Originally an ARVN officer (army of South Vietnam), Bao is now the owner and bartender of the Yellow Flag Bar (the name is a reference to the old flag of South Vietnam, which was yellow with three narrow yellow stripes running through it), the favorite watering hole for the Lagoon Company. Bao had founded the bar after he fled the country following the fall of Saigon (now known as Ho Chi Mihn City), just like other ARVN soldiers.  Rock, upon his first visit to the Yellow Flag Bar when he was a hostage of the Lagoon Company, referred to it as the archetypal 'Bar at the end of the world'. The clientele are often the worst of Roanapur's residents – pirates, smugglers, prostitutes and people that had lost all hope for the island. Weapons are usually displayed openly on the bar's tables, possibly an unwritten rule.

Although Bao has retrofitted his bar with a bulletproof-steel plate in front of it (the Yellow Flag Bar is often the scene of many gun battles), it doesn't save the rest of the bar from being shot-up in a gun battle when it happens. Yoruichi Shihouin is an attractive, dark-skinned woman who can transform into a black cat for long periods of time. She is intelligent and witty, and is intimately knowledgeable of Soul Society and its workings, as she was the former leader of the special forces. Although of noble birth, she acts differently from other nobles. For instance, she instructed Soifon to refer to her without using honorific suffixes. She also transforms into her human form directly in front of Ichigo on several occasions just to see his reaction to seeing her naked.  

Yoruichi tends to avoid battles, preferring to help after a fight is over, but she will step in if she thinks her side cannot win. She was responsible for training Chad and Orihime prior to their entrance into Soul Society. She also supervised Ichigo Kurosaki's final release training using the methods developed by Kisuke Urahara.

The main villain of the Blue Dragon game and a major villain in the first anime. Nene is an old man whose from a race of humanoids called Ancients. Nene runs Gran Kingdom and flies across the globe causing destruction and despair in a mobile air fortress surrounded by purple clouds. His main goal is world domination. Nene can fight without his shadow and suspend himself into the air, avoid energy blasts, and absorb others' shadow powers to increase his strength tenfold.[6] His mastery over his magic was so great that it caused an illness that led to him rapidly aging. To deal with this problem, he manipulated events that Shu, Jiro, Kluke, and Marumaro would each take a light sphere and learning to use magic so he could eventuall take their power and develop a stronger soul to cure his illness. He eventually succeeds in this plan, but they manage to retain their power. When eventually faced at the end of the game, he offers them a chance to join, specifically offering Shu a chance to be his successor. When Shu turns his offer down, Nene attempts to take their power again, but finds that their power had matured and become their own, so he couldn't take it. He is fought and defeated, and after which is killed by Zola. In &quot;Blue Dragon Plus,&quot; he is reborn and eventually helps Shu and the others to find the Balaur.    In the anime, Nene has been capturing children to power his artificial shadow machine. He overwhelmed Shu and Co. at first until Kluke manifested her Phoenix shadow and got them out of there. It is later revealed that he is a descendant of one of the Soldiers of Light. By the next encounter, Nene merged with his shadow and Deathroy and was destroyed by Shu and Blue Dragon.    Nene is the owner of the Chimera shadow which resembles a red dragon-like creature with orange hair and bird-like wings. In the video game, Nene's shadow was originally a red version of Blue Dragon. But after absorbing the light spheres that Shu and his friends swallowed, the dragon becomes Chimera (adopting features from all of the other shadows). In the anime, it was Deathroy who owns Chimera and Nene manipulates it.

The second villain shown in the series. Made his debut in episode 6. After the explosion of the Chemical Z ray, one of the black lights landed in the forest, creating the monster Fuzzy Lumpkins. In this incarnation, the PPG villain is more or less the same as the original Fuzzy Lumpkins. While his cabin and (boomstick) are missing, he is still very destructive and rude, although nice enough to at least move an old man out of the way and signing a girl's autograph before going on his rampage. To Fuzzy, whatever he touches is considered his property, which he usually marks with his paw print. Those around him are considered to be trespassers. He is incredibly strong and can withstand most of the Powerpuff Girls Z's attacks, until they became stronger and more experienced than him. His big weakness is that he has a crush on Miss Bellum. Fuzzy is also very talented when it comes to playing the banjo. It is never revealed what Fuzzy Lumpkins originally was before he was hit by the black light. Fuzzy ends all of his sentences with the phrase &quot;De mon da&quot;. He is represented by a hand print, the same one he uses to mark what he wants as his property. He is among the unique villains in that the ray created by Professor Utonium to revert black light affected persons to normal had no effect on him.

Breed: Mastiff      Moss lives near the Kofu mountain and leads a huge pack of dogs. He is really big and powerful and has had some disagreements with the Kai brothers in the past. Jaguar is his son.

Mamezou is Lord Uro's servant. Since Lord Uro so rarely leaves the Colorless Swamp, Mamezou ventures out in his place. Mamezou resembles a Jiminy-cricket-like bug with a leaf growing out of his head.

Nishida is one of the oldest players in Sword Art Online. In the game, he is a fisherman, but in reality, he works for the Tohto Broadband Connection, a network operator company that runs SAO.
