Steve Toros is the Blitz Team's manager (but also serves as an inventor and occasionally a combat controller in Jamie's place), whose children are Leena and Leon Toros. Rolex is a mysterious being who works for Gokuraku. He is very tall and always appears in a trench coat. His face is angular, as if chiseled from granite and his appearance is slightly inhuman, with features like pointed ears and slanted eyes.  Rolex&#039;s position within the Gokuraku organization was not clearly stated in the story, but it can be deduce that he occupies a very high position within the hierarchy, possibly just one step beneath the Owner, Mr Barutekku. He deals mainly in the design and creation of Video Girls. His role could be described as some kind of scientist-inventor, as well as being the CEO of Gokuraku Japan. Shane Caxton is an American black-ops operator who is currently in Roanapur, awaiting deployment into Indochina. Like Dutch, Caxton is a Vietnam War veteran who still holds on to his moral code of conduct. Caxton's team, called "Gray Fox", under orders from a division of the NSA, orchestrated the assassination of Garcia Lovelace's father. As a result of his action, he has made an enemy of the formidable Roberta, which their confrontation involves the entire city of Roanapur, including the Triad, Hotel Moscow, and the Church of Violence. Despite this, Mr. Chang is trying to get Caxton and his men out of Roanapur to prevent Roberta from killing them, as their deaths will trigger a war between the Roanapur gangsters and the United States government. When he meets up with Lagoon Company, he automatically recognizes Dutch and mentions something to Dutch that seemed to shock him.  It is revealed he is a highly-esteemed operator by his fellow colleagues especially Gray Fox's second in command for his decency, integrity and honorable conduct. He is the ideal symbol of America in the story. In a flashback, he killed one of his subordinates in retaliation for murdering innocent women and children out of pleasure during the Vietnam War, implying he does not tolerate that kind of conduct.

Wei Wang is the attendant that comes with Syaoran Li when he first moves to Japan. A kind elderly man he has been teaching martial arts to Syaoran and Meilin since there childhood.     ~!In Episode 43 when Meilin goes back to Hong Kong he returns with her.!~

The mysterious resident of room #4. The other tenants gave up on finding out anything about this strange man whose personal information is completely unknown, even job or age. Yet he seems to have something to call his job, and somewhere to call home, since he was away during the new year's holiday. His hobby is peeping and eavesdropping. His room's closet is connected to Godai's room by a huge crack that Yotsuya always opened whenever somebody tried to seal it. The only time anybody saw Yotsuya at work was when he tutored Yagami, although he didn't teach her anything. All he has done in the course of four years recorded in TV or manga has been to create unspeakable messes. It has been speculated among fans that Yotsuya is one and the same as the character Sekoi in another Rumiko Takahashi Manga titled Dust-spurt. In it, Sekoi is a secret agent working for the HCIA="Hinomaru Central Intelligence Agency".
