Cell is a fictional graphic novel supervillain who first appears in the Dragon Ball manga created by Akira Toriyama, followed by Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT. He is the ultimate creation of the scientist Dr. Gero, cloned from the cells of several characters from the series. As a result of the cloning, Cell is labeled the "perfect warrior", possessing genetic and even personality traits and abilities from almost all of the Dragon Ball characters. Sugoroku Mutou is the grandfather of Yugi Mutou, who gave him his famous Millennium Puzzle as a present, which he had recovered from the tomb of the Pharaoh Atem in his youth. He owns the Kame Game shop, where Yugi and his friends get several of the games they play, and he taught Katsuya Jonouchi how to play the Duel Monsters card game. His fondness for games is even evident in his name: &quot;Sugoroku&quot; is a Japanese game similar to Backgammon.

Commander Red is the leader of the Red Ribbon Army. While he puts up the front that he plans to take over the world, his true plan was to use the Dragon Balls to wish to become tall. Assistant Black overhears this and pleads that the Red Ribbon Army did so much, and risked a lot for his ambition, instead of world conquest, therefore it wasn't worth the risk and could lead to their ultimate defeat. When Red doesn't listen, he is then shot on the head and killed by Black who then renames it the Black Ribbon Army.

Moichi Taoka is Ryonan's coach and a contemporary of Kainan's Riki Takato, who is a year younger than him. Both of them have known each other since high school, when Taoka was known as “Kanagawa's Taoka”. Taoka compares himself to Sendoh, which his players find hard to believe. Both men are still friends, but are also rivals. Taoka trained his team hard enough that when he asked them to close their eyes and think about it, they became agitated. If he had had his way, his dream team would have consisted of Sendoh, Uozomi, Mitsui, Miyagi, and Rukawa, with the latter three playing the same positions they now play for Shohoku. He personally recruited them, but each turned him down for various reasons (Mitsui and Miyagi because of Anzai, and Rukawa because Shohoku is closer to his home). Still, Taoka is happy with his current team and believes that out of all the teams he has coached, it has trained the hardest. He even believes that this team can beat his dream team.   Taoka is a good coach, but has made mistakes in judging his players and the opposition. He still has an eye for talent though, as he recognized Uozomi's potential and gave him encouragement when Uozomi's skills were weak and he was thinking of quitting. Taoka also realized that when Sendoh and Fukuda joined the team that they would become key players. However, he thought that he could encourage Fukuda by criticizing him while at the same time praising Sendoh. Fukuda's personality turned out to be more sensitive, and after a year of criticism, he snapped, attacking Taoka during a practice match. This resulted in his suspension from the team, which is why Fukuda did not play during the practice match with Shohoku. Having learned from his mistake, Taoka uses Fukuda to great effect during the match with Kainan. During the league round match with Shohoku, Taoka underestimates how much Sakuragi's abilities have grown in the short time since Shohoku first played Ryonan. He also underestimates Kogure's abilities. Both of these underestimations cost Ryonan a shot at the national championships, and Taoka acknowledges them after the game.   (Source: Wikipedia) 

King Vegeta was the king of the Saiyans, and is mentioned several times in the manga, however only appears in filler episodes and movies. Believed to have been the strongest Saiyan, in the manga, it was said that he had been surpassed by his own child, also named Vegeta. Before the attack on Planet Vegeta, he realized that Freeza was afraid of the Saiyans, and he coordinated an assault on Freeza. According to the anime filler, his attempt to attack Freeza failed as he was easily killed. The Saiyan elites that followed were also defeated by Freeza. In the movie Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan, he ordered both Broly and his father Paragus&#039; to be killed, because he was afraid of Broly&#039;s abnormally high power.    King Vegeta is only seen in the anime special, the film Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan, and in some original scenes in the anime series. Dr. Myu is a brilliant scientist who desires nothing more than total control of the galaxy. Dr. Myu masterminds the plot to build an ultimate Machine Mutant with enough power to see his sinister goal of control through to the end. To this end, he created a powerful enforcer named General Rilldo, and tried to gather the Black Star Dragon Balls to use them to complete his creation, Baby, and use it to take over the universe.      ~!However, Goku, Pan and Trunks got past General Rilldo and foiled Dr. Myu's plans. Dr. Myu escaped, but was killed when Baby burst out of his body. It was revealed then that Baby was actually the one that programmed Dr. Myu, and not the other way around.    Dr. Myu later teams up with Dr. Gero in Hell and creates another Android 17, who controls the original Android 17 and converges their powers together to set a rift between Earth and Hell. Hell's Android 17 and the two scientists escape, following which the two Android 17s eventually fuse together to become Super 17. Super 17 betrays and kills Dr. Gero thanks to Dr. Myu's programming changes, then goes on to dominate the Z Fighters (including Super Saiyan 4 Goku thanks to his absorption field ability) that Dr. Myu truly believes he can take over the universe, until Android 18 shows up and gets in his head by appealing to his sense of self.    Dr. Myu, in anger at Android 18's apparent influence, orders Super 17 to destroy Goku and Android 18 with his Electric Hell Sphere attack so as to show them &quot;who he really is&quot; and that he &quot;can't be manipulated or controlled&quot;. Flazzard is an antagonist in the Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai manga and its anime adaptations. He is the commander of the Blizzblaze Legion of the Vearn's Dark Army, a division made of vicious elemental monsters.

Wei Wang is the attendant that comes with Syaoran Li when he first moves to Japan. A kind elderly man he has been teaching martial arts to Syaoran and Meilin since there childhood.     ~!In Episode 43 when Meilin goes back to Hong Kong he returns with her.!~

He is chief official at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and head of Public Security Section 6, where he investigates various mysterious cases. In an effort to solve the case of 2501 (an illegal hacking program) he frequently locks horns with Section 9. He was part of the original movie, however there is no mention of him in the serie. Nakamura is seen once again in the OVA (Solid State Society), in a scene that suggest the Major was working in freelance for Section 6.

Lord Gennon is a high-ranking noble in Chuder. During the early days of the Band of the Hawk, he hired them for a number of jobs. A notorious pedophile, he developed an attraction for Griffith, which culminated when Griffith agreed to sleep with him in exchange for funds to support the growing Band. He is often seen to be attended by many very young male servants, no older than being in their teens. Gennon's voice was done by Masashi Oki in the Japanese version of the original anime and Fred Velde was his English voice actor.   ~!Gennon later rose to become Governor of Doldrey. When General Boscone reveals that the Band of the Hawk's leader is Griffith, his obsession starts to cloud his judgement, which would eventually lead to his defeat. When the Band of the Hawk attacked Doldrey as part of Midland's regular army during the One Hundred Years War, Gennon became so obsessed with capturing Griffith to the detriment of his greater military objectives. Chuder lost the battle, in large part because Gennon overrode the military command structure and took direct control of Chuder's forces, which was all in Griffith's plan. In his final moments, he pleaded with Griffith, telling him that all he wanted was to have him back. This plea fell upon deaf ears as Gennon was killed by Griffith after the main part of Chuder's army fled the battlefield following the death of General Boscone at Guts's hands.!~

Jiroubou is the physically strongest member of the Sound Four. Through simple physical attacks, he can defeat an opponent in one or two blows. Because he is able to absorb the chakra of others, Jiroubou often captures opponents so that he can absorb their chakra as a form of sustenance.

He was once part of the Twelve Guardian Ninja. When six of the members tried a coup d'etat he alongside Asuma Sarutobi, Kitane, Nauma, Tou'u, and Seito fought against them. He alongside Asuma and Kazuma was the only survivors of the fight.     When the group disbanded he became head monk at the Fire Temple, an elite monastery that is home to monks with special abilities. During his time with the Twelve Guardian Ninja, some underground organization put a 30 Million Ryo bounty on his head.

Doc Q is the Blackbeard pirate crew's doctor, He is currently one of the Ten Titanic Captains and the captain of the Ninth Ship of the Blackbeard Pirates.

Like the rest of his crew, Doc Q believes heavily in fate, although their views seem to center more on the belief of fortune and misfortune. Q seems to note when people are lucky or unlucky, and praises those with luck, while "pitying" the unlucky ones. However, he is not above changing his opinion should the circumstances prove otherwise, as seen when he notes Luffy to be "lucky" despite deeming him out of luck when Teach decided to target the Straw Hats. He is well-aware of his ailing body, but accepts it and even laughs about it.

Roland is a legendary astronaut and Hachi's room mate on his time on the moon, after breaking his leg after saving a woman from a fire. Roland appears as a typical old man who thinks the youth gets things too easily, and is often seen crunching a squeezer.  He was also Mr. Gigalt's sensei and teacher.   ~!He committed suicide by staying too long outside on the moon in a compression suit, because he believed his leukemia was going to keep him from going out in space again.!~
