Hime is a girl who is in the same class as Saku, whom she has a crush on. After Saku joins the astronomy club, she quickly follows suit so as to spend more time closer to him and getting to know him. She had originally met Saku briefly on the bus before taking their entrance exam for the school, and was surprised to see him again in her class. She is generally a calm girl though is known to get jealous of Mihoshi when she is sticking close to Saku.

Saku Ooyagi returns to his hometown after seven years and is soon reacquainted with his childhood friend, Mihoshi Akeno. The reunion is far from merry since the last memory they have of each other is of her falling off a tree and him saving her. In any case, Mihoshi is determined to improve their relationship and forces Saku to join the astronomy club she founded.

Tomatsu debuted in 2007, starring in Shinkyoku Soukai Polyphonica as Corticarte Apa Lagranges. Since then, she has had other major roles such as Lala Satalin Deviluke in To Love-Ru and Shiho Sannomiya in Zettai Karen Children. Before graduating from high school in 2008, she used to live in Ichimomiya city where she often took the shinkansen, traveling back and forth between Nagoya and Tokyo to attend recordings. On January 11, 2019, she married a man from outside the entertainment industry.
