A large man with a very strange hairstyle and a gigantic removable mustache, Kabapu occupies a position of extreme and shadowy power which is never fully explained, but municipal leaders defer to his wishes, and he has no qualms about silencing dissent by violence. This zeal is a result of his genuine desire to protect the City from all dangers. His trump card is his newly founded Department of City Security, the civilian front for his Municipal Force Daitenzin, into which Watanabe, Iwata, Sumiyoshi, Misaki, and Ropponmatsu are recruited. Sagara&#039;s commanding officer and one of Tessa&#039;s military strategists with the rank of Lieutenant Commander, fulfilling the role of Operations Director. He is also the foster father of Sagara. He and Sousuke were once enemies, as mentioned in a two part episode by Sagara himself. The foster father status may be on the school&#039;s official papers only but Kalinin is certainly a very fatherly figure to Sagara. Kalinin was formerly of the Soviet special forces - Spetsnaz - and was the leader of the team that found a crashed Japanese airliner. There was only one survivor: a three year-old child by the name of Sagara Sousuke. His wife is deceased and the whereabouts and status of the rest of his family is unknown. There is speculation that Kalinin has betrayed Mithril to Amalgam, due to his meeting with Leonard Testarossa at the end of the book &#039;Dancing Very Merry Christmas&#039; and also due to his mysterious disappearance and attitude during the raid by Amalgam on Merida Island. Kalinin later appears in &#039;Tsudoku to Make My Day&#039; at Leonard&#039;s villa, apparently as one of Leonard&#039;s subordinates, although his subsequent actions in the book suggest the possibility that he may be working for the anti-Leonard faction of Amalgam, or as a Mithril deep cover agent. He seems to be of a family man sort and loves his wife so much that he made the Borscht (that Sousuke avoids at all costs) that his wife made him as he returns from missions. The enigmatic founder and head of the Enfant organization. Very little is known about his past before 1999, when he used his Gift to open the Door of Truth in a failed attempt to plunge the world into a total war, which, as he believes, is its natural state. His attempt was foiled by Colonel Richard Burton, so the conflict only broke out locally, in the country where the ritual was held and where the Enfant HQ was later situated - in Gazth-Sonika. To repeat the ritual and complete what he has started, Monday has been ever since searching for the two missing Holy Books (he managed to keep Firstari) and another person with a strong Gift, as he is no longer able to use his own, allegedly, because the right half of his face (which he always hides it behind a mask) is disfigured by Burton's bullet. Although it is not stated explicitly within the series, according to Kōichi Mashimo's vision, Monday was once a talented artist.

Shirow Watari is the director of TERRA, and spends a lot of time on the road facing the press, lobbying for the organization, and coordinating with the B&auml;hbem Foundation. Though his public persona is as stern and serious as that of his friend Jin Kunugi, he is more cheerful around the other TERRA employees; the souvenirs he buys for the employees is a running joke in the series.

The Raven (大鴉 ) is the mysterious antagonist of Drosselmeyer's story The Prince and the Raven and Mytho's dark persona because Mytho shattered his heart in order to seal up the Raven, who then requires the sacrifice of young, beautiful hearts in order to eat them and regain his form.

Boddole Zer is the supreme commander of the 4,795,122-ship Boddole Zer Main Fleet belonging to the main antagonists, the Zentradi.    Golg Boddole Zer ordered his subordinate Britai Kridanik to track down and recover the Supervision Army spaceship which had crashlanded on Earth, thus starting Space War I. After the failures of Britai and his other subordinate Moruk Lap Lamiz to capture the SDF-1 Macross  and their subsequent &quot;cultural contamination&quot; by the miclones, Bodole Zer ordered all 4,795,122 ships in the Boddole Zer Main Fleet to fold to Earth  and destroy the SDF-1 Macross, the defecting Zentradi forces, and the Earth itself in 2010.  Boddole Zer was killed when his massive flagship was destroyed in an unorthodox tactic by the SDF-1 Macross, but not before he ordered the obliteration of the Earth&#039;s surface with less than one million human survivors in the Battle with the Boddole Zer Main Fleet.
