Mr. Big is the main antagonist of Art of Fighting. He kidnaps Yuri Sakazaki to get information on a diamond from her brother Ryo and his friend Robert.

At first, he was mainly concerned with staying alive; however, he soon developed genuine admiration and loyalty toward her.    Kurotowa is shrewd, clever, and pragmatic.  Unlike most of Kushana's officers, he is a commoner who worked his way up through the ranks, making him somewhat popular among the mechanics and crewmembers who can relate to him more easily.

The head of administration of Industria, Repko technically serves under the Industria High Council, a group of scientists. However, over the course of the series, he becomes the sole dictator of Industria, and the primary antagonist. He desires to extract the secret of solar power from Lao to power his weapons, allowing him to rule over what remains of the world. Actually, Repko is a descendant of Colonel Muska from "Castle in the Sky".

He built the assassin androids, the Gamia sisters, and currently lives in a castle within the forests of Germany with his daughter Lorelei. He also built the giant robot Danube/Donau &alpha;1, which he believes the be the most powerful machine in the world.     

Appears in Episode 7 when Logan fled to the sewers of Madripoor.   Yukio&#039;s grandfather.  He is also befriended with Min and wears a red monocle and a cane with a blade in it.  

A dolphin with level 7 ESP precognition powers. His predictions always come true. He was the result of animal experiments during the war, much like Momotarou.

The base's scrounger and head of the Area 88's PX shop, deals with American dollars as a means of currency transaction. He provided the mercenaries with most of the items that they need such as fighter planes and weapons, with civilian items as well. McCoy's items are notorious for often being second hand and unreliable, particularly when he offers them at a discount. At one point, he admits selling spare parts scavenged from planes shot down near the base. McCoy appears in all version of Area 88.   (Source: Wikipedia) 

The father of Brolly, when Freeza destroyed Planet Vegeta, Brolly used a sphere of his own power to protect himself and Paragus, and transport them to another planet. Paragus raised Brolly, and eventually had a scientist create a crown capable of restraining, and controlling Brolly&#039;s rage and power. Paragus later came up with a plan to get revenge on Vegeta, but failed due to Brolly breaking the crown and going berserk. He was killed by Brolly who threw his escape pod into a comet. Paragus also makes a cameo appearance in Movie 12 as a villain in the background behind Freeza after they escape from hell.    *Wikipedia
