Lowell is the boss of "Hu-Gite", a manufacturer of robots that does not strive for the humanization of robots. Nevertheless, they are a market leader in front of another manufacturing company called "Conception". Lowell suspects behind the successes put their philosophy - automation of homes and integration of the robots in this, by increasing functional performance. According to Lowell every robot needs a right to exist and must fulfill its purpose. Lowell is convinced that the coexistence of humans and robots only under these conditions is complete. Early on "Hu-Gite" robot for different work and testing has begun, since robots have a long history on Mars. Still there but there is still a great mistrust of the robots. Lowell realizes that his philosophy is still not arrived complete with the people.

A man with an eccentric personality who is Shinra&#039;s father. His behaviour is odd to the point that he wears a Gas Mask, he says: &quot;Tokyo air is very filthy.&quot; and that&#039;s the reason why he wears it. He has also a habit of spinning a pen in his right hand.    While his personality ranges from childish for comic relief up to a somewhat intimidating one(especially around Izaya and Namie), he is the one who offered Celty a home to stay, in exchange for performing surgery on her, to which she agreed. He is in fact the one who made Shinra participate in multiple dissections, which he believes are the reason why Shinra is so twisted now.      ~!It is revealed that he is the one who stole Celty&#039;s head using the cursed blade Saika to cut the soul that binds together head and body. After that he sold the sword to an acquaintance while handing over Celty&#039;s head to Namie&#039;s father. !~    He claims his company,Nebula executives are interested in Celty and that is why he returned to Japan from America.

Danglars was the one who came up with the idea to imprison Edmond for his own gains and because Edmond had uncovered his embezzlement of ship's funds.

Let is a Dragonrace, a race of dragon people who reside in the Mystic Realm. When Let was first introduced, he was an evil warrior who worked for Demon Card as a guardian for King. He only wanted to fight until Haru defeated him and showed him the path of justice. His initial appearance in the story is of a human with a lizard like face. In the fight against Jegan he performs Dragon trial and takes the appearance of a human. Soon, he joined Haru in hope of bringing peace to the world.

Koshiro and Nanoka's father. While he was married to Makie, he had an affair; it is implied that this was the cause of their divorce. A man in late middle age, he is prone to bouts of hysterical worry, and is somewhat clueless. Still, he cares for his children (although he clearly favors Nanoka) and does his best to make Nanoka feel at home in her new surroundings. He is an architect.   

Raven, a childhood friend of Cheri and Stoffel, advises Lord Stoffel and executes orders on the ex-Regent's behalf. Raven's strategies and ruthlessness endanger Yuuri, however, in his heart Raven is more loving than malicious.  Spoiler: He is secretly in love with Cheri (Cecilie).

One of the heads of the Principality of Zeon, Gihren is the oldest son of Degwin Sodo Zabi. Giren was gifted with a high IQ (240) and ingenious oratory abilities. He and his sister Kycilia were constantly at odds with each other as both had similar political goals but different methods. Although Gihren was successful in reducing his father&#039;s role to that of a figurehead ruler, he must still endure Degwin&#039;s criticisms and scorn. 

Fuyubachi is an old man introduced in the eight episode of the show, who groups up with [Zebra](https://anilist.co/character/13595/) and [Kamome](https://anilist.co/character/13596/) to commit group suicide.

Akio Kawazu is a freelance journalist.  Heavy in debt to pay for the hospital bills of an elderly man that was hit by Kawazu's car, Akio struggles to find a big story.  He is not in good standing with the local police however, as Maniwa and Ikari mock his less than honorable journalistic integrity.  After Tsukiko Sagi was attacked by Shounen Bat/Lil' Slugger, Kawazu began following Tsukiko, desperate for anything that could make a good story.  He is not above looking up Tsukiko's skirt, given the chance.

Fugaku was the leader of the Konoha Military Police Force, the father of Itachi and Sasuke Uchiha, and leader of the Uchiha clan. His wife&#039;s name was Mikoto Uchiha.    As leader of the Uchiha, Fugaku was focused on the clan&#039;s interest and welfare. His son, Sasuke, saw him as a stern and uncaring man (though his wife revealed he cared deeply for his youngest child) while he was seen as a father figure to the rest of the clan. As Itachi was his successor as head of the clan, Fugaku spent much of his time focusing on the development of his eldest and little time with his youngest. Sasuke trained constantly in order to get his father&#039;s attention and approval. Near the end of his life, Fugaku had switched his attention to Sasuke, having lost hope in a wayward Itachi. He is only impressed by great feats and rarely praises anyone, having high expectations. Fugaku is very serious, hardly smiling most of the time. 

Jukai is the oldest member and presumably an old man with a very raspy voice, although his face is never seen and little is known about him. He is wrapped from the neck down in a straitjacket with a spiked back, and wears a mask with a stylised number six on it. His specialty appears to be manipulation of hydrogen/oxygen particles in the air around him, as seen when he teleports Hazanko to the Leyline's gate. He attacks by turning into a giant whirlwind, appearing to be made of water, and ramming into his opponents. When defeated by Aisha at the Leyline, he deflates like a popped water-balloon, streams of liquid spurting from his many wounds. Though his arms and body are pretty much restrained in the jacket he can still cast spells by shaking his body from side to side. He appears to be Hazanko's right hand man and the strongest spellcaster other than Hazanko himself.    (wikipedia)
