GB is the English Setter who Weed happens to come by. He appears to be rather cowardly but good-hearted, and is one of the closest friends of Weed.

The brother of Shunan. He wants to prove his worthiness to his father. Nugan respects Shunan but, later, feels betrayed by him. He believes that the country is as it should be: the Shin Oh ruling it and the Tai Koh protecting it. Nugan is extremely loyal to the Queen and decides to go against Shunan without holding back.

Seishun Gakuen 3rd Year Class 4. Kawamura is a modest student and a very hardworking son. However, he changes every time he holds his tennis racquet (or anything, for that matter) from a meek, quiet student into a loud, bold and aggressive person. He also talks in Engrish most of the time. His power tennis surpasses those of other Seigaku members although he tends to be careless when making decisions.

Hiro's friend. A bespectacled otaku-like boy. Called "Buchi" by Hiro. Once stalked Reiri and found out she was a vampire, but that part of his memory was then erased by Reiri. He accompanies Hiro and Princess Sherwood on monster-hunting expeditions as a cameraman, showing some shock at the supernatural happenings, such as thinkinh the guides they hired are in costumes. He often gets Hiro to go with him to investigate rumors of supernatural happenings, which almost always turn out to be true. It is suggested that he has a crush on Francesca.  In the anime he also secretly takes pictures of Hime, Sawawa, and Riza. He especially interested in the well-endowed maid Sawawa. Austin  is a new student hailing from West Academy who enters Duel Academy in the third year. A battle-hardened and efficient mercenary, he is introduced as Professor Viper's right-hand man, but later joins Jaden after Viper's dubious actions caused him to betray Viper and subsequently to be imprisoned by Viper.  Auston wields a retractable Duel Disk resembling a gun which can be stored in a holster at his waist. In the past, he trained extensively with his father (a mercenary) on jungle terrain, learning the art of survival. During his time at West Academy, he adapted these skills to the performance of life-threatening wire stunts to master his drawing technique.
