She is a pretty detective with the Tokyo police, who often uses the City Hunter team to do her job for her. Despite her deceptive tendencies, she and Ryo have a considerable history together and were in a love triangle with Ryo and [Hideyuki Makimura](https://anilist.co/character/2067/Hideyuki-Makimura).    Saeko&#039;s father is the chief of police, so she has some leeway in how she does her job. But off the job, her father puts pressure on her to get married.    In the spin-off Angel Heart, Saeko was the chief of police who used to date Hideyuki Makimura and was implied to be waiting for Hideyuki&#039;s proposal. In later chapters, Saeko&#039;s hidden dream was to have a normal family with Ryo, implying her shift in romantic interest.

Flau was a Youma summoned by Jadeite to drain energy from unsuspecting radio-listeners as part of the Dark Kingdom&#039;s continuing energy-gathering efforts. She appeared in anime episode 3.    She and Jadeite hijacked FM No. 10 and broadcasted the new program Midnight Zero. Midnight Zero was a program that would read one love letter per night from the fan mail; the fan whose letter was read won a flower pin that would be delivered to them the next morning. These flowers, however, would then sap the energy from whoever was wearing it at the time. Usagi&#039;s friend Naru, as well as their teacher, Ms. Haruna, fell victim to these energy-draining flowers, and both eventually fell into comas.    Once Usagi disguised herself and stormed into the broadcast station to protest, Flau lunged through the sound-proof glass and attacked her, transforming from her human disguise into her true form, a humanoid female with pale blue/purple skin, a blue toga, and unruly brown hair, with a dark star on her forehead. Usagi then transformed into Sailor Moon and was chased by Flau to the roof of the building, as the Youma attacked her with blasts of energy from her mouth and swipes of her sharpened claws. In the anime, she is presented as a young, innocent, naive girl, and the idol at Myōjin University. In the manga, she is far more sexually adventurous and lecherous. She becomes Nagumo's girlfriend, and the mother of the Chōjin.

Claire is the waitress on the Galaxy Express 999. Her body is made of crystal glass. Her mother changed her into this form and she wants a normal human body. She can glow by increasing the vibration of her internal energy.

Kanna is Manabu&#039;s mother, who runs a small ramen shop on her home planet. After losing her husband and eldest son in service to the SDF, she naturally didn&#039;t take too well to Manabu also enlisting, though she later forgave him. She&#039;s generally a supportive mother, though the two of them don&#039;t have much contact outside of the occasional visit from Manabu whenever the chance rises. She&#039;s a generally levelheaded and independent woman.

Anime version      Shuri&#039;s teacher who is also a scholar and doctor in the countryside. Shibaki has been taking care of Shuri ever since she was orphaned and was separated from her sisters. She loves Shuri, treating her like her own daughter and wanting the best for her. She returns in the second season where she has adopted another girl name Hōtō.

A very shy girl, she is the one who freed Tickle, and now lives with her, posing as twins. She had just lost her best friend when she received the book containing Tickle. She has a very annoying sister named Hina. She is very shy, but becomes more confident as the story progresses. She is usually against Tickle's use of magic.

Belfy is a cheerful forest pixie who loves animals and is the only one in her village who can communicate them. She was placed in the care of the village doctor as a baby and has grown into a competent and responsible young girl who does all she can to help those around her. Adventurous and spunky, Belfy has no problem keeping up with the boys in the village and does not like being excluded due to her gender. Belfy's fondest wish is to have a mother of her very own. ~!It is later revealed that Belfy is not an orphan. Her parents are members of an exiled race of pixies who are turned away from villages due to their ancestry. They left their infant child in the care of Dr. Dokkorin so that she could have a better life.!~

She views her younger sister as a traitor to the Buff Clan and despises her.
