A freelancer for the Daily Days information center. As the daughter of a train engineer, who was driven to ruin after being unjustly blamed for a horrific train accident, Rachel loves trains but is bitter towards the train industry. As such, she frequently travels by train, but never pays her fare.  In 1931, Rachel boards the Flying Pussyfoot as a stowaway in order to get to the Daily News Headquarter in New York. She is seated in the Dinning Room car when the Lumeres men, Bicky, and Nick simultaneously attempt to take over the car. In midst of the confusion, Rachel sneaks through a window and seeks refuge under the cars.  Initially, Rachel is an observer while events unfold aboard the Flying Pussyfoot. She gets a first-hand view of the Rail Tracer as he kills some of the terrorists, and Czeslaw Meyer. On one occasion she is spotted by the Rail Tracer as she clings to the train's undercarriage. He scurries towards Rachel and whispers in her ear, prompting her to scream and retreat from him. Eventually, Rachel takes on a more active role as she helps Nice Holystone, Nick, Natalie and Mary Berriam escape from the Lumeres.   After the events aboard the Flying Pussyfoot, Rachel checks into the Daily News office where she reports everything she witnessed on the train to the Chief and Nicholas. After she does this, the chief comments on how uncharacteristic it was of her to help the passengers. Rachel explains her actions by stating she did not want to see anymore bloodshed.   When Rachel explains to the chief that she believes the Rail Tracer to be a conductor, she has a flashback to the words he had uttered to her ear, which indicated that he knew she had been a stowaway.  In-turn, the Chief reveals to both her and Nicholas that the Rail Tracer is in fact  ~!Claire Stanfield (aka. Vino),] an assassin for the Gandor family who kills with his own sense of justice. Rachel becomes bewildered at these words as she saw him kill the young boy, Czeslaw Meyer. In order for her to find the answer to the Rail Tracer's actions, the Chief sends her out into the city where she runs into Czeslaw and Ennis. Czeslaw then tells Rachel all about the Immortals.!~

She is an A class student and is especially good in health.  In episode 2, she fights against Kouta and loses. She also likes to pick on Kouta's ability to handle girls by talking about her underwear and bra. She does this in episode 19 when the summoners avatars are saying their secrets. She also abused this in episode 16, which was easy for her to do because she was swimming at the beach with the rest of the main characters.

Tooru&#039;s step-sister. She used to be the support of Steppen Wolf, but after the breakdown of the team she joins VSS as a pilot.

Karen Nishiyama, the third third-year student on the team, is incredibly skilled at kendo, but tends to shake when nervous. When she is cornered in a kendo match she instinctively switches to the offensive, thus effectively beating her opponent. Because of her instinct of going on offense when in trouble Karen is the strongest on her kendo team. In the Manga Appears once in the manga during a special chapter which occurred after the events of the main story. She was shown in a single panel serving Sven and co. as a waitress.  In the Anime Tanya is a waitress that Sven met once before. By pure coincidence, Tanya constantly switches jobs and moves to different cities at around the same time that Train, Sven and Eve arrive at that same city. She is a constant source of free food for Train and company, as she allows Sven to put most meals "on his tab" and gives bread crusts (sometimes deep-fried) to Train. She usually calls Eve Sven's daughter. 

XAT's communications and tactical specialist. She usually stays with Wolf in the Fennek armored vehicle during XAT-led operations in the field. Her true nature is that of a double agent planted by Victor, a cyborg, one of the three Apocalypse Knights, and the pilot of the Scale Rider; a bulky but extremely agile ultra-high altitude fighter-bomber which serves as the other two Knights' transport.   She is actually a clone of Victor Stachus' granddaughter, as she was plagued by an extremely short lifespan which would have her dead after a mere 20 years of life. Mari Makinami Illustrious is an Evangelion pilot introduced into the franchise during the second installment of the four part theatrical remake series, Rebuild of Evangelion. 

Little is known about her as of yet except that she is the pilot of the Provisional Evangelion Unit-05 which differs from previous incarnations drastically featuring four mechanical "legs" that end in wheels and a lack of hands which have been replaced with a jousting lance and "claw". Because of it's unique design, Mari pilots her Eva wearing a helmet-like contraption and her plugsuit is equipped with several attachments that connect to tubing that apparently help her in moving the Evangelion. 

Mari is probably the most content with being an Eva pilot. She is also shown to be more informed than the other pilots, knowing various backdoors into both Nerv and the Eva operational programs and access Eva abilities known to only the higher-up staff of Nerv. Mari also revels in piloting Eva, usually singing over the comm-radio before excitedly engaging an Angel in combat.

Sherry Blendy is a mage who belong to Lamia Scale, though as first it was was stated she was a former member. She first introduced as one of Reitei Lyon's allies in the Galuna Island arc. She later appears with Leon and Jura Nekis as the representatives of Lamia Scale, apparently having rejoined. She very infatuated with Lyon and most of her actions are based off her love of him.   ~! After their mission to stop Nirvana, she appears to have developed a crush on Ren Akatsuki. !~

Lan Fan is a very skilled fighter and is able to sense the presence of a soul (referred to as chi); thus she can quickly identify Homunculi like Envy that have more than one soul in their Philosopher's Stones (meaning she can easily see through Envy's disguises). Although we are never told her age Ling refers to her as a "girl" so we can assume that she and Ling are around the same age.   ~!After being heavily injured by the Führer himself, Lan Fan sacrifices her arm to help Ling and herself escape. Later, She leaves with Fu to have an automail arm made for her. Lan Fan comes back six months later with an automail left arm. Ayame&#039;s personal assistant who helps her in her duties as minister. She has a serious work attitude and is very loyal to her boss, Ayame, and doesn&#039;t hesitate to scold others who disrespect her boss. She serves as the disciplinarian and the harsh voice of the Agency, in contrast to Ayame&#039;s friendly attitude. She is last seen in hospital talking with Ayame about Yomi&#039;s attack on HQ two years ago. She appears to have suffered mental damage due to her ordeal with Yomi, becoming childlike and addressing Ayame as &quot;onee-chan&quot; (elder sister).

A thin, gangly woman working under Hannah, Jozzy is a worker division leader who is in charge of cleaning the students rooms. She has doubts about Kenshi&#039;s abilities when he&#039;s assigned to assist her, but quickly discovers the lightning fast speed in which he completes his tasks, and with the proficiency of a pro. The manner in which Kenshi impresses his superiors consequently makes Jozzy look good to the other department heads as Kenshi&#039;s boss.
