In the Manga  The mysterious "Doctor" is a highly talented scientist who is interested in nanomachines. His desire to know reaches the level of psychosis, and he cares little for any lives he may take or destroy in his pursuit. He reattaches Train's right arm after it is severed by Creed's Imagine Blade, at Creed's request, and later captures Eve, intending to dissect her. The Doc's Tao Power is called "Warp World," and it allows him to literally create an alternate world where everything he imagines becomes reality. He can also pull memories from the minds of those trapped in the Warp World, and bring those into reality as well. He has no relation with Dr. Tearju or the creation of Eve or Eden in the manga.  In the Anime  The Doctor appears to be the same as in the manga. He never reattached Train's arm (since that scene never happened in the anime) nor did he capture or attempt to dissect Eve. However, he plays a major role in the Eden project, as he is the one who controls Adam's actions towards uniting Eve with Eden, by simply playing cue-ball. After talking to Dr. Tearju through his computer screen, where it is revealed he was the one who retrieved Eden's data that Dr. Tearju tried to destroy, he participates in the battle between the heroes and the Zero Numbers, where he transforms himself into a monster (although only his transformation is seen in one scene, circumstantially, and is never seen in full-body). As Akira is the strength, Ryo is the brain. His father discovered the existence of demons in our world and decided to fight them. He asked his friend Akira for help. Ryo knew that to be able to beat a demon, one had to become a demon. He and Akira went through a ritual to fuse with demons, but in the end, only Akira was able to do so and became Devilman, leaving Ryo remain as a normal human.

~!Ryo's true identity was much more horrible, much more terrifying than he or Akira could've ever imagined. Ryo turned out to be Satan himself, who sought to destroy the world. Satan is depicted as a beautiful hermaphroditic Seraphim angel with twelve wings. However, it is later revealed by Zenon that Satan is in fact in love with Akira. The Devil's love for Akira was developed through the human relationship between Akira and Ryo.!~

Scar's Brother giving up his life and arm to save Scar's after he had been gravely wounded.  Just like Scar his real name has never been revealed.  In the 2003 anime, he created Lust during a failed human transmutation, while attempting to bring back his lover.

He and his siblings have supernatural powers, referred to in the series as "The Power", and are described as espers in the series. They are forbidden from using their powers in public, lest they be discovered and exploited. In each instance where someone has seen their powers, the family has immediately relocated.   Kyosuke's esper powers include teleportation, telekinesis, and "time-slipping" (a kind of a time travel) while falling from heights such as stairs. He can alter mechanical devices such as elevators and traffic lights. He can direct his powers to his ears to amplify his hearing and he has also demonstrated a hypnotism power as evidenced when he hypnotized himself to be more decisive.   Kyosuke is also rarely shown to use his powers to temporarily amplify his speed and strength. On very rare occasions—generally, when Madoka is directly threatened—his power has taken the form of raw energy that can shatter concrete walls or short out every light in a disco.  Kyosuke is a pretty gentle person and a bit of a goody-goody—when he sees Madoka smoking, he scolds her in a very nerdy way (and then uses his powers to destroy her cigarette). It is his indecisiveness that leads to the love triangle with Hikaru and Madoka. He is initially unable to decide between his feelings for Hikaru and Madoka.   As the story progresses however, he find himself unable to end the relationship with Hikaru for fear of hurting her feelings and destroying her friendship with Madoka. 

Sho is 17. He is lives with his father.    He is in love with Mizuki, Tetsuro (his best friend&#039;s) sister.    He and Tetsuro were out walking when they saw an explosion, and an object landed near them. Which turned out to be a Guyver Unit. The unit engulfed Sho and turned him into Guyver 1.    He is the controller of Guyver unit 1.

Toshio is Yuu's childhood friend, on whom Yuu has a crush.  However, Toshio falls in love with Creamy Mami at first sight, and will do anything to see Mami perform, even breaking dates with Yuu to do so.

  Mondai and his friend Poccha came to Konoha seeking to learn its secrets. Mondai and Poccha were not trained in the shinobi arts, but they hoped they could learn enough secrets to bring their village more missions. They also hoped the fame would bring them a ton of affection from the village women. The exact location of their village is unknown, it may be within the large Fire Country, or it may be in a neighboring non-shinobi nation.    Mondai impersonated Maito Gai when they entered the village, unable to Henge, they instead wore costumes. Kakashi met the two infiltrators and easily recognized they were fakes. He reported their presence to Tsunade who decided to have fun with them, ordering Sakura, TenTen and Katsuyu to put them through gross and labor intensive missions. They two men agreed in the hopes they could gain favor with Tsunade. Unfortunately Naruto fell for the disguise of the two men and worked alongside them as training. When the two men finally had enough, they left the village and met Gai and Lee who were returning. Lee and Gai were surprised by their impersonators. Poccha and Mondai tried to attack the two, but the real Gai and Lee easily kicked them far away, ending their fun.    

Riley made his first appearance in the anime in DP110. He is a Trainer specializing in Steel-types and is currently staying at Iron Island for the study of said type. Due to the strange behaviour of the Steel-types on the island due to Team Galactic, he decided to investigate it with the help of his Lucario.     In DP111 it was revealed that Riley is training to be a wave guardian with his Lucario and as such he is able to use aura effectively. He is able to create shields with his aura as demonstrated in the episode.     After Team Galactic put bombs under the island after their plan was foiled, Riley and his Lucario trapped the explosion using their aura and sent it away from the island. Later he decided to help Professor Karashina in the study of the island so that he could know it better.     

A pair of twin boys named Mars and Marg were born long ago on the planet Gishin. Emperor Zool took the one named Mars as a baby and sent him on a mission to Earth. This mission was to detonate the bomb inside his robot Gaia and destroy the planet, aiding in Zool's quest to conquer the universe.  Mars was adopted by Earth parents and grew up having a normal happy life, not knowing anything about his origins. His parents named him Takeru, and as a young man of 17 was a proud member of the Crasher Squad, helping the Earth in their space exploration program.

One day, the Gishin came to Earth and told Takeru about his past. Loving the Earth, Takeru rejected Zool's plan and instead took up the fight against Gishin. To make things more difficult, if Takeru himself dies, the bomb inside Gaia will explode anyway.

Takeru awakens to his natural esper powers and gains control of six mysterious robots, being able to control them before even understanding where they come from. When these robots combine, they form God Mars, the strongest robot in the universe. From there, Takeru takes on a quest with his friends from the Crasher Squad to understand more about himself, his family, the six god robots, Zool, Gishin, and to save the Earth.

One of Asgard&#039;s God Warriors and brother of Mizard Zeta Syd, but originally was a shadow, not a God Warrior. While he carried a God Robe, he does not have Odin&#039;s sapphire.

Luigi is Mario&#039;s brother and helps Mario out on many of his adventures. Originally his only physical trait that differentiated him from his brother was the green shirt and hat with an &quot;L&quot; on it. However as time has gone on he has differed more and more from Mario including having unique attributes like increased jump height and lighter weight overall as well as getting his own game series known as "Luigi's Mansion"

At first sight a delinquent, but in reality he is an easy-going, friendly person. He is engaged to be married with Yoko,a classmate who's father is the head of the yakuza. Besides that he's also the love interest of Ranze, who fell in love with him as she sat next to him in class. Makabe carries a secret so deep, that he himself isn't even aware of it.
