Komui Lee is the Supervisor of the Black Order, and Lenalee&#039;s older brother. He is Chinese and about 29 years old. His parents were killed by Akuma when they were young, and when it was found out that Lenalee was compatible with an Innocence she was taken away from him. It was shown that Lenalee was kept in the Black Order, away from her only living family (Komui), against her will. When she tried to commit suicide, she had to be strapped down to the bed. However, Komui joined the Order and became the Science Department Supervisor for her sake and Lenalee begin to feel more at home in the Order.    Komui is shown as a very whimsical and goofy character, he is somewhat sadistic and borderline maniacal sometimes (&quot;Why did Komui end up so strange...? I patterned this character after Yoshida. My editor.&quot; - Quote from Vol 1, Komui&#039;s profile page). He drinks coffee nonstop (or more specifically Lenalee&#039;s coffee unless he has no choice), is lazy and often tries to worm his way out of doing work by either running away from the office (Reever has to track him down), talking on the phone non-stop even when the other side hung up or other methods (he created a robot named Komurin II that went berserk and nearly tore the Headquarter apart). He keeps a notoriously messy desk and lost Allen&#039;s letter of recommendation from General Cross when Allen first joined the Order, which led the Order into believing that Allen was an intruder. In the manga when it was asked how much do his colleagues trust Komui, the mangaka answered that it was 99% trust and 1% murderous intent. During his naps, one of the only ways to wake him up is to say that Lenalee is getting married due to his doting personality.    Komui, despite everything, does have a serious side. He feels guilty for throwing the Exorcists and Finders into danger, and tries to help in anyway he can, such as making better uniforms to protect the Exorcists. He is also the one to repair damages done to the Innocences of the Exorcists although the method seems very painful. He showed a more solemn and ruthless side in the funeral for the Exorcists and Finders by refusing requests to bring General Yeager&#039;s body back to his home and saying that the General&#039;s body must be cremated. Firm in his beliefs, Komui has shown a daring in refusing to follow Special Auditor Malcom Rouvelier&#039;s orders about keeping the Akuma Egg, and instead issues his own orders for the Egg&#039;s destruction.    Lenalee and Komui seem to share some kind of telepathic link, shown when Komui collapsed when Lenalee was being drowned by Eshi and that Lenalee can tell when Komui is taking a nap even from the other side of the world. He seems to be close friends with the cook Jerry and often hides out in the kitchen.

__Tokyo Babylon__ Seishirou is a kind veterinarian. He joins in with Hokuto in teasing Subaru about them getting married, but always laughs it off as Subaru blushes furiously.  ~!Seishirou is actually the Sakurazukamori (powerful assasin onmyouji), or the "Sakura Assassin" whose signature is cherry blossoms and the symbol of an inverted pentagram. He made a bet with Subaru long ago, which entails the climax of the series.!~   __X__  ~!Seishirou is one of the Dragons of Earth, where he reveales his true self as a cold-hearted assassin who killed Subaru's twin sister Hokuto. In their final battle at Rainbow Bridge, Seishirou arranges for Subaru to kill him realizing who really won the bet.!~   __Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle__ A vampire hunter who chases after the vampire twins (Subaru and Kamui) across worlds. By exchanging his right eye, he received the power to cross dimensions from Yuuko Ichihara, the Witch of Dimensions. He was also the one who taught Syaoran how to fight.

Shizuka Dômeki is Kimihiro Watanuki's classmate and considered a rival by Watanuki. He is part of the school's kyūdō club and often participates (and tops) school competitions. Also because of his cool and calm composure he is very popular with the girls. He has a cool, calm and often sarcastic demeanor. He barely speaks unless explaining folklore or asking Watanuki for impossible bento lunches (such as asking for food that is out of season or hard to find). He also has a deadpan sense of humor that is often dark and somewhat fatalistic. Much to the annoyance of Watanuki he seems to pop up everywhere, especially when Watanuki gets a chance to be with Himawari. He often replies in a one word phrase like "Hn" or "Oh". He is also very observant, and even though he does not show it he seems to be very protective of Watanuki,

 He lives in a shrine owned by his late grandfather, a priest in which during his childhood told him a lot of stories about folklore and shinto practices. However, despite his heritage, Dômeki has a nearly null ability of seeing ghosts or spirits, though he can still exorcise them. He does seem to be able to feel spiritual "pressure" and have a vague sense of their presence.

An old blood vampire that sided with the humans to fight against the Kowloon children during the Kowloon Shock. Jirou was transformed into a vampire in 19th Century London. He used to be a lieutenant in the Imperial Japanese Navy until he was severely injured in a fight protecting Alice. Besides being an Old Blood, he also comes from a very special bloodline: the blood of the Sage.

He wields a long katana which has a blade made of silver. During the war, after defeating most of the Kowloon children, he became known as the Silver Blade. He is weak against sunlight and water. He is shown being burned to the bones from staying into the ocean too long and releasing smoke under the sunlight, even though he was carrying an umbrella. He has a little brother, Kotarou, who is the only other vampire who shares his bloodline. He is considered to be the chosen Guardian.

Lance Corporal Dororo (Formerly known as Zeroro) is the Keroro Platoon's assassin who crash landed on Pekopon and was forgotten about by his platoonmates (as usual.). Soon after, he found his leg caught in a bear trap and awaited his lonely death, until he was rescued by female ninja Koyuki Azumaya (With the help of Zeroyasha, the dog, in the anime). He decided to follow the way of the ninja, he changed his name to Dororo, the name of the forest where Koyuki rescued him. Dororo is often forgotten about by the rest of the platoon and most everyone else but Koyuki, which will cause his Trauma Switch to turn on. When this happens, a purple, gloomy era radiates from Dororo and he will sit in a corner or dark space and cry. His Trauma switch is usually activated when he is reminded of something done to him by Keroro during thier childhood, Such as using him as a sheild in a snowball fight caused him to remember when he was used in the same way during a dodgeball game.   Dororo has a love for all creatures and nature of Pekopon. He has stated that he has "fallen deeply in love" with the planet (Episode 13). As a result, he will not participate in plans that will potentially harm people's feeling or nature, or endanger any wildlife species on the planet. Dororo has vowed to protect Pekopon at all costs along with Koyuki.   As a child, Zeroro loved to garden, which he still does. Dororo even has his own lovely garden in the underground base of the platoon, where he grows both plant species that are native to Pekopon and other alien planets. He uses gardening as a way of meditating (along with reading and actual meditating, usually ontop of high places like liamp posts or trees) to train his physical and mental swiftness.   Young Zeroro was part of a large, wealthy family. Unfourtunately, Dororo has never had a strong aura of presense, much to the point where people won't notice he's there even if he's standing right next to them. Thus, little Zeroro never had many friends until Keroro and Giroro came along. Zeroro would do most anything to stay friends with the two, even when they (mostly Keroro) would often to things that led to his feelings being hurt or his possesions broken, and occasionally physically hurt. Over the years, Keroro has broken Zeroro's precious music box, used his stamp collection, stolen the strawberries of Zeroro's cake, wrote all over his books and taken advantage of his kind nature.   Despite his mistreatment, Zeroro retained his sweet, humble and kind personality and doesn't hold a grudge or want revenge against Keroro (unlike his counterpart in the Garuru platoon, Zoruru), though he will break down and cry when reminded of one of his experiences as a child. Dororo used his natural quietness and ability to be unoticed in the form of stealth after inspired (ironically) by Keroro to become an assassin in the Keronian Military. He joined an elite group of assassins along with Zoruru, led by Jirara, before departing for Pekopon as a Lance Corporal (In the manga, formerly a Private Second Class).  Dororo often ends his speech with "De Gozaru", an archaic form of "Desu". Also, Dororo adressed himself as "Sessha", an archaic male form of "I" primarily used by Samurai.  Early in the series, one of Dororo's more common actions was to speak to Keroro and the others in the form of a shuriken made of paper which acted as a note, when needed. The shuriken would always seem to stick itself in Keroro's head, usually causing him to freak out until it's removed by another platoonmate. Dororo does not need to be close by to perform this.

Kaji, while only being a special inspector, secretly works for SEELE investigating NERV's true intentions. During college, he had a serious relationship with [Misato](https://anilist.co/character/1259/Katsuragi-Misato), but after having long broken up, they see each other again on the UN fleet ferrying Unit 02 and its pilot, [Asuka Langley Soryu](https://anilist.co/character/94/Souryuu-Asuka-Langley), to Japan. 

~!After he returns to NERV headquarters, Kaji and Misato rekindle their romance following a period of teasing and insults, when Misato confesses that she broke up with him because she realized that Kaji reminded her of her father. He is eventually shot by an unnamed assailant, described as "a third party working either for SEELE or for NERV's Intelligence Division" in the episode Film-book. In the manga, it is Commander Ikari who personally kills Kaji.!~

Originally from Hong Kong, he is Naru's calm and taciturn assistant who rarely speaks more than he needs to. He seems to get most of the unpleasant jobs, and works through the night. He appears to be an onmyoji and has a wide range of paranormal skills from exorcism to summoning spirit familiars. Lin says he dislikes Japanese people because of the past conflicts Japan has had with China. At one time, he told this to Mai and she told him that he should forget the past to move on and if he should hate her, it should be because he hates her as an individual. Enel thinks of himself as an invincible god - quite literally. He believes that he is a divine and immortal being, with the authority to do, take or destroy whatever he pleases. As the result, he appears fearless, childish, and without a care in the world. His lifestyle is relaxed and hedonistic, and when not attending to his godly duties of smiting the natives of Skypiea, he spends his time sleeping or eating (Enel's favorite fruit is apples) in his residence, being waited on hand and foot by beautiful women. This attitude carries over to his battles, where he's hardly serious and barely annoyed - instead he's relaxed, and enjoys himself by effortlessly absorbing attacks, and humiliating his opponents. In his fight against [Kamakiri](https://anilist.co/character/22799/Kamakiri), he even went to sleep in the middle of the fight, in order to prove his immortality.  Enel holds no regard for other's lives except his own, and has no moral qualms about killing thousands- instead he sees it as his godly duty, and laughs as he sends Skypiea to its doom. He is in short completely insane, which was more or less undeniable when he sets off for the moon, which he believes to be the home of God (himself). Before [Luffy](https://anilist.co/character/40/Monkey-D-Luffy) showed up, his fruit power and mantra ability made his God complex completely legitimate. Once Luffy began gaining the upper hand in the battle he incapacitated him, in order to remove him as a threat, and reclaim his status as "invincible" - and from this point acts somewhat cowardly, trying his best to avoid another confrontation with Luffy.  Enel appears to posses a vast knowledge of mechanics and technology as well. He personally designed his flying ark, Maxim, and knows its inner workings inside and out; if any damage is done to the inside, he is able to repair it (assuming it's repairable). He was even able to design a stormcloud production system (known as Deathpiea), an electrical power system, and a Jet Dial failsafe for the ark, in the event that the main engines are damaged. 

After Skypiea:

~!After the Skypiea arc, Enel can be seen throughout chapter covers in an adventure called *"Enel's Great Space Operations"*. He sees the first lieutenant inside a crater after experiencing devastating defeat. After, the Fox-like space pirates attack once again, and seeing his "Fairy Vearth" blown up, he attacks the space pirates almost decimating their forces whilst also charging the generator used by the moonlings. Enel receives thanks and leaves to explore deeper into the crater. He encounters an ancient city and from his overwhelming strength come back. Finally he studies old murals and discovers his abundance of followers and land.!~

Friagne, also known as "Flame Haze Murderer", takes his name's meaning as his hobby, "treasure hunter". He is a powerful Tomogara arrayed in robes of untarnishable white. Unlike other Tomogara, he doesn't associate with the organization Bal Masque.

His real name is Victor Hartmann; also spelled in some translations as Hilshire (which is what he is know as in the show). An agent of Section 2, and Triela's handler and a former Europol detective, Hilshire prefers a hands-off approach to Triela and, like Jose, he dislikes heavy use of conditioning. During his earlier days as a Europol detective, he was denied engaging a child-torturing group in the frontline, as commented by his superior being "too naive" and incapable of handling the pressure. True to his boss's description of his personality, he could be seen whimpering excessively over a live footage of the torturing session, and became mentally depressed.

A flamboyant playwright whose works have not been well-received by audiences. He's nicknamed &quot;Willy&quot; by his actors and stagehands; although he often nags at them, he himself is not very punctual at completing his scripts. The character itself is a caricature of William Shakespeare, and there are several allusions to the work of his namesake in his own plays. His mother is the prestigious noblewoman Ariel, leader of the Farnese Clan. He was instrumental for building public awareness to the Red Whirlwind's revival as he authored and mentored the resistance members to re-enact Juliet's story. The audience gained empathy for her plight and were more than willing to join her because of it.        William's theater also serves as home and hideout for Juliet and her companions; according to him, one of the reasons why he accepted this task was his wish to write a wonderful blood-stained tragedy, with the Capulets as a part of his inspiration. He also knows that Juliet is deeply and painfully in love, calling her &quot;the maiden who gave up on love&quot; and wants to make a tragedy where both lovers die, which not only causes Juliet to tense up but also refers to the play. The son of Bora, he accompanies Son Goku for a short time during the Fortuneteller Baba Saga in order to recover all of the Dragon Balls so they can wish his father back to life. Upa is a member of the native tribe who serve as the guardians of Karin Tower. His father is the chief, however, the rest of the tribe is not seen until the end of the manga. He participates in the fight against Uranai Baba's thugs and helps Pu'ar defeat Dracula Man (a kickboxing vampire) with garlic breath. At the end of Dragon Ball Z, now an adult, he is shown giving energy to Goku's Genki Dama. Upa and his father also make a final cameo appearance in Dragon Ball GT on the episode "Piccolo's Decision". It is interesting to note that when Kuririn first meets Upa, he thinks that Upa is a cute girl. He is disgusted when he finds out otherwise and apologizes to Upa.

Age has the body of a teenage boy, but might actually be 120 years old. Age lived on the ruined planet, Oron, a world that was once verdant and peaceful, but later suffered from a cosmic cataclysm. Wild by nature, he is nevertheless extremely good-natured. Having grown up on a deserted planet, he can easily fend for himself and often hunts, whilst playing with his prey, though he does apologize to them after and even thanks them for allowing him to eat them. He is shown to have extraordinary strength and speed, even breaking the outer shell of the Argonaut with his bare hands. He can also survive in outer space without the need for air and without being affected by pressure. Since he was taught by the Golden Tribe, Age has a limited knowledge about human society, not even knowing the meaning of 'numbers', simple words, or common phrases (The Golden Tribe apparently had no use for numbers and such).  He lived in an old, abandoned ship, whose mainframe A.I. was referred to as 'Mother' by Age. Though the ship's A.I. did not understand most of what he said, Age truly believed it to be his mom and genuinely cared for it. When the Bronze Tribe attacked Oron, subsequently destroying Age's ship, he became enraged, summoned the Nodos, Bellcross, and destroyed the Bronze's entire fleet. Due to his wild nature, many of the crew members on the Argonaut have called him a monkey.  Bellcross - The 'essence' of a Nodos, which is stored in a stone that is wrapped around the optical nerve of Age's right eye. Bellcross is considered to be the strongest of the remaining Hero Tribe. It is shown to have the ability to absorb its enemies' lifeforce and release it as a destructive energy blast.  from Wikipedia  He refers to the Golden Tribe as "Dad and the others", and often tells people about future events the Golden Tribe told him about, decades before they actually happened. Whenever he asks for something, he says the word very slowly, since the ones who taught him the word said it the same way in order to teach him how to pronounce it correctly, so Age believes that is how it must always be said. Age almost always has a smile on his face and never gets angry at anyone, often saying how much he loves everyone on the Argonaut.

He is the leader of the street racers called "Red Suns". One of the most talented and skilled drivers in the Gunma prefecture. The older brother of Takahashi Keisuke, who also drives for Red Suns. To win races he thoroughly analyzes his opponent and the course to come up with an optimal strategy. Has an extraordinary ability to study technical data and set his car up to perform its best.   Has been called "Akagi's White Comet" and is also the founder and manager of "Project D", a street racing team started solely for the purpose of capturing every time attack record in Japan.

Takeda Ikki was formerly part of Ragnarok's Technique Trio, along with Ukita and Kouga. He is currently one of the captains of the Shinpaku Alliance and one of Kenichis main rivals. Takeda is a confident person and has a very lighthearted attitude, joking even during serious situations. He also shows extreme respect for his master James Shiba and the Masters of Ryozanpaku.   Takeda was once a successful boxer and had a best friend who watched his back and the two would fight together.

The Dark Horse of 2-C, Asō Hiroyoshi is often seen together with Suga, his best friend. An athletic student, his favorite sport is basketball. He is slated to become the next captain of the boys' basketball team, and was the coach of the girls' team as well. He also excels at track events and hockey.    Asō is reputed to be popular among girls, although this is not explicitly shown. He, on the other hand, does not appear to have much interest in girls with the exception of Mikoto, who he dated several times. Their relationship progressed to the point of Mikoto's parents inviting him over to a family dinner. The two have since broken up.    Asō's family runs a ramen shop. He is good at cooking Chinese food and works part-time at a Chinese restaurant together with Sarah Adiemus of 1-D.

Issac Dian forms one half of the bumbling thief couple, who seem to cross into everybody's story in one way or another. He's in love with [Miria](https://anilist.co/character/3796/), and they've robbed everything and anything, from doors to the entire Genoard household. He's completely clueless, super eccentric and happy-go-lucky to the point you can't stop laughing from his bold and sometimes completely weird actions.

The main antagonist and Apollonius's previous partner. Even 12,000 years later he could never forget his treason, and still has feelings for him. Because of it he is one of the Angels who despise humans at most. He plans to use Aquarion's power to repair the tree of life, but in order to make it possible, he needs to make Aquarion manifest the true power of the "Solar Wings", and thus he prepares ordeals and trials to the elements, especially Apollo, in order to make them stronger

Negi's father and a legendary wizard. The origin of his title is ambiguous; some bill him as the master of a thousand spells (which is patently untrue since he admits to being a dropout who only knows a handful of spells, and needs to read out of pocket notes to cast other spells). However, this was stated in a dream that Evangeline had, and because she "hates" him, may not be true. However, it seems to have been verified by Asuna having Nagi say something to the same effect during her most detailed flashback dream. There is also a rumor that he made probationary contracts with a thousand different girls, though this is almost certainly just a lie of Albert Chamomile's, meant to inspire Negi to make many contracts and earn Chamo-kun a huge brokerage fee with the Ermine Society. However, the fact that Nagi's Probationary Contract with Albireo Imma (see below) bears the number 1001 (as the Roman MI) could support this rumor. Nagi is so strong, in both magical and physical combat, that he does not even need any Ministra Magi to help him. His fighting style was that of a magic swordsman, using both speedy magic casting and hand-to-hand combat in tandem.  Despite what many people thought, he never did graduate from a wizard school, because he was a dropout. When he was ten years old, he became the winner of essentially the last Legendary Mahora Martial Arts Tournament, twenty-five years before the current one. Later, Nagi and his friends fought in a magic war that ended when he was fifteen years of age. After the war, he became famous for his heroic deeds and received the title of Thousand Master. He disappeared ten years ago in 1993, the same year Negi was born. No one knows precisely what happened to him, but most people assume he is in fact dead (In a recording made by Alberio shortly before Negi's birth, Nagi himself assumed that he would be dead by the time Negi saw it). However, Nagi at least managed to survive until four years later, where he showed up just in time to save Negi from a horde of demons attacking his home village. He seemed to still be in trouble however, as he could only stay long enough to give Negi his staff. According to some flashbacks, Nagi is a nice and playful man, with a cunning and shrewdness that surpasses common sense. The illusionary Nagi created by Alberio was much the same, though with a noticeable ego. It has been speculated that since Alberio has a pactio with Nagi, which is still currently active, this proves that the Thousand Master is still alive.

The bearer of the Renjō (廉貞) mark. He is the teacher of the current emperor Taigatei. Usually seen smiling and basically a calm person, under that exterior he is actually a tactician that resorts to any means to keep the Ken Empire going. Any unknown action he takes is usually for the good of the Ken Empire. The Renjō mark is at his right palm.  He believes that both Hagun and Tonrou are disastrous for humankind, and works for peace.    

~!In the anime, it is revealed that he is actually afflicted with some sort of fatal disease, and expects to die soon.!~

Zarbon is Freeza's right-hand man and one of his more powerful henchmen. He has long, green braided hair and wears a tiara and earrings, giving him a more attractive look amongst Freeza's soldiers. Because of this, Zarbon thinks highly of himself and values things based on how attractive they are. Zarbon has the ability to transform himself into a reptilian humanoid, increasing his strength and ferocity while also detracting from his looks. Because of this, he avoids transforming whenever possible. Zarbon accompanies Freeza to Planet Namek where he fights and captures Vegeta.    ~!When Vegeta recovers and escapes, Zarbon is sent to retrieve him, though Vegeta's increase in strength overwhelms him. Zarbon tries to get Vegeta to join him to fight against Freeza, but Vegeta shows no interest, instead punching a hole straight through Zarbon's stomach, then a Ki blast which shoots straight through Zarbon flying and into the waters below. !~  He made appearances in Anime Fillers of the Freeza saga and advised Freeza to destroy Planet Vegeta in Bardock: Father of Goku.  In Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2, Zarbon appears in a "what-if" scenario where he attempts to gain the Dragon Balls for himself and wish for eternal beauty. He eventually gets his wish, but ends up dying when Planet Namek explodes. His Japanese voice actor is Sho Hayami. In the Ocean Group dub, he is voiced by Paul Dobson and given an Australian accent. Dalton used to be a guard who served under [King Wapol](https://anilist.co/character/5422/Wapol), but was opposed to Wapol's treatment of his subjects. He was seen with Wapol in Alabasta in a meeting with [Princess Nefertari Vivi](https://anilist.co/character/726/Nefertari-Vivi)'s father. He was inspired to rebel by [Hiruluk](https://anilist.co/character/19271/Hiluluk). After seeing Hirluk's noble sacrifice, he turned against Wapol, but was subdued and thrown in prison, constantly mocked by Wapol and his henchmen, [Chess](https://anilist.co/character/21527/Chess) and [Kuromarimo](https://anilist.co/character/21529/Kuromarimo). After Wapol abandoned his kingdom when [Blackbeard](https://anilist.co/character/3331/Marshall-Teach) invaded, Dalton took charge and kept the island from falling into disarray, soon gaining the trust of the people.

When [Monkey D. Luffy](https://anilist.co/character/40/Monkey-D-Luffy) and his crew came to Drum Island in search of a doctor to cure [Nami](https://anilist.co/character/723/Nami) of her illness during the mission to get Princess Nefertari Vivi to Alabasta Kingdom, they encountered Dalton and some men who thought they were here to rob the island. He doesn't live in the castle, preferring to live in the village.    

He has eaten the Devil Fruit known as the Ushi Ushi no Mi, Model: Bison (ウシウシの実 モデル野牛(バイソン) Cow Cow Fruit, Model Bison) which gives him the ability to transform into a bison and into a half human/half bison form that resembles a minotaur. In the English anime the fruit is called the "Ox Ox Fruit" and the animal he turns to is an Ox.    



He is only referred to as Luna's Papa, he is Luna's father and leader of the Edomae group. He is a tall, very well built man dressed in a shiny black jump suit. Being modeled after the Terminator, he rarely speaks more than a few words and many of them are Terminator catch phrases in English.
