Medama Oyaji is Kitaro&#039;s father. Once a fully-formed adult, he perished of a disease, only to be reborn out of his decayed body as an anthropomorphic version of his own eyeball. He looks small and fragile, but has a strong spirit and a great love for his son. He is also extremely knowledgeable about ghosts and monsters. He enjoys staying clean, and is often seen bathing in a small bowl.

A cohort of Boss who specializes in projectile weaponry. Is one of the three pilots of Boss Borot. 

Da Vinci is a scientist in Galihabara and is considered a jack-of-all-trades. Due to this he is often relied on by others, but he gets easily bored and throws out his current work and starts doing something else.

Shoujou is the brother to Masira and a follower of Montblanc Cricket. He and Masira were both fans of the fairy tale concerning Cricket's ancestor, Montblanc Norland. Like his brother, he meets the Straw-Hats on bad terms and forced them to retreat when he used a sound attack that almost destroyed the Going Merry. After the Straw-Hats meet Cricket, he and Masira become more friendly with them and help modify the Going Merry so it can travel to Skypiea.

A mysterious, long-nosed gentleman who resides in the Velvet Room. As in the other Persona games, Igor's purpose is to assist the player in acquiring new powers and Persona. At the end of the game, because the Main Character has fulfilled his contract, Igor uses the power of the Main Character's social links to forge a Persona of the World Arcana with the power to change reality. Igor states that he had never thought to see such power during his lifetime. He also makes an appearance in the anime sequel, Persona -trinity soul-, meeting with the protagonist Shin Kanzato as a fortune teller. He tells Shin that they have met before in the Velvet Room.

The local beat cop, referred to as Honkan-san (本官さん, lit. &quot;Mr. Policeman&quot;) in the anime. He is gluttonous, lecherous, and often repeatedly fires his pistol at random. He is also always wishing for money or a promotion. His notable features include his huge eyes usually drawn as connected into one eyeball, his overbite buck teeth (from the jawbone), and his one nostril in the middle of his nose.
