President of the Tea Club and another close friend of Tenma. She is very perceptive, resourceful, intelligent, and also very mysterious. Her enigmatic face always hides schemes she plan to help her friends or to play pranks on her classmates.    Akira has some uncommon hobbies such as planning war games, wearing full body costumes and economics. She also knows exactly who likes whom in class, but for unexplained reasons, stays silent on the matter.

Chii is a Persocom who is found by [Hideki Motosuwa](https://anilist.co/character/225) in a garbage dump. At first, she is only able to say "Chii", thus earning her that name. Later on, she is taught various things, and is eventually able to communicate with other people.

~!She is a Chobit, a legendary Persocom that is capable of thinking independently and feeling human emotions. Her real name is Elda. She was created to be a "little sister" to Freya, the first Chobit, after Chitose Hibiya noticed Freya becoming increasingly sad. After Freya eventually breaks down, Elda takes Freya's mind into her own in an attempt to save her. In the manga, this causes her own memories to reset. In the anime, Hibiya resets Elda's memories in order to find the One just for her.  Chi has a special program installed on her designed to connect to every persocom on the planet. In the manga, if Chi fails to find the One just for her, she would delete the ability for persocoms to recognize humans from one another. In the anime, if Chi does find the One just for her, the program would give all persocoms the ability to feel real emotions.!~

Milly Thompson is a fellow Bernardelli agent and friend and assistant to [Meryl](https://anilist.co/character/713/Stryfe-Meryl). Despite physically towering over Meryl, Milly looks up to her and always refers to her as "senpai," or "Ma'am" in the English Version, as a term of respect for a senior.

Although physically very strong, she appears rather simple and ditzy, but has an extremely kind heart and also reveals a strength of character and genuine optimism. However, Milly can be just as hotheaded as Meryl if someone is disrespectful towards their family (or wasting food, especially pudding). She can seem somewhat dim, but she has some amazing skills (chess playing, for one) which hint at a deeply buried intelligence. She does have a tendency to go a bit overboard when drinking.

She seemed to pick up on the fact that [Vash](https://anilist.co/character/162/Vash-the-Stampede) is the notorious Stampede before Meryl, but she is apparently still somewhat surprised upon realizing that she was correct. Milly comes from a very large family, and writes letters to them constantly (known as "The Milly Monthly").

Somehow Milly manages to hide a very heavy concussion gun (referred to as a "stun-gun") under her coat. The shots, which pop out into the shape of an X-shaped claw, are so powerful they can even knock over trucks. At one point Milly refers to herself as "Stun-gun Milly".



The 19th student in Japanese alphabetical order of class 2/3-A, she initially appears as merely the genius of Mahora Academy, known for her brains, her athletic skills and the boss of a food stand specializing in Chinese delicacies.

Tiz was originally the Second of the Sun Ring&rsquo;s female clan. Immediately after meeting Thor, she takes a liking to him and tries to make him her mate, much to Thor&#039;s dismay. Tiz even left the Sun Ring after Thor fought with Chen and won, just to be with him. Shigure is a mysterious person and a slow talker. She is also a master of all types of weapons and believes that weaponry should be seen as an extension of the body: simply relying on the weapons strength alone will not make you a master of it. She was initially viewed as a loner, often avoiding interaction with the other residents of the dojo, besides Apachai. However, later in the series, she begins to open up to Kenichi and the others, and even partakes in certain daily rituals (e.g. dinner) with them. She teaches Kenichi how to use weapons and also got him past his fear of people using weapons against him.  It was implied by Kensei that Shigure worries about Kenichi when he is not around because she believes that he got into something dangerous, meaning she has possibly grown a liking for Kenichi. She even allows Akisame to tell Kenichi of her past, saying that it is okay simply because he's Kenichi.   Out of all the masters, Shigure trains Kenichi the least. Her actions subtly suggest that she yearns to have him as a disciple, and is disappointed with Kenichi's reluctance to use weaponry (along with his perpetual fear of her). Thus far, she has taught Kenichi mostly practical abilities, such as swimming and rope tying.  It is revealed that Shigure was raised deep in the mountains along with her father, who was an expert at both crafting and wielding weapons. On one of Akisame's travels he discovered Shigure and her father. Because her father was suffering from a terminal illness, he requested Akisame to take his life away in a duel so that he could die a warrior's death. Akisame initially refused, but eventually had to throw him off a cliff after a forced confrontation.   Before dieing Shigure's father admitted he did not really want to die in battle, but was trying to be a bad example so his daughter would avoid repeating his mistakes. Akisame then gave Shigure her name (her father never gave her one) and took her to be raised by Akisame's old friend, the current master of the Kosaka-style swordsmanship. After the old man passed away, Akisame brought Shigure into Ryozanpaku. Shigure goes on missions to locate swords crafted by her father and takes them out of circulation, she keeps her exact motivations for this a secret but it is highly suggested it's because she doesn't want her father's weapons used for killing.  A mouse (who has unique abilities), later named Tochumaru, is frequently in her company. Shigure usually plays with Honoka and Apachai, and often beats Kensei for harassing her. Tochumaru is able to defeat cats (and later even armed mercenaries) with ease. It is also known for stealing food from others, which Apachai is often blamed for.

One of two &quot;agents&quot; from the Magic Academy sent with a report about the Star Crystals' disappearance. Their true forms are unknown since they took the images drawn up by Haruna; Shichimi is a cat, and Motsu is a frog. They then stay at Mahora and keep a close eye on Negi to ensure his magic secrecy. Eventually, this may no longer be the case when all of class 3-A learn about magic and became Pactio partners. In more recent episodes, a few bizarre segments involve Motsu and Makie, where Makie refers to Motsu as &quot;father&quot;. The Princess of Nihon Country who sends Kurogane on his quest. Tomoyo is intelligent, determined, enthusiastic, and selfless to a fault. With her extreme level of power, Tomoyo has the ability to cross dimensions and have visions of the future through her dreams. She meets Sakura first as another incarnation, &quot;President Tomoyo,&quot; and then when the group comes to Nihon Country to rest. Tomoyo cares deeply about others, and sacrifices her dreamer powers to keep the travelers safe.

Lan Fan is one of two bodyguards of Ling Yao and the granddaughter of Ling's other bodyguard, Fu. She is very quiet and cares deeply for Ling. As a result, she is constantly thinking of his safety and often forgets her own. Lan Fan is a very skilled fighter and is able to sense the presence of a soul (referred to as chi); thus she can quickly identify Homunculi like Envy that have more than one soul in their Philosopher's Stones (meaning she can easily see through Envy's disguises). Although we are never told her age Ling refers to her as a "girl" so we can assume that she and Ling are around the same age.   ~!After being heavily injured by the Führer himself, Lan Fan sacrifices her arm to help Ling and herself escape. Later, She leaves with Fu to have an automail arm made for her. Lan Fan comes back six months later with an automail left arm. A blue-haired Gambee pilot in Basion, Isabella has an inferiority complex about her bad grades and takes it out on Sara, whom she deems an easy target and who refuses to follow her lead. Meiling Li is a character that appears only in the anime adaptation of Cardcaptor Sakura. Introduced in episode 19, she is Syaoran Li&#039;s cousin and self-proclaimed fianc&eacute;e. As children living in Hong Kong, they both trained in martial arts under the tutelage of Wang Wei. One night her pet bird escaped from his cage, and the normally quiet and withdrawn Syaoran told her not to cry, then left. After spending hours in the rain, he returned with the bird and Meiling was both grateful and touched. From that day, she devoted herself to him, eventually declaring that she liked him above all others and, reasoning that he liked her as well, she declared them to be engaged. At the same time, she promised that if he ever found someone he liked more than her, she would give him up.

In coming to Tokyo, Meiling intends to help Syaoran gather the Clow Cards, and actively dislikes Sakura. As the series progresses, Meiling develops a grudging respect for Sakura that turns into a good friendship by the time Meiling returns to Hong Kong in episode 43. During her initial visit, Meiling seemed to recognize that Syaoran was falling in love with Sakura, but it wasn&#039;t until she briefly returned in episode 60 that she fully acknowledges and accepts Sakura as the person Syaoran loves. Wanting to keep his promise, Syaoran attempts to tell her that he loves Sakura, but Meiling interrupts and tells him that she knows because he is now calling Sakura by her first name, something he only does for his sisters and herself. She smiles at Syaoran with tears in her eyes and declares that the engagement is called off, then quickly leaves. Meiling spends the night at Tomoyo Daidōji&#039;s house to release all of her sadness through much screaming and tears without burdening Syaoran. At the end of the episode, Meiling returns home and is not seen again in the main series. She returns in the second movie, with Syaoran, and together with Tomoyo tries to help Sakura confess her own feelings to him.

Unlike Syaoran, Meiling has no magical abilities, relying solely on her physical fighting abilities and a healthy dose of pride. Her lack of powers, however, results in her hindering more than helping Syaoran in most battles against the cards. She challenges the The Fight card in episode 20, and was nearly badly wounded and had to be rescued by Syaoran. Recognizing that she was being a burden, Meiling grew upset and lashed out at Syaoran. However, she was then able to be an aid to him while fighting The Twin card, as their years of practicing martial arts together enables them to match the card&#039;s synchronized fighting style.

The character of Meiling is voiced by Yukana Nogami. In the English adaptation Cardcaptors her name is changed to Meilin Rae and her relationship with Syaoran is changed from cousins to childhood friends. She is voiced by Nicole Oliver. In the English dub of the second movie, she is voiced by Julie Maddalena.

Akeno is not only a mermaid but also a &quot;mermaid examiner&quot;. She has the responsibility of deporting all the mer-people who fail to qualify as not only resembling humans but also not arousing any suspicion of their true identities. When first introduced she had a hostile attitude towards the other major protagonists. This later changes as develops feelings of compassion towards them and also as she finds her &quot;duty&quot; as a Knight-in-training as an excuse used by the final antagonist.

Karen Nishiyama, the third third-year student on the team, is incredibly skilled at kendo, but tends to shake when nervous. When she is cornered in a kendo match she instinctively switches to the offensive, thus effectively beating her opponent. Because of her instinct of going on offense when in trouble Karen is the strongest on her kendo team. A ghost who lives in Keroro&#039;s room, which was originally storage. Aki was able to buy it from a friend at a very low price because of this. The ghost is very often shown watching Keroro and the other frogs even if they never see her. She haunts the house because she was imprisoned for hiding a Keronian, believed to be a Kappa, with features similar to Keroro. She supposedly died in a cell in the same area as Keroro&#039;s room. In reality, the Keronian she hid helped her to escape and she died at 90 years old. She probably haunts the storage room because Keroro reminds her of the Keronian who saved her. The only person to ever learn her real name is Momoka when she turned herself into a ghost to get closer to Fuyuki.

A freelancer for the Daily Days information center. As the daughter of a train engineer, who was driven to ruin after being unjustly blamed for a horrific train accident, Rachel loves trains but is bitter towards the train industry. As such, she frequently travels by train, but never pays her fare.  In 1931, Rachel boards the Flying Pussyfoot as a stowaway in order to get to the Daily News Headquarter in New York. She is seated in the Dinning Room car when the Lumeres men, Bicky, and Nick simultaneously attempt to take over the car. In midst of the confusion, Rachel sneaks through a window and seeks refuge under the cars.  Initially, Rachel is an observer while events unfold aboard the Flying Pussyfoot. She gets a first-hand view of the Rail Tracer as he kills some of the terrorists, and Czeslaw Meyer. On one occasion she is spotted by the Rail Tracer as she clings to the train's undercarriage. He scurries towards Rachel and whispers in her ear, prompting her to scream and retreat from him. Eventually, Rachel takes on a more active role as she helps Nice Holystone, Nick, Natalie and Mary Berriam escape from the Lumeres.   After the events aboard the Flying Pussyfoot, Rachel checks into the Daily News office where she reports everything she witnessed on the train to the Chief and Nicholas. After she does this, the chief comments on how uncharacteristic it was of her to help the passengers. Rachel explains her actions by stating she did not want to see anymore bloodshed.   When Rachel explains to the chief that she believes the Rail Tracer to be a conductor, she has a flashback to the words he had uttered to her ear, which indicated that he knew she had been a stowaway.  In-turn, the Chief reveals to both her and Nicholas that the Rail Tracer is in fact  ~!Claire Stanfield (aka. Vino),] an assassin for the Gandor family who kills with his own sense of justice. Rachel becomes bewildered at these words as she saw him kill the young boy, Czeslaw Meyer. In order for her to find the answer to the Rail Tracer's actions, the Chief sends her out into the city where she runs into Czeslaw and Ennis. Czeslaw then tells Rachel all about the Immortals.!~

Benitsubasa is also known as the 'Crimson (Red) Sekirei', she is a 'third generation' member of the MBI Disciplinary Squad. She is a hand-to-hand fighter, similar to Musubi, with a habit of sticking her tongue out while fighting. Her true nature is that of a double agent planted by Victor, a cyborg, one of the three Apocalypse Knights, and the pilot of the Scale Rider; a bulky but extremely agile ultra-high altitude fighter-bomber which serves as the other two Knights' transport.   She is actually a clone of Victor Stachus' granddaughter, as she was plagued by an extremely short lifespan which would have her dead after a mere 20 years of life. She takes part in the attempt to fend off the nuclear assault launched by the United States and the UN, and dies after ramming the Scale Rider into an unmanned nuclear bomber in Earth's low orbit.
