Director Kawasaki is a flauntingly gay film director known for making female action films that are packed to the brim with fanservice. 

Zagashira simply means the head of the troop. His real name remains unknown. The manager of the Yuyama troupe, Zagashira looks after the group's accounts. He used to work Kakunojō's father, Zagashira saved Kakunojō from the fire that destroyed her household.   (Source: Wikipedia) 

Hachigen Ushōda is the physically largest vizard. He was formerly the lieutenant of the Kido Corps under Tessai Tsukabishi. He wears a tuxedo and has a black crossbone design in his pink hair. He is usually referred to as Hachi (ハッチ, sometimes translated as 'Hutch'), but his actual name is Hachigen. He seems to be a binding spells expert, since he is always tasked with making barriers and such for the vizard's use. By his own admission, his powers are very similar to those of Orihime Inoue's. Despite his unusual size, Hachi is actually very kind and gentle and seems to enjoy Orihime's company.

Jidanbou Ikkanzaka is the gatekeeper of the west gate (Hakutoumon), to the court of pure souls, uses twin axes in battle and is apparently quite strong. He, unfortunately lacks emotional stability, falling to pieces after Ichigo breaks them. He was taught the rules of Rukongai by Kaien Shiba. Another Red Shield operative. He is often responsible for the gadgets and transportation for the operations. He makes many of the meals and also provides most of the comic relief. He can be spotted fighting alongside with David on several operations.

Very sane, competent member of the Dino Knights. Like Dino Saber, Dino Mammoth doesn't have a dinosaur form, he's a Woolly Mammoth who wields the Mammoth Tusks of Vigor. Might not be the fastest of the Dino Knights, but he's a formidable adversary nonetheless.    (From Wikipedia)

Dodoria (ドドリア, Dodoria) is one of Freeza's top henchmen. He is a large, pink alien with short spikes on his head and forearms. He travels with Freeza and Zarbon to planet Namek in search of the Dragon Balls. While interrogating a village, they are interrupted as Kuririn and Gohan save Dende from being killed. Dodoria pursues them, but he soon encounters Vegeta. After being outmatched, he tells the truth about the destruction of Planet Vegeta, hoping it would aid in sparing his life, but he is still killed by Vegeta. He also appears in Bardock: The Father of Goku, where Dodoria and his team attack Bardock and his team. He is voiced by Yukitoshi Hori in Japan, Chris Forbis in the Funimation dub, and Ward Perry in the Ocean dub.

Teo is the Chief of the Nomadic tribe that inhabits the glasslands. After losing a sword fight with Sho he rewards Sho with Diana as a slave. Teo knew Sho&#039;s Father the former King of Doria Bassen and was an trusted ally.

The detective who is after Mouse. Even being very persitent he can't do his job very well. A very stressfull man.

Yashiro Uchiha is the only known member of the Uchiha clan whose hair is not visually black. Despite his old age, Yashiro is one of the top-ranked officers in the Konoha Police Force. It has been seen through flashbacks in the anime that he did not get along well with Itachi. Macro is a Fishman pirate and the leader the Macro Fishman Pirates. He first appeared in Hatchan's Sea-Floor Stroll mini-series. Macro is a Fishman whose fish half is a fish called Macropharynx, a Japanese scientific name for Gulper Eels. His fish half is specifically the Gulper Eel classified as Pelican Eel.

Jozu is the commander of Whitebeard&#039;s 3rd division. As the commander of the 3rd division of the Whitebeard Pirates, Jozu has authority over the lower-ranking subordinates. He was one of the few men unaffected by the powerful Haki released by the Yonkou Shanks. He is very experienced and a veteran of the Whitebeard pirates from the times of Gol D. Roger.    He is one of the strongest members of the Whitebeard Pirates, as shown by his position as the 3rd division commander. During the Marineford war, Jozu was powerful enough to fight on par against the Shichibukai and the Marine Admirals.     Jozu has outstanding brute strength, comparable to that of the Giant Squad Marines. He picked up and hurled an immense iceberg at a great distance at the giants protecting Marineford. The iceberg was so enormous that it appeared to be at least ten times as big as any of the giants. Thus, Jozu has demonstrated one of the greatest strength feats seen in the series. And, despite his massive body, his speed and reflexes are on par with his brute force; when he attacked Crocodile after the latter attempted to take Whitebeard&#039;s life, Crocodile commented on both the great speed and strength of the attack.     Jozu has eaten a currently unnamed Devil Fruit that allows him to transform, parts and most likely all of his body, into diamond. This power has earned him the nickname  &quot;Diamond Jozu&quot;. It is currently unknown if this is a Paramecia, like Supa Supa no Mi.    Jozu&#039;s powers give him the ability to greatly increase his offensive and defensive powers. His already strong physical attacks are enhanced by the density of his diamond body. His defenses seem to enhance exponentially, and he is able to block the strongest slash in the world from the world&#039;s greatest swordsman, Shichibukai Juracule Mihawk, with no visible damage to himself. However, when his whole body is not in full diamond form, he is still vulnerable to Aokiji&#039;s freezing abilities. Other than that, Jozu is weak against the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.

Kiba was the former captain of the Fanged Toad Pirates until he lost to Foxy at the Davy Back Fight and joined his crew. The former captain has crossed out the Jolly Roger on his hat, further signifying his defection from his old crew.  Later, in an anime filler, Kiba took over the Foxy Pirates after Foxy lost the last event of the Davy Back Fight, and refused to allow Foxy back. After a fight against him, and the Straw Hat Pirates, he finally decided to let Foxy rejoined his crew.
