Dino Tyranno's rival, he has the weirdest transformation since his form is a Chinese dragon and is a vicious fighter who couldn't care less about Diamond Ryugu's plans and would rather focus on getting his revenge against Tyranno, leading to his death. Yoshiko's father and Vice Principal of Holy Forest Academy. He is a very strict man who readily blindly follows the school rules and places them on top of anything else. Also he doesn't have much patience. He is easily enraged by Onizuka's behavior basically always. He seems to have no respect for school delinquents or any rebels during the series. Hiroshi believes that Onizuka is the evil root of all his misfortunes. He was visibly against Onizuka's hiring, but had to accept Principal Sakurai's decision. Tenma Ganzo is the leader of a group of bandits whose senshi killed Mikan's parents. After two of Touka Kurenai's workers were rescued by Rushuna from his men, he tracks Rushuna down to the Peach Blossom Tower and tries to destroy it with the aid of Banmaru Zoushi. Lafarga is the Captain of the Guard and charged with protecting the Pillar. Although Cephiro is mostly peaceful, he kept himself busy slaying the occasional monsters that would appear. In his takeover of the country, Zagato hypnotized him into trying to kill the Magic Knights as a last-ditch effort to stop them before they challenged him personally, but the girls managed to bring him to his senses. He goes against Zagato roughly at the same time Hikaru must meet Rayearth, and she in fact manages to summon her Mashin while trying to help Lafarga fight Zagato. In the second part of the story, he is romantically involved with Caldina.  Named after the Honda Rafaga, a sister car of the Ascot.

The owner of the Peach Twisters, Momokichi has had to deal with constant losing seasons of his beloved team. However, the usual tactic he employs to unload ineffective players is by killing them. He was one of the team owners suspected in &quot;The Bloody Pennant Race&quot;, a series of killings of baseball players ten years prior. He is also an avid bowler, and would often be challenged by his daughter Momomi at a bowling alley he owned, the Peach Bowl.

A traveling chef, he initially joined the party hoping for a chance to eat Yakumo as he never had tasted human before. He eventually warmed up to her though and became one of her protectors. He holds the green gem.

Chief Inspector Furano appears in Episode #4 "The Golden Dawn". He's quick tempered and distrusts everybody, nabbing the innocent Megumi Otsuka when he heard she was pregnant with police officer turned nightbreed Taki Ryuichi's baby. He even went so far as to arrest Shido and Yayoi when they intercepted him. A priest for the church of Mauser, Berkens is a laid back guy who doesn&#039;t take his duties seriously, nor does he approve of the church&#039;s overzealous pollicy in dealing with anyone who doesn&#039;t follow the church of mauser. While he doesn&#039;t personally believe in Mauser, he does believe that people need something to believe in. He travels with Pacifica and her group for a while on a mission to search for heretics, but leaves soon after when he finds that the heretic village to filled with just ordinary people. He also knows that Pacifica is the scrapped princess, but says he isn&#039;t interested in turning her in. Sometime after he returns to the capital, he later helps Raquel search for Pacifica, posing as her father. Nobuyuki is the father of Tenchi Masaki.  He works as an architect.  He appears to be the main source of money for Tenchi and the girls while they are on Earth.  In Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki, Nobuyuki is only a minor character, a distant descendant of Yosho (Katsuhito). Originally, he and Tenchi lived in the city where he would work and Tenchi would go to school. But after Ryoko  was awakened, Nobuyuki saw Tenchi with her and was surprised that Tenchi had a girl in his room. Nobuyuki attempted to record their private session, but then Ayeka arrived and Nobuyuki was miniaturized along with the house by Ryoko while escaping from Ayeka.  Afterwards, the house was permanently relocated next to the Masaki family shrine and Nobuyuki eventually moved back into the city living in an apartment with an old friend of the family, Rea Masaki. He and Rea became engaged and at the end of the series they were married.  Before the ceremony, Tenchi at first was angry when he found out that the story he was told about how his late mother Kiyone died was fictitious. Eventually Tenchi and Nobuyuki talked and Tenchi apologized for his earlier behavior and chose to accept his father's new wife Rea, as she had been more of a mother figure to him than his real mother and having her around won't be any different. Nobuyuki admitted that it was because of that fictitious story that they hesitated to tell him about the truth behind Kiyone's death or that Kiyone was also a prankster. Tenchi Muyo! Ryo Ohki:  Katsuhito Masaki, also known as Yōshō Masaki Jurai, is the son of Emperor Azusa Jurai and his first wife Funaho.    When Ryoko attacked Jurai on Kagato's orders, Yōshō fought her off.  He chased Ryoko to Earth when she fled, eventually defeating her and sealing her within a cave outside the Masaki shrine.  To protect the shrine's secret, he became a shinto priest.    His half-sisters Ayeka (who also considered him to be her betrothed) and Sasami immediately set out after him, but failed to locate him for another 700 years.    Despite this, Yōshō maintained contact with Jurai, eventually marrying Airi Masaki.  Together, they had two daughters, Kiyone and Minaho Masaki.  Katsuhito is also Tenchi and Tennyo's grandfather.    Tenchi Universe and movies 1 &amp; 3:  Kasuhito Masaki, also known as Yōshō, is the crown prince of Jurai, who vanished a number of years before the start of Tenchi Universe.    After his fight with Kagato, he fled to Earth with his lover, Haruna.  Tragically, Haruna died shortly after arriving on Earth.  Yosho buried her next to her tree, a Juraian camellia and proceeded to plant camellias from the seeds from her tree wherever he went.    Despite his grief at Haruna's death, Yōshō fell in love with a the daughter of a local priest, Itsuki Masaki, and married her.  At the marriage ceremony, he took on a new name: Katsuhito Masaki.  He also took on the duties of a shinto priest.    Katsuhito and Itsuki had a daughter, Achika Masaki.  Achika married Nobuyuki Masaki and had a son, Tenchi Masaki.    Tenchi in Tokyo:  Katsuhito Masaki is a shinto priest with no special powers (surprise!).  He had a daughter (name unknown) who married Nobuyuki.  The daughter was the chosen guardian of the Earth; her necklace turned into a sword to help defend the planet.  When she died, Tenchi became the new guardian of the Earth, although he didn't know it until Yugi started causing problems in Tokyo.

Dan Hibiki, more commonly known simply as Dan, is a character from Capcom's Street Fighter series of fighting games. Dan is consistently portrayed as an arrogant, overconfident, yet utterly weak character in many of the games in which he is featured. Originally, this was a standard helper robot that Seina Yamada was issued when he enrolled in the G.P. Academy. However, Kiriko and Erma, not trusting Amane Kaunaq with Seina, added a video camera for surveillance. However, a short circuit, caused by Amane's modifications had altered the personality of the robot.     Basically, NB's still the helper robot it was originally designed for, but now it has the personality of a voyeuristic pervert. NB is almost never found without its camera, hoping to catch girls in various stages of undress. However, the girls do catch it, the end result is NB getting dented.
