Stumbling around trying to find his way, Tsubasa makes a beautiful discovery: A Hokkaido Gal, buxom but barely covered in the freezing weather! Minami Fuyuki is a Hokkaido local who takes an immediate interest in Tsubasa, wanting him to tell her all about city life.
