Carlos Rivera is a Venezuelan bantamweight boxer who ranked #6 in the world. The reason he is called a "A King Without A Crown" is because there is a rumor that the world champion is too afraid to fight him. Yoko Shiraki brings Rivera over to Japan to help Joe recover.

~! After his 12-Round Match with Joe, Carlos goes to Mexico City to fight the Champion Jose Mendoza, but is knocked out in the first round, 1 minute and 33 seconds in. After the match, his manager, Robert, claims, “Carlos Rivera did not lose against the champion, Jose Mendoza. He was already broken by an unknown Japanese boxer named Joe Yabuki” confirming that Carlos was left punch drunk after his match with Joe. While offered a rematch with Jose, Robert turns it down and says that Carlos may never step into the ring ever again !~

Captain Future is Curtis Newton, a brilliant, athletic young man who was raised on the Moon by a company of strange characters after his parents were killed by criminals. Now a grown man, Curt flies with his odd family in his spaceship, the Comet, fighting injustice throughout the solar system, and sometimes beyond.

Is the grandson of Arsène Lupin I. He is the world's most wanted thief. Often in his adventures, he takes it upon himself and his gang to foil other criminals engaged in more serious crimes. He sometimes appears incompetent, but mostly as a charade to catch his opponents off guard. While he has been arrested and thrown in jail on a number of occasions, he has always managed to break out. His infatuation with Fujiko Mine is perhaps his biggest weakness, as it often lands him in undesirable situations.

A genius intellect and extremely knowledgeable in multiple fields. He keeps a cool and logical head despite the situation. His only habit is smoking a tobacco pipe. He keeps his apartment a mess and is regularly conducting chemical experiments that lead to clouds of noxious fumes. He also seems to have feelings for Mrs. Hudson, as does the rest of the male cast.

Bio: An ex-cop who is partners with Mikura and Harada in the DSA or Danger Service Agency (often referred to as the &quot;Risk their Lives Trio&quot; in the press).  He loves noodles, drives a pink Volkswagen Beetle, howls at hot women and always cracks lame puns. Also, because of his tenure with the Tokyo Police, he has a knowledge on underworld workings, helpful in their line of work.    Mikura and Harada refer to Kurokawa as &quot;Pops&quot; for short.

Snork Maiden's brother. He is a scientist and is constantly trying to perfect his design for a flying ship.
