Arrancar 54 Emilou Apacci is one of Tier Halibel's Fracción. In her early life, she was a deer-like Adjuchas who was befriended by Halibel after she saved her from a Hollow that tried to eat her. She was brought to Halibel's base where she met Franceska Mila Rose and Cyan Sung-Sun. Emilou ended up joining Halibel's group. Sometime after Halibel's audience with Baraggan, she and the others tried to help Halibel when her base was attacked by a Hammerhead Arrancar only for them to be saved by Aizen.  ~!Some years later, she alongside Franceska and Cyan were with Halibel when she was watching Ichigo fighting Grimmjow. When in the fake Karakura Town, Emilou, Franceska, and Cyan Sung-Sun ended up fighting Rangiku Matsumoto until Momo Hinamori arrived to help Rangiku.!~  Her Zanpakutō is Cierva (碧鹿闘女 (シエルバ), Shieruba?, Spanish for "Doe," Japanese for "Blue Deer Battle Girl") which are actually the collars she wears over her wrists. When released, Emilou becomes more deer-like with brown fur, antlers, and hooves in place of her feet. Combined with the powers of Franceska and Cyan, Emilou can perform the Quimera Parca where their left arms can combine to form the chimeric Hollow Ayon who manages to defeat most of the lieutenants.  ~!After Ayon is slain by Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto, Emilou, Franceska, and Cyan were hit by Yamamoto's fire attack and fell to the ground.!~

Rangiku is an attractive, fair-skinned woman with long, wavy, strawberry-blonde hair (worn short in her youth), icy blue eyes, and a beauty spot to the right of her mouth. Her most distinctive features are her very large breasts, which are even larger than Orihime Inoue's. She also shares Orihime's strange taste in food. She dresses in the garb typical of shinigami, though her robes hang loose enough for her ample bosom to be revealed. She wears a necklace and a pink scarf over her shoulders. In addition, her lieutenant's armband is worn on her uniform's sash, as opposed to around the arm.  Rangiku tends to be a slacker who doesn't like paperwork and loves to drink saké. She's not the least bit modest about her appearance, frequently referring or complaining about her large breasts in casual conversation. She even tries to bribe Ichigo Kurosaki into letting her stay at his house using them, though unsuccessfully. Her easy-going and free-spirited personality is in sharp contrast with the serious Hitsugaya, but the two seem to be quite close, regardless. Rangiku is almost constantly by his side and has shown her loyalty to him on several occasions. While she seems somewhat self-centered, she is sensitive to the feelings of others, evident when she sees the concern Hitsugaya has for Momo Hinamori, the guilt Izuru Kira shares with her when Gin Ichimaru is revealed as a traitor, and when Orihime feels depressed about her role in Ichigo Kurosaki's life. Despite her lackadaisical image, she can be extremely serious when needed. She's shown to be somewhat maternal, especially with Orihime and Momo.   ~!Not much is mentioned about Rangiku's past. She came from Rukongai and was rescued as a child by Gin Ichimaru; the two soon became friends. In one short chapter from the manga, she was once asked by Ichimaru during her childhood when her birthday was. She replied that she did not know because she had been alone for as far as she could remember. This possibly means she was orphaned since birth. When he heard about this, Ichimaru told her that if this was the case, then her birthday should be set on the day they met (the day she was not alone anymore).  It is not known how she became a shinigami or how she became lieutenant of the 10th Division, but it is known that she has held the position longer than her current captain has held his. She first met Hitsugaya in Rukongai when the two bumped into one another. Recognizing his immense power, and the harm it was causing to the old woman he lived with, she convinced him to become a shinigami in order to control it.!~

Nemu is the lieutenant of the 12th Division in the Gotei 13, under captain Mayuri Kurotsuchi.    Nemu is the artificially created daughter of Mayuri Kurotsuchi, a combination of his research in artificial bodie  and artificial souls. This past has driven her to become rather introverted and melancholic, preferring to stay silent in her captain&#039;s presence. Their relationship is far from the average father-daughter one, as Mayuri doesn&#039;t seem to care much for Nemu&#039;s well-being (using her as bait in combat). The most that can be said in his favor is that he has occasionally implied concern over her life as a point of personal pride in his own skill as her creator. Despite being abused and mistreated in every possible way by her captain and father, Nemu still shows great loyalty to him, and has openly expressed worry at the prospect of his death, likely due to her implied gratitude that Kurotsuchi brought her into the world. Unlike her father, however, she seems to have compassion for others, saving Uryū Ishida&#039;s life as a thank you for not killing Mayuri. Based on the 13 squad episode endings and the Bount arc, Nemu&#039;s fighting style seems to be a combination of capoeira-like martial arts, and kidō attacks.    Nemu&#039;s body was designed to withstand fatal injury, though still suffers the pain brought on by her injuries. This extends to being able to survive impregnation by Szayel Aporro Granz, a process meant to bring him back to life while leaving his host as an empty husk. Mayuri can repair Nemu very quickly in these situations, allowing her to continue doing her father&#039;s bidding. Nemu is also immune to Mayuri&#039;s many poisons. Despite this, she carries around a variety of antidotes to be used as she sees fit. She also holds various poisons and potions derived from Mayuri&#039;s research in her own body, making her highly dangerous to those that attack her internally. Nemu does not normally carry a zanpakutō, but she is revealed to have one in an illustration in the artbook &quot;All Colour but the Black.&quot; Her zanpakutō takes the form of what appears to be a thin katana.

She hesitates when Ohgi admits his love for her. She is captured after an altercation with Sayoko, but is eventually released and leads Ougi to believe Zero cannot be trusted. She remains with the Black Knights following this. It is revealed that she is pregnant with Ougi's child and she remains on Horai Island when the Black Knights depart to battle Lelouch. Takeya's childhood friend. Incidentally, his landlord is also her father. Despite their constant bickering, the two are best friends, having known one another since childhood. Neneko generally serves as the balance and common sense of the duo, and often shows up during difficult situations that Takeya is too alarmed about to solve. She helps him out of tough times so often, in fact, that one wonders how he would ever get along without her. At the end of the manga, she reveals that she will be going to America to study fashion design. Near the end of the book she admits she has &quot;unrequited love for Takeya&quot;, but she had to let him go. Embodiment of the no-nonsense personality, Inspector Re-l Mayer of the Citizen Intelligence Bureau is in charge of investigating a series of brutal murders apparently committed by AutoReivs infected with the Cogito virus. She is also the granddaughter of Donov Mayer, the Regent of Romdo. Given her privileged status, she expects respect from people around her, and speaks as such (she addresses Vincent as "o-mae"). 

Re-l accompanies Vincent on his journey in order to learn more about the mysterious Proxies, but having been living in comfortable conditions and being spoilt by Iggy all her life, she finds the "outdoor hiking" experience increasingly unbearable, and throws tantrums at both of them (often with comical effects). During the period that they get stranded without wind, she passes time by taking the both of them as study subjects. Her narration reveals her to be a very analytical person. Re-l is a young woman who wears black clothes, has black hair and is known for her blue eyeshadow. She eventually comes to share Vincent's feelings, but shows it subtly.  

Hilda doesn't seem to have been in the military prior to joining the Gekkostate, but she's a natural lifter. This combined with her quick thinking has made her the best LFO pilot not part of the original group. She often pilots the 808 Terminus, and uses its heavy firepower and armor in a defender role. There is no mention of her actually being married to Matthieu, but they act like husband and wife.

Sir Bedivere was among the first Knights of the Round table, and he remained faithful to the King until the end. 

Although he was the one who closest guarded the King, he never saw her smile nor learned of her identity as a woman. After attending the King's death he found himself initially unable to return Excalibur to the Lady of the Lake, for that would signal Artoria was truly gone. Though sad the hard work of his King was not properly rewarded, he understood her Fate could not be changed and finally returned the Sword, hoping she would find a peaceful slumber.

Miharu's older sister, Maharu Sena Kanaka has been the head of the house since her father died. Getting close to 30, she worries about finding a husband, but thought she struck the jackpot when Yukinari found himself on Seiren one day. Initially jealous about Miharu's attention to the boy, Maharu finally gave her blessing to her little sister and allowed her to return to Earth to be with him. Additionally, she asked Koyomi and Tomoka to go to Earth as well, to find a husband for her.  Extremely buxom, Maharu is VERY discerning about who should be her husband. When Kazuharu Fukuyama found himself on Seiren due to Tomoka's choice, she rejected him as a husband when she found out how much of a pervert he was! Ebi is Miharu's strange little pet from the world of Seiren. No one knows what it really is, some think it's a seal, or a dog, or a cat, or something within the animal kingdom. Ebi doesn't know how to talk but she has many ways of expressing herself. She likes to get into alot of mischief with Tomoka.

Momotaro and his animal minions weigh anchor on Devil's Island, where Gokudo and the Gang are hiding out. He boasts that he was born from a peach, and Gokudo teases him mercilessly about it, causing Momotaro to lose his patience fast.

Noriko used to be the keyboard player for Nittle Grasper, but joins Bad Luck for a bit on Tohma's request. Once Nittle Grapser gets back together, though, she leaves for good. Noriko is rude, loud, and talented. She won't take junk from any of her band members, and demands the best out of them. Often she acts like an older sister to Ryuichi.

Yukiko is the owner of the inn &quot;Pink Amigo&quot; in the Eldorado Five&#039;s hometown. She is the granddaughter of the late Chizuru Steavens, one of the members of the Eldorado Five. Yukiko has a soft spot for the remaining members and the sound of her beautiful voice when it sings always calms them down when their about to create a ruccus. When the Eldorado Five joins Van&#039;s company to save the world, she decides to go as well to care for the aging group.     ~!Just before The Claw is defeated, a relationship seems to develop between Yukiko and Joshua, and she decides to go with Joshua to help find Volokain&#039;s remains.!~

Shion is Mion's identical twin sister, who currently resides in Okinomiya. In spite of their different personalities, she and Mion often switch places, and it can be difficult to distinguish between them. 

~!Their first switch took place when they were little. Right before tattooing the symbol of an oni, which is reserved for the older sister, she was mistakenly identified as Shion, the younger sister, which means that she was actually born as Mion Sonozaki, the older sister. Since then, she switched her identity of Mion with Shion, the younger sister. !~  

She was sent by the Sonozaki family to a private boarding school, but escaped and returned to live near her hometown, where she lives with Kasai. In spite of all this, she and Mion maintain a close relationship. In most of the arcs, she is at a different school from the other main characters, and therefore appears less frequently.  She works as a waitress at the Angel-Mort restaurant and is the manager's assistant for the Hinamizawa Fighters little league team. She is often seen carrying a taser, and also wears yellow ribbon in her hair. She is also shown to be good with guns, along with Kasai, in Matsuribayashi-hen.

She was in love with Satoshi, and blames the Three Families of Hinamizawa for his disappearance in Watanagashi-hen and Meakashi-hen (the latter told from her point of view); this, along with a different demonic sadistic personality she manifested in her grief, drove her to mass murder, which led to psychosis. One of the last words that Satoshi and her exchanged before he disappeared was a promise to take care of Satoko. In Watanagashi-hen and, more explicitly, Meakashi-hen, her resentment toward Satoko for her role in his disappearance causes her to forget this promise and murder her, only to remember too late; however, in subsequent arcs, she has taken the promise to heart to the point were she is willing to give up her life for Satoko.!~

Mion is the oldest kid in Keiichi's class. As the elder, she is the class president and everyone looks up to her as the leader. She acts like a perverted tomboy and calls herself old man, but has a hidden girlish side. Mion is next in line to be the head of the Sonozaki household, one of the Three Families which holds tremendous influence in Hinamizawa. Often when playing games with her fellow club members she is known for her ruthlessness, often coming up with the most embarrassing penalties for the losers.  Mion also serves as the leader of the main characters' gaming club. 

~!Mion is more stable than the other club members, and as such has never herself succumbed to Hinamizawa Syndrome!~
