Andy is member no. 9 of the Round Table. He is a Negator with the alias Undead. His original personality is that of Victor.

Andy is a deuteragonist along with Fuuko Izumo.

Andy is insanely reckless, he enjoys attempting to die and is always looking for new methods of death. He also has a soft spot for Fuuko, who he is very protective of and gets very angry when she is hurt, to the point where he will willingly remove the card in his head to release Victor. 

Andy is a tall and muscular man, with white combed back hair. He has a card in his forehead above his left eye which causes his eye to be half-closed which has left a scar. Due to his ability, he has stopped aging around his mid-20's. He has the words DEAD END tattooed on his left shoulder, but the first D in dead is backwards. He has the number 1865 tattooed on his left pectoral as well as a scar that will not go away even when he regenerates. 



All Fuuko wants is a passionate romance like the one in her favorite shoujo manga. Unfortunately, her Unluck ability makes that impossible. But just as Fuuko hits rock bottom, Andy sweeps her off her feet—literally! Now she's become Andy's unwilling test subject as he works to find a way to trigger a stroke of Unluck big enough to kill him for good. However, when the pair discovers a secret organization is hunting them, it puts Andy's burial plans on hold.
