Celebrating the 15th anniversary of the Precure franchise, and the eleventh Precure All Stars crossover film.
 
A mysterious monster named Miden has appeared, stealing away the Precures' memories and reverting them to the state of a small child. The HUGtto! Precure team joins forces with the Futari wa Precure team to retrieve the stolen memories and powers of every other Precure team so far!

The story begins when Hana, Saaya, and Homare from Hugtto! PreCure take Hagutan out for her flower garden debut. All of a sudden, the monster Usobaakka appears. He attempts to change the world into the one filled with lies and kidnaps Saaya and Homare. Hana learns the girls of Maho Girls PreCure! and Kirakira PreCure a la Mode are also his targets and decides to support them. During the battle, Hana remembers one unfulfilled promise from Usobaakka's word "Promises are lies that can't be kept by anyone." It was Hana's very important promise with a boy named Clover, whom she met in a strange world in her childhood. She gradually realizes the promise is the beginning of this big trouble. In cooperation with the PreCure girls in three generations, will Hana be able to beat the strongest enemy Usobaakka and fulfill the promise with Clover?

All around the world, Pretty Cures have been fighting against the invasion of an enemy known as Saiark. Shirayuki Hime, the princess of Blue Sky Kingdom, is a Pretty Cure; but unable to defeat the enemy alone, she falls behind the others, and ends up in a bad situation. 
On her quest to find a partner, she meets Aino Megumi (Cure Lovely), and the two join forces to battle the enemy together. They learn that by assembling all PreCards, you can get any one wish fulfilled, and they team up with the fairy Ribbon to protect world peace, transform, and dress up as they fight! 
A new Pretty Cure story with a dress-up theme begins!

Mirai Asahina, a 13-year-old girl who's going into her second year of middle school, witnesses a mysterious object fall in to the park. Excitedly, she brings her stuffed bear Mofurun with her to see what it was. When she gets there she sees a girl named Riko flying on a broom. Mirai has a lot of questions, and Riko explains that she's searching for something. The two of them are wearing similar pendants. Then Batti, an ally of the dark magic user Dokurokushi, appears before them and demands the "Link Stone Emerald." Batti creates a monster called a "Yokubaru" and drives them into a corner. Mirai, Riko, and Mofurun join hands and speak the magic words "Cure-Up Rapapa," their pendants glow, and they become the legendary Precure.

Now, with the help of Princess Perfume and the Dress Up Key from Hope Kingdom's Prince Kanata, Haruka transforms into Cure Flora to protect everyone's dreams from being locked away by Dys Dark's minions. 
 
With her friends Cure Mermaid and Cure Twinkle by her side, the three princesses join forces in battle to protect dreams, collect the 12 Dress Up Keys, and stop Dyspear's plot to turn everyone to despair.

Yumehara Nozomi, a regular student, finds a magical book called the Dream Collet in the library and meets Coco and Nuts, two creatures from the Palmier Kingdom. They plead with Nozomi to restore their world, which has been destroyed by an organization called the Nightmares, by completing the Dream Collet and finding the 55 Pinkies to make any wish come true. Meanwhile, the Nightmares are moving into the real world. Once Nozomi agrees to help, Coco and Nuts transform her into the magical girl Cure Dream and turn four fellow students into her Pretty Cure team.

In order to protect Hug-tan, Hana wishes to do something to help her, and her wish is granted, as she gains a Mirai Crystal and transforms into Cure Yell. The world is overflowed with Tomorrow Powerer, which is the power to create a brilliant tomorrow, which is crystallized into the Mirai Crystals. If it's stolen, everyone's future will not exist. To protect Hug-tan and everyone's future, Cure Yell will do her best!

Suddenly, the evil emperor Pierrot made an invasion on M&auml;rchenland, sealing its Queen in the process. To revive the Queen, the symbol of happiness called Cure Decor, "the Queen's scattered power of light of happiness", is required. To collect the Cure Decor, a fairy named Candy searches for the Pretty Cures on Earth. There, Candy meets a girl, who decides to collect the Cure Decor. Now, will the world earn a "happy ending"?
