An energetic rich man whom quite looks clumsy but very responsible. He is  very brave and he&#039;ll do anything to keep his daughter happy.

Naoyuki is Tomoya's father. Tomoya's mother Atsuko Okazaki died when Tomoya was young, thus leaving only himself to raise Tomoya. After the accident, Naoyuki turns to alcohol and smoking, and held frequent fights with his son. One day while arguing with his son on trivial things, he slammed Tomoya against the wall, dislocating Tomoya's right shoulder. Immediately after that, Tomoya refused to come out of his room, and by the time he finally went to the hospital, it was declared to be untreatable. Ever since then, his father has treated Tomoya more kindly, but like a stranger rather than family. This only hurt Tomoya even more, so he becomes a delinquent, as he is unable to participate in basketball activities any longer, and he avoided returning to his home early enough to be confronted with his father. Tomoya has the intention of running away from his home, as revealed from Kotomi's path.

The Chief of Deadman Wonderland.    ~!He's the true primary antagonist of the series and he's also bedridden and locked inside his room, guarded by two albino twins. Due to his state inside an old man's body, the managing duties of DW prison are left to Tamaki.  He's also a Deadman. He's killed by Shiro after challenging her Wretched Egg persona to a fight. It's later revealed that Hagire isn't actually dead, since he had transferred his memories to Sakigami Toto and is currently occupying Toto's body.   In the past, Hagire who was in his orginal body and was the head of the research facility Ganta's mother, Igarashi Sorae worked in. They led the research on the Nameless Worms and experimented on a little Shiro; while Sorae was plagued by guilt due to the inhuman experiments, Hagire was shown uninterested in Shiro's well-beings and often sadistically pushed the experiments forward. In the end, the pains from many experiments forced Shiro to create the Wretched Egg persona (which she termed "Ace Man", a hero who saved the weak on a TV shows she and Ganta watched together), and developed the ability to control blood. Hagire's interests in Shiro skyrocketed after the Wretched Egg appeared, and he started to aspire to be like her.  HIs branch of sin appears as tentacle-like whips, which he uses wildly and randomly, however, when he transfers to Toto's body, he gains Mockingbird's branch, Love Labyrinth !~

Hamdi Ashur was an Alliance lieutenant commander.

The Doc is, as his nickname implies, a doctor, though of the rather questionable sort.  He is the mastermind behind Millennium's artificial vampires, and has not aged since the second world war. He  is also in the possession of a peculiar remote controller, controlling many different aspects of the Millennium war machine.

Wang Chan is a minor antagonist featured in Part I: Phantom Blood  Personality   As a human, Wang Chan has shown a greedy personality, selling a poison to Dio Brando without any regard for its use and heading back to the Joestar mansion to salvage for treasures and antiques. Upon becoming a vampire, however, he becomes entirely devoted to Dio's wishes.  Synopsis   Originally only known as the "Oriental Man", he owned a curiosity shop on Ogre Street. Wang Chang sold Dio the poison which Dio used in his murder of Dario Brando and his attempted murder of George Joestar, although Wang was not concerned with what the poison was to be used for. He told Dio, without much, if any, intent to provoke him, of a man in his own land who had a similar birthmark to Dio's who had had a harsh life, but in the end lived to be over 183.   Sometime after, he was was captured by Jonathan Joestar and taken to the the Joestar Manor. When he is used in an attempt to force Dio to go with the police, he again mentions his fortune telling, saying that Dio is far too lucky to fully have to give up this early. Dio uses George's blood to become a vampire, taking Wang Chan as his subordinate when the latter goes to search the Joestar manor for valuables.   Dio trusts him enough to be responsible for his head and implanting it onto Jonathan's body. This did not go according to plan, however as Jonathan use the last of his strength to crush Wang Chan's head and sent a ripple to take control of his body, and made him sink the ship of zombies by grinding his body into the machinery.    

Randis is the also the King of Doria. He takes the throne after killing his former friend and comrade King Bassen. King Randis isn&#039;t a very good King and only thinks of his own selfish desires which has thrown Doria into chaos. He hopes to have Prince Dunan of Gupta marry his daughter Princess Diana to secure his position as King. 

Trant appears for the first time after the Wing Zero is abandoned by Heero and Quatre. Though ordered by Tsubarov to destroy the Gundam to erase all evidence of its existence, Clark felt that the Gundam's ZERO System is the key to turning the tide in the war, especially to render the mobile dolls obsolete and works independently to understand it. His troops capture Heero, Quatre, the Gundam scientists and soldiers of the Treize Faction. He had the former test out the system, determining that it can fight even more efficiently thank a mobile doll. Unfortunately, Heero took control of the Gundam and went berserk, trying to kill anyone trying to kill him. Eventually, it was abandoned and Clark attempted to pick up the pieces. He continued to use the Gundam to record results but the complexities make it hard for him after prolonged periods of use. After it is discovered that he used numerous mobile dolls to gather data on the system's capabilities, Tubarov sends a number of soldiers to discover his whereabouts. During the same time, Trant tracks down Gundam pilot Duo Maxwell and forces him to battle the mobile dolls in order to gather more accurate data. Duo becomes overwhelmed by the ZERO System and is pulled out of the cockpit by Trant as OZ soldiers arrive to retrieve Trant and destroy Wing Zero. Trant immediately pilots Wing Zero and easily dispatches the soldiers and their accompanying mobile dolls. However, the ZERO System overwhelms his mental state, making him crave more destruction. Duo, now piloting his Deathscythe Hell, prevents Trant from destroying a nearby colony and eventually kills him in battle.  http://gundam.wikia.com/wiki/Trant_Clark


Monkey King: Enma was the personal summon of Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Third Hokage. As he was a long-time companion to Hiruzen, it is implied that he is also rather old. 

Gamabunta speaks like a yakuza gangster who won't work with anyone he doesn't respect. Despite this, he is fiercely protective of his children and Naruto, and will fight for their safety regardless of his respect for the summoner (or, more likely, whether or not Jiraiya is on his good side).

He is a Vice Principal of Tokisadame HIgh School.

Garp is a Marine hero who was famous for cornering the late Pirate King, Gold Roger, numerous times in his career. Garp is considered by Whitebeard as one of the few people that know the seas from the time of Roger.

~!It is later revealed that his real name is Monkey D. Garp (モンキー・D・ガープ) and he is also the father of Monkey D. Dragon and the grandfather of Monkey D. Luffy.!~

Garp is first introduced in Koby's mini-series as the Marine officer in charge of escorting Captain Morgan. However after falling asleep, Morgan makes his escape by striking Garp and taking Helmeppo as a hostage, fleeing on a small dingy. Garp then wakes up unharmed, apparently breaking a cannon in the process of waking up. When Koby begs to chase after the two, Garp allows Koby to persue them. Upon the boys return they offer themselves to be punished, but Garp instead proposes a different course of action. He states that the pair of them are nothing but trouble and the only way to ensure they still in line is that he takes charge of the pair. He takes them back to Marine HQ where he begins to train them to become great Marine Officers.
