

Tokunosuke is a crafty person who has similar mannerisms to Weevil Underwood. They both appear quite similar and are viewed as creepy by the female characters. They both trick their opponents into taking their cards and take advantage of it. Tokunosuke is a skilled Duelist who uses any under-handed tactic in the book to make his opponents fall into his trap.  (Source: yugioh.wikia)

Mana is an energetic girl who takes care of Miss Monochrome. She was taken in by Miss Monochrome when she was abandoned under a bridge.

However, she later ran off with 19.3 billion of Miss Monochrome's money and became the manager of the idol Miss Monochrome admired, Kikuko.

He is a young boy, whose parents died when he was little. He used to live in the mountains all alone​ before he met a kind woman named Oume who took him in.
