Megumi has a very cheery personality and likes to have fun whenever she can especially around Kuruyukihime. Since being close friends with Kuroyukihime, most of the time she addresses her by a nickname "Hime" which would mostly like be her name shortened.  However, during their time in Okinawa, it is revealed that she can become quite depressed as she stated to Kuroyukihime that she is lonely more frequently when she is not around her as she seems to spend more time in a different world (Accel World) than Megumi. Team- Sleeping Forest Status- Thorn Queen Road- Sonia Road  Ringo looks like your everyday junior high school girl. However, she is actually the successor of the legendary Storm Riders team, Sleeping Forest . She is also the current Thorn King (Queen) of the eight 'Kings' in the AT world. Ringo is in love with Ikki but does not dare to tell him. She helps Kogarasumaru in times of trouble under the guise of Croissant Mask (Croissiant Kamen). Ringo is a King Class AT user. Ringo is determined to show Ikki the "fear" of flying through the air, because she doesn't want to see him suffer the same fate the last 'Wind King' did. To this end she was even willing to brutally attack him using her 'Thorn Regalia'. During the battle she seems to have total control of the fight as Ikki is completely out-classed. But Kururu Sumeragi saves Ikki with a mid-air installation of the Bagram prototype cores. Ikki then becomes more than a match for Ringo. The fight then seemingly ends in a draw with Ikki carrying Ringo back home. After that battle Ikki leaves the Noyamano residence, but not before Ringo finally reveals her feeling for Ikki and kisses him goodbye. Later in the Tower of Tropheum, Killik reveals the true purpose of Ringo as leader of Sleeping Forest. Due to the final battle for the Sky King takes place where not only the air is incredibly dense, and the atmosphere is giving off the feeling of crushing you, Ringo is completely immune to it. Thus making her the perfect warrior to protect the Sky Regalia.  Ringo is often depicted to be a warrior in an armor, with a shield and blade, and a pair of wings made out of blades. At this point in her introduction, she is usually in the middle of a forest with dead bodies sprawled around her. Her introduction stays the same throughout the manga: "The Fruit of the Forbidden Forest Which Lures One into a Deep Slumber... Crazy Apple." (A play on her name since "Ringo" means Apple in Japanese.)  Ringo (along with Mikan and Ume) are not biological sisters of Rika. It was revealed in Chapter 154 by Kilik. A year or so after the creation of the original Sleeping Forest, it was revealed by Kilik that three unknown "gravity children" are staying with Rika, implying that the research for Air Treck is still going on somewhere else. In chapter 174, Ringo is seen watching Kogarasumaru training for their B-Class match against White Wolf clan, then she sees Hako talking to a mysterious girl that was seen with the Sora brothers on chapter 163.

Naruko is a childhood friend of Jinta and Menma. While she displays a cold attitude towards Jinta, she is secretly concerned for him. Moreover, she was jealous of Jinta's affection towards Menma. Naruko secretly had a crush on Jinta, which is why she asked him whether he had feelings for Menma. She blames herself for Menma's death, because her question ultimately precipitated in Menma's death. Presently, it is shown that Naruko still has lingering feelings for Jinta.  Naruko is involved in a scandal when an older boy, whom she was hanging out with, tries to force her into a love hotel. When she wouldn't agree to have sex with him, he attempts to force her into the hotel to rape her; however, Matsuyuki protects her. Despite this, the rumor that Naruko had sex with this man reaches her high school. Naruko has to face the judgments of her fellow students until she decides to stop going to school in favor of working full-time to get the money to build the rocket.  She feels slighted when Jinta focuses on Menma and continues to ignore her, even after they reunited. Matsuyuki, who feels similarly since Menma is denying him, asks Naruko out. However she later tells Chiriko on the bridge that she loves only Jinta and that he is irreplaceable.!~

She has feelings for Kio, but believes he sees her as just one of the guys, so roots for Aoi to get him before &quot;that alien steals him away&quot;. She wears a watch with a noticeable scratch on it.

Ayame is a freshman in high school and Ibuki&#039;s younger sister. She has a shy, tsundere personality and is acutely aware of her small breasts when compared to those of her siblings. It took a while for her to like Yoichi romantically and she tries to help him at times while saying it was for no particular reason. She is bad with household chores in general. She dislikes being compared to Ibuki as she is constantly overshadowed. She has kissed Yoichi twice while he was unconscious during the performance of the play (the first unintentional and the other intentional).

Misao is the lead female character. She has been with Tomo since a very young age, when he was involved in an accident. Most people cannot see her as she is a spirit. This eccentric and energetic young girl is one of the Borners, surviving test subjects of Snake's Ua virus experiment. The Ua mutation did not appear to have granted her any extraordinary ability, however, causing her to be treated as a disposable pawn by Liang Qi. A comic-relief who was also made fun of for her almost-flat chest, she was variously tasked with things from spying, (unsuccessfully) infecting Japanese representatives of Shanghai Anti-Terrorism Summit with Ua virus, and (again unsuccessfully) killing Canaan.  ~!Because she befriended Maria, however, she hesitated when confronting Canaan and was saved by Canaan in the end. She subsequently tells Minorikawa about Snake and is hired as his informant before going off on her own. Minoru's party eventually runs into her again on their way to the Factory, where her home village once was and where she intends to spend what's left of her life in. She receives a large quantity of medications for suppressing her Ua virus infection after their brief adventure inside the research complex, however. In the last episodes it is suggested that she does benefit from increased mobility and endurance due to her infection (albeit not by any appreciable margin when compared to other Borners), as displayed by her seemingly impossible rescue of Maria from a train about to be destroyed by a time bomb. Yuina is a 16-year-old teenager who is daughter of the Fukuya Inn owners that are rivals with Kissuisō. While a rivalry exists between Yuina's and Ohana's grandmothers, she remains friendly towards Ohana. Unlike Ohana, Yuina doesn't seem particularly interested in the affairs of the inn. She attends the same high school as Ohana, Minko and Nako. Yuina has a strange habit of observing and using foreign dialects, often switching which dialect she uses.  While Yuina is the class heart throb (along with Minko), she turns down every love confession.  ~!It is revealed that Yuina has a fiancé, Yosuke, who is not only her childhood friend but also a manager at another hot spring inn. Yosuke wants Yuina to work alongside him at the inn, but she refuses, saying that she doesn't like working at an inn. Later she helps out, as Yosuke's inn is short on people.
