An ally and classmate who meets Josuke when Jotaro is searching for him, resulting in the two becoming quick friends. His stand is Echoes, which has three distinct forms, or Acts (Koichi can only call upon one at any given time).

JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken: Diamond wa Kudakenai adapts the fourth part of the JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken manga series. 
 
It's the year 1999, 11 years after Jotaro Kujo's desperate fight against DIO in Egypt. Jotaro meets with Josuke Higashikata, the illegitimate son of his grandfather Joseph Joestar. He discovers that Josuke also has the same "Stand" power and that a new threat is surfacing in Morioh City.

Zach Aguilar is an LA-based voice actor known for being a vocal "chameleon." He is also a well-versed pianist of 10 years, martial artist, and singer on the side.

When Zach was young, he would often take days off from school and do acting auditions in Hollywood. This is all thanks to his mom, who would often call the school and tell them that his son was "sick". At an undisclosed time, he almost got out of acting completely until he was about 12 or 13 years old when he decided to get back into acting because of his interest in anime and video games. He took some voiceover classes and started to pursue voiceover afterwards. 

He won an Anime Expo competition back in 2014. Zach claims this to be his first big studio role, which would lead him to "greater things" later on.

As Rohan, a young Japanese manga artist, is drawing, he meets a mysterious, beautiful woman who tells him of a cursed 200-year-old painting. The painting was created using the blackest ink ever known, which came from a 1,000-year-old tree that the painter had cut down without the approval of the Emperor. The painter was executed for this, but the painting was saved from destruction by a curator of the Louvre. The novel is about a normal day in Morioh, from the point of view of a new character named Takuma Hasumi. His stand is called The Book, has the appearance of a normal book, and possesses the power to record everything he sees or feels. Josuke and the rest of the Part IV heroes appear as antagonists. 
The story takes place in Morioh, in the year 2000. Three days before the end of winter break. Koichi and Rohan find a blood-stained cat outside a convenience store. They go searching for the cat's owner, and find a woman's strange-looking corpse inside the house. By using Heaven's Door, they find a clue: "a male student with red scratch marks under his arm." Over the span of 3 months, the curtain opens on this incident.

The spinoff will focus on Rohan Kishibe, an eccentric mangaka that appeared in Part 4 of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, Diamond is Unbreakable.

The story begins with Rohan Kishibe being requested by the cook of the town of Morio, possibly Tonio Trussardi. Rohan is asked by Tonio to retrieve mysterious ingredients lying in the ocean of Morio.
