An old blood vampire that sided with the humans to fight against the Kowloon children during the Kowloon Shock. Jirou was transformed into a vampire in 19th Century London. He used to be a lieutenant in the Imperial Japanese Navy until he was severely injured in a fight protecting Alice. Besides being an Old Blood, he also comes from a very special bloodline: the blood of the Sage.

He wields a long katana which has a blade made of silver. During the war, after defeating most of the Kowloon children, he became known as the Silver Blade. He is weak against sunlight and water. He is shown being burned to the bones from staying into the ocean too long and releasing smoke under the sunlight, even though he was carrying an umbrella. He has a little brother, Kotarou, who is the only other vampire who shares his bloodline. He is considered to be the chosen Guardian.

In the Manga  The mysterious "Doctor" is a highly talented scientist who is interested in nanomachines. His desire to know reaches the level of psychosis, and he cares little for any lives he may take or destroy in his pursuit. He reattaches Train's right arm after it is severed by Creed's Imagine Blade, at Creed's request, and later captures Eve, intending to dissect her. The Doc's Tao Power is called "Warp World," and it allows him to literally create an alternate world where everything he imagines becomes reality. He can also pull memories from the minds of those trapped in the Warp World, and bring those into reality as well. He has no relation with Dr. Tearju or the creation of Eve or Eden in the manga.  In the Anime  The Doctor appears to be the same as in the manga. He never reattached Train's arm (since that scene never happened in the anime) nor did he capture or attempt to dissect Eve. However, he plays a major role in the Eden project, as he is the one who controls Adam's actions towards uniting Eve with Eden, by simply playing cue-ball. After talking to Dr. Tearju through his computer screen, where it is revealed he was the one who retrieved Eden's data that Dr. Tearju tried to destroy, he participates in the battle between the heroes and the Zero Numbers, where he transforms himself into a monster (although only his transformation is seen in one scene, circumstantially, and is never seen in full-body). The captain of the 5th Platoon and Zuellni&#039;s supposed strongest military artist.  He is also the younger brother of Heaven&#039;s Blade wielder Savaris Luckens. Supposedly the Lucken&#039;s family is considered to be a high family in Grendan, for Gorneo knows some information about the Haikizoku and is targeted by Haia for it. Gorneo&#039;s DITE has yet to be revealed, but it is assumed to be a pair of gauntlets like Savaris&#039;s. He and his brother also share similar fighting techniques. While the two are brothers, Savaris does not seem to care much for Gorneo, as he is only a person of mediocre skill.  Gahard Vallen was Gorneo&#039;s senior. After Gahard was put into an unrecoverable state by Layfon, Gorneo became mortified and stopped smiling. Additionally, Gorneo strongly resented Layfon, and while he wished for Layfon to atone for his actions, he could not help but want to kill him as well. After learning of Gahard&#039;s death from Savaris, Gorneo breaks down crying. Though Gorneo still considers Layfon to be his enemy, he recognized that Layfon was the only one capable of saving Zuellni from the Dying Slave and thus agreed to take Leerin to give Layfon the Psyharden DITE.  Gorneo is almost always seen with Shante at his side. He seems to deeply care about her, telling Layfon that it was okay to kill him as long as Shante remained untouched. Unfortunately, Shante often causes him problems by trying too hard to help. When Grendan approaches Zuellni, Gorneo declares that he will side with Zuellni because that is the place where Shante is. Consequently, Shante energetically hugged Gorneo, nearly causing him, Shante, and Leerin to get into an accident. Later on, it is shown that he has become friends with Layfon, or at least accepted him, as he requested Layfon to train Shante through a &quot;friendly&quot; match. Afrerwards, Gorneo shook hands and acted friendly towards Layfon.    The Chrome Shelled Regios artbook shows his name to be written as Golneo Rukkense

Komui Lee is the Supervisor of the Black Order, and Lenalee&#039;s older brother. He is Chinese and about 29 years old. His parents were killed by Akuma when they were young, and when it was found out that Lenalee was compatible with an Innocence she was taken away from him. It was shown that Lenalee was kept in the Black Order, away from her only living family (Komui), against her will. When she tried to commit suicide, she had to be strapped down to the bed. However, Komui joined the Order and became the Science Department Supervisor for her sake and Lenalee begin to feel more at home in the Order.    Komui is shown as a very whimsical and goofy character, he is somewhat sadistic and borderline maniacal sometimes (&quot;Why did Komui end up so strange...? I patterned this character after Yoshida. He drinks coffee nonstop (or more specifically Lenalee&#039;s coffee unless he has no choice), is lazy and often tries to worm his way out of doing work by either running away from the office (Reever has to track him down), talking on the phone non-stop even when the other side hung up or other methods (he created a robot named Komurin II that went berserk and nearly tore the Headquarter apart). He keeps a notoriously messy desk and lost Allen&#039;s letter of recommendation from General Cross when Allen first joined the Order, which led the Order into believing that Allen was an intruder. In the manga when it was asked how much do his colleagues trust Komui, the mangaka answered that it was 99% trust and 1% murderous intent. During his naps, one of the only ways to wake him up is to say that Lenalee is getting married due to his doting personality.    Komui, despite everything, does have a serious side. He feels guilty for throwing the Exorcists and Finders into danger, and tries to help in anyway he can, such as making better uniforms to protect the Exorcists. He is also the one to repair damages done to the Innocences of the Exorcists although the method seems very painful. He showed a more solemn and ruthless side in the funeral for the Exorcists and Finders by refusing requests to bring General Yeager&#039;s body back to his home and saying that the General&#039;s body must be cremated. Firm in his beliefs, Komui has shown a daring in refusing to follow Special Auditor Malcom Rouvelier&#039;s orders about keeping the Akuma Egg, and instead issues his own orders for the Egg&#039;s destruction.    Lenalee and Komui seem to share some kind of telepathic link, shown when Komui collapsed when Lenalee was being drowned by Eshi and that Lenalee can tell when Komui is taking a nap even from the other side of the world. He seems to be close friends with the cook Jerry and often hides out in the kitchen.

A carefree vampire who is loyal to Mina. He is easily recognized by his white suit and expensive car, a reason he doesn't like Bund is because the fake blood "Stigma" they spray by blimp always gets all over his car. He states he is a Lord and specializes in secretive dealing for Mina outside the public's knowledge. It was him who planned the transformation of Shoichi's grandson into a vampire for Mina to obtain leverage.

The leader of Scar Chain, a group of Deadmen that oppose the the prison and plan to leak the truth to the rest of the world. Nagi speaks with a mechanical voice created by a synthesizer because of his vocal chords being removed after a rigged fight with his lover, who was later killed by Genkaku of the Undertakers. He has a son, left in the care of a nursery outside, and fights for freedom to see his child. His branch of sin is called &quot;Owl&#039;s Eyeball&quot;, which creates small floating explosive spheres that can be controlled and detonated remotely.     ~!  It&#039;s later revealed that Nagi&#039;s son actually died in his mother&#039;s womb when Nagi&#039;s wife was killed. This prompted Nagi to develop a second, horrifyingly savage and inhuman personality, which slaughtered numerous Undertakers in vengeance. Genkaku is especially fascinated by this and later drugs Nagi to bring to light this side of him, which causes Nagi to temporarily revert to his second personality and attacks his own comrades. Ganta manages to bring Nagi back to his senses, but then, Genkaku fatally wounds Nagi by blasting a hole in his stomach, as he claims that he loves Nagi&#039;s dark side and will kill Nagi to bring him salvation, if he chooses to stay the person he is. However, Nagi still manages to stop Genkaku from dodging Ganta&#039;s powerful attack, which permanently incapacitates Genkaku, and dies shortly afterwards.   !~

Regalyan D'Marcall, also known as Galyan, is a Circle mage. Galyan is serves at the White Spire circle of Orlais. Specializing in healing magic, he is a humorous gentleman with a sharp mind.   ~!He is one of Seeker Byron's confidants. He agrees to meet with Byron to collect Avexis and return her to the Circle of Magi. However, when he arrives, he finds Byron dead and is taken prisoner alongside Cassandra. After their escape and discovery of Frenic and Knight-Commander Martel working together, they return to the White Spire.  Galyan sends a message to the First Enchanter using a dove just before he and Cassandra find the High Seeker Aldren. The High Seeker is murdered by Martel, and Galyan and Cassandra are blamed. Just as they are about to be executed Circle mages Galyan contacted attack the Templars and free them. After Cassandra kills Martel, Galyan and the Circle mages help her defeat Frenic, who has turned into a pride demon. Galyan awakens Avexis to have her summon a dragon to help defeat Frenic.  Galyan is promoted to the rank of Enchanter, calling Cassandra as one of the bravest and most beautiful women he has ever met, before they are honored together by the Divine.!~

Zarbon is Freeza's right-hand man and one of his more powerful henchmen. He has long, green braided hair and wears a tiara and earrings, giving him a more attractive look amongst Freeza's soldiers. Because of this, Zarbon thinks highly of himself and values things based on how attractive they are. Zarbon has the ability to transform himself into a reptilian humanoid, increasing his strength and ferocity while also detracting from his looks. Because of this, he avoids transforming whenever possible. Zarbon accompanies Freeza to Planet Namek where he fights and captures Vegeta.    ~!When Vegeta recovers and escapes, Zarbon is sent to retrieve him, though Vegeta's increase in strength overwhelms him. Zarbon tries to get Vegeta to join him to fight against Freeza, but Vegeta shows no interest, instead punching a hole straight through Zarbon's stomach, then a Ki blast which shoots straight through Zarbon flying and into the waters below. !~  He made appearances in Anime Fillers of the Freeza saga and advised Freeza to destroy Planet Vegeta in Bardock: Father of Goku.  In Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2, Zarbon appears in a "what-if" scenario where he attempts to gain the Dragon Balls for himself and wish for eternal beauty. He eventually gets his wish, but ends up dying when Planet Namek explodes. His Japanese voice actor is Sho Hayami. In the Ocean Group dub, he is voiced by Paul Dobson and given an Australian accent. During college, he had a serious relationship with Misato, but after having long broken up, they see each other again on the UN fleet ferrying Unit 02 and its pilot, Asuka Langley Soryu, to Japan.

His real name is Victor Hartmann; also spelled in some translations as Hilshire (which is what he is know as in the show). An agent of Section 2, and Triela's handler and a former Europol detective, Hilshire prefers a hands-off approach to Triela and, like Jose, he dislikes heavy use of conditioning. During his earlier days as a Europol detective, he was denied engaging a child-torturing group in the frontline, as commented by his superior being "too naive" and incapable of handling the pressure. True to his boss's description of his personality, he could be seen whimpering excessively over a live footage of the torturing session, and became mentally depressed.

Age has the body of a teenage boy, but might actually be 120 years old. Age lived on the ruined planet, Oron, a world that was once verdant and peaceful, but later suffered from a cosmic cataclysm. Wild by nature, he is nevertheless extremely good-natured. Having grown up on a deserted planet, he can easily fend for himself and often hunts, whilst playing with his prey, though he does apologize to them after and even thanks them for allowing him to eat them. He is shown to have extraordinary strength and speed, even breaking the outer shell of the Argonaut with his bare hands. He can also survive in outer space without the need for air and without being affected by pressure. Since he was taught by the Golden Tribe, Age has a limited knowledge about human society, not even knowing the meaning of 'numbers', simple words, or common phrases (The Golden Tribe apparently had no use for numbers and such).  He lived in an old, abandoned ship, whose mainframe A.I. was referred to as 'Mother' by Age. Though the ship's A.I. did not understand most of what he said, Age truly believed it to be his mom and genuinely cared for it. When the Bronze Tribe attacked Oron, subsequently destroying Age's ship, he became enraged, summoned the Nodos, Bellcross, and destroyed the Bronze's entire fleet. Due to his wild nature, many of the crew members on the Argonaut have called him a monkey.  Bellcross - The 'essence' of a Nodos, which is stored in a stone that is wrapped around the optical nerve of Age's right eye. Bellcross is considered to be the strongest of the remaining Hero Tribe. Whenever he asks for something, he says the word very slowly, since the ones who taught him the word said it the same way in order to teach him how to pronounce it correctly, so Age believes that is how it must always be said. Age almost always has a smile on his face and never gets angry at anyone, often saying how much he loves everyone on the Argonaut.
