Binkan is just an innocent bystander who is often nearby whenever SOX performs another act of ero-terrorism, staring at their latest handiwork. She is hardly acknowledged by the main characters until the final episode where it is shown that she is a prefect in training under the leadership of Oboro. Binkan's real name is never mentioned; her nickname roughly translates to "little sensitive (girl)."

The novel's story is set 16 years after the "Law for Public Order and Morals in Healthy Child-Raising" banned coarse language in the country. Tanukichi Okuma enrolls in the country's leading elite public morals school and is soon invited into the Anti-Societal Organization (SOX) by its founder, Ayame Kajou. As a member blackmailed into joining by Ayame, Tanukichi ends up taking part in obscene acts of terrorism against the talented student council president Anna (for whom Tanukichi has a crush).<br>

Yui Ogura is an idol, actress, singer and voice actress (seiyuu) affiliated with Clare Voice. She is one of four members in Team Dekaris along with Kaori Ishihara, Arisa Noto, and Maho Matsunaga. She was one half of J-Pop duo [YuiKaori](https://anilist.co/staff/195974/), along with [Kaori Ishihara](https://anilist.co/staff/105217/) before the group disbanded in 2017. She is a former member of the seiyuu group [StylipS](https://anilist.co/staff/111177/), which was formed in 2011 and composed of the same members of Team Dekaris. Ogura's debut single "Raise" was released on July 18, 2012. She graduated from the group in April 2013.
