Tokoro Tennosuke is a walking, talking, blocky, human shaped mass of tokoroten (a type of very cold jelly). His moldable body makes him compareable to Gumby. His Japanese name is a pun on &quot;tokoroten&quot;, hence his ability to shape himself into any form. His name in the English dub is probably a trademark-friendly reference to Jell-O Jigglers, a snack made from fruit juice and powdered gelatin.    Tennosuke appears, at first glance, as the most serious of the main Hajike trio of the series. Not as necessarily happy-go-lucky as either Bo-bobo or Don Patch, Jelly tries to remain calm while merely performing his strange actions. However, his serious nature hides the extremely emotional and over-the-top emotions that the wobbly warrior exhibits. His moments of calm are contrasted to periods where he could be angry, upset, even silly like his comrades. The contrast between his serious and his emotional sides are reflections of his period at the supermarket, being forced to try and get himself sold and the usually emotional followup from the disappointment of remaining unused for his primary objective of consumption.    By the time he officially joins Bo-BoBo&#039;s team, he possesses a handkerchief with the Japanese hiragana for &quot;nu&quot; (ぬ) written all over it (ぬのハンカチ, the &quot;handkerchief of &#039;nu&#039;&quot;, known in English dub &quot;The Lucky Hanky&quot;) which he uses to wipe away tears at first, but eventually leads to an all-out &quot;nu&quot; obsession. By contrast he utterly despises the hiragana character, &quot;ne&quot; (ね)! Besides the ne character, Tennosuke will not tolerate tofu. The tokoroten man despises it with a passion, to the point where his worst nightmare is being tortured by tofu men! This hatred could stem from the fact that tofu sold even better than he did while in the supermarket, or it could be a simple rivalry with another squishy food.

An assistant at the Curtises&#039; butcher shop who is more outspoken than his employer. He has worked for Sig and Izumi at least since the Elrics initially became Izumi&#039;s apprentices. During Izumi&#039;s challenge to survive on Yock Island for one month without using alchemy and to discover the meaning behind &quot;All is one, one is all&quot;, Mason was the monster who kept attacking the brothers. Izumi had ordered him, in disguise, to make sure nothing happened to the boys during their stay on the island.

Bow is a whacky stray bull terrier with a distinctive black circle around his left eye.

A Russian spy under the Duc d'Orleans' protection. He is rather stout and has a long beard, but is also a talented swordsmen. To get to France he poses as a fur trader. At one time when he caught D'Eon trailing after him, he asked whether D'Eon was one of 'her' relatives, then dismisses the question as D'Eon "Looks exactly like her". Despite being part of a plot to assassinate the Russian Empress, he seems to grieve her death, and genuinely wishes to do good for his country.

Although Dr. Chiba is a doctor with the U.N. Medical group, he studies &quot;Song Energy&quot; on his personal time.  ~!He discovers that &quot;Song Energy&quot; is effective in treating patients who&#039;s Spiritia have been absorbed and develops Song Energy-generating equipment which can be used against the Varauta army and the Protodeviln.!~

Mayura's father. He doesn't believe in spirits though he owns a temple.

In the anime, it is revealed that Maira, a former Pawn, became a Bishop by gaining the &Auml;RM Vaqua. He is not given a backround in the manga. Maira is a black-cloaked masked man who takes pleasure in engulfing and digesting people with Vaqua. Vaqua is a blue/green slime-like Guardian &Auml;RM with one eye. Maira is first seen watching the War Game battle between Ginta Toramizu and Garon. During the second round of the War Games, Maira reappears as a fighter for the Chess Pieces. He has the last of the battles in that round, and goes up against Dorothy.  Maira is quick to falsely judge Dorothy&#039;s power, though he easily destroys one of her weaker Guardians and stalemates another. Dorothy, however, calls back this one to bring about her favorite, Toto, which eats Maira&#039;s Vaqua.    Maira, now &Auml;RM-less, begs Dorothy for mercy. Dorothy, however, doesn&#039;t do as such and has Toto eat Maira as well, becoming the first casualty of the War Games. 

Captain of the Shrike team. He pilots a Gun-EZ then a Victory Hexa Gundam. He marries his love interest Marvet just before he&#039;s killed in battle, sacrificing himself so Uso could destroy a BESPA warship, and unknowingly leaving Marvet with a child.

Captain of the royal guards, he is Chaka and Pell&#039;s boss. He and Princess Vivi infiltrated Baroque Works and manage to become Frontier Agents in order to learn the organization&#039;s true boss and objectives. He was known as Mr. 8 by most of the Baroque Works before being exposed, and introduces himself as Igarappoi when he is first seen in Whiskey Peak. Igaram fights with a saxophone that shoots bullets when played, and he also has small guns hidden in his hair that fire when he pulls on his neck tie.     ~!After he and Vivi were found out, he dressed up as Vivi to act as decoy while the Straw Hats helped Vivi get back to Alabasta. But Nico Robin (Miss All Sunday at the time) blew up his ship and he was presumed dead until the end of the Alabasta arc, where he emerged alive and well in Nanohana (which appears to be what Robin intended).    He finally caught up with the rebellion carrying a witness, Kappa, who saw Mr. 2 Bon Clay remove his disguise as Cobra, the king of Alabasta, proof that the rebellion was started by Baroque Works and not by the faults of the king. He was again seen decoying as Vivi, during a speech to the people of Alabasta, so she could sneak away secretly to say goodbye to the Straw-Hats. Later in the Rainbow Mist Arc, he is seen placing Rainbow Mist Volume X on a shelf in Alabasta. He seems to have more than a necessary liking for wearing women&#039;s clothing, and has dressed as Vivi off his own bat more than once. ~!He's the former vice captain of the Roger Pirates and is also known as "The Pirate King's Right Hand." He's an old friend of both Hatchan and Shakuyaka. He has also displayed incredible combat strength, fighting par-on-par with Kizaru using a normal sword imbued with Haki. !~ 

Woop Slap is the mayor from Luffy's hometown and has been the mayor for over 10 years now. He was the first person to stick up for Luffy during his tussle with Higuma. He also complained about Luffy's dream of becoming a pirate, saying that would bring shame to the village, however, he later called it Luffy's "destiny" in question form. Although he often criticizes Luffy's choice to become a pirate and his growing infamy (He was disappointed that the citizens started drinking to celebrate Luffy's latest bounty), he seems to actually care for his well-being, such as when he pleaded for Higuma to spare Luffy's life when he was a young boy.

McKinley is the Captain of the White Berets (a police force in Skypeia), who tried to arrest the Straw Hat Pirates when they first arrived in Skypeia. He appears to be very devoted to Eneru, until it is revealed that Eneru planned to destroy Skypeia with his Devil Fruit powers. McKinley then reveals that he only did everything Eneru commanded in order to ensure the safety of the citizens of Sky Island. McKinley, along with the rest of the White Berets, then leave Eneru's side and choose to help Conis evacuate the Skypeian people.

Terracotta is Igaram&#039;s wife, and the Royal Head Chef who appears very late in the Arabasta arc. Terracotta also looks almost identical to Igaram which prompts some characters to accuse her of being Igaram in drag. Zoro has said, &quot;A couple can only look so much alike!&quot; when he first saw her. Her friend is Meidy.

Mekao (メカオ) is an old mechanic and shipwright  from G-8 who shows great pride in his work. He becomes friends with Usopp and later helps the Straw Hat Pirates escape the base. Dr. Kobato is his daughter.    In the G8 Arc, Usopp explains to him what he saw next to the Going Merry back in Skypiea. Mekao was about to explain to him what he might of saw, but Drake pulled him away before he could do so. It is assumed that Mekao, like Franky knew that what Usopp saw was a Klabautermann. However he could not have said that it was a Klabautermann because at that time Oda hadn&#039;t yet revealed it and would only reveal it much later during the Water 7 Arc.

He first appears chasing the Straw Hats into Ruluka and purposely missing them, while employing his fighting technique called Finger Bomber - the power to flick coins really fast and with a very destructive impact.    ~!He is later seen as a child trapped in the Rainbow Mist and as captain of the Pumpkin Pirates. It is revealed that he is Henzo's childhood friend. When Wetton burned down Ruluka, he and his other friends, minus Henzo, stole Wetton's ship, the Tarielishin and drives it into the Rainbow mist.  Upon meeting the Straw Hats and Henzo in the rainbow mist, he does not trust them, however later, he wanders off into the rainbow mist with Luffy and is trapped, until they can manage to find an opening. A few moments later, the Rainbow Mist collapses thanks to Wetton's actions (blowing up the Rainbow Tower, connecting the outside world with it). Upon escape from the Rainbow mist, the Straw Hats cannot find Rapanui or his friends.  However, he later reappears as a marine commander and arrests Wetton for stealing pirate's treasure and after Wetton confesses to have been a pirate.  He also says he will arrest the Straw Hats, but he then theatrically exclaims they have no room on their ship with Wetton's people and how backup could takes several weeks to arrive and lets them go. It is later revealed that he's the author of the Rainbow Mist books from Volume 1 to 10.!~

Randolph is an ex-marine who turned actor and he's known for his excellent acting ability. Prior to this, in his youth, he used to travel with his family as an acting troupe. One day, their troupe was attacked by pirates and his family was killed. He join the marines so that he could get avenge his family. Once done, he went back to acting, traveling the Grand Line with his theater troupe to ease audience that have lost loved ones to pirates. However, his time in the marines left a scar across his chest, which will eventually cause Randolph to lose his voice as he grows older. Before retiring he decides to do an last performance...

Mr. Otokichi is the owner of Kanon Town's largest pipe organ.   ~!It is later revealed that Otokichi is Aphrodite's father, and thus has ties with all of the royal family including Ako and the Crescendo Tone, as well as Ellen.  It is revealed that he himself, was the one who sealed Noise into a fossil like form. !~
