Captain, as he&#039;s known by his fellows, is a mercenary under contract with the Extra Order Company, a private security firm that was contracted by Kageyama of Asahi Heavy Industries. His job &ndash; eliminate the Lagoon Company, as well as their hostage Rock, mainly because of the computer disc Rock was carrying when he was taken.    A veteran of the Liberian Civil War of the 1990&#039;s, Captain is an experienced soldier, with no qualms about killing anyone he was hired to kill. He&#039;s also a thrill-seeker, always looking for a worthy opponent to face-off against &ndash; which proved to be his undoing.    The first attack against the Lagoon Company was at the Yellow Flag Bar. Captain and his fellows staged a hit from outside, killing most of the patrons. What they didn&#039;t count-on was Revy and Dutch, as well as a very irate Bao (because his bar was getting shot-up and threatening to make the Lagoon Company pay for the repairs and restocking), making a counter attack, killing sixteen of the mercenaries and wounding eight. The way the EO mercenaries were defeated impressed Captain, and he eagerly awaited another chance to face them. Later, while acting as the gunner of a modified Soviet Union-era Mil Mi-24 &#039;Hind&#039; helicopter gunship, he chased the Black Lagoon into the mouth of a river that had a dead-end, then waited for them to return so that he could kill them.    What he didn&#039;t count-on was that Rock had formulated a risky plan to save his captors. In facing-off the gunship, the Black Lagoon used the sunken hulk of an old warship as a ramp and went airborne &ndash; with the gunship in front of them. Dutch, piloting the PT boat, then launched two of the torpedoes at it &ndash; with the fatal one hitting Captain square in the face before bringing the gunship down! 

Okajima Rokuro is a Japanese businessman in a town full of Japanese businessmen. His normal day consists of social drinking with clients and being kicked around by his bosses. He finally gets a break though, as he's sent by his company to the tropical seas of Eastern China to deliver a disc. But his boat gets hijacked by a band of mercenaries hired to retrieve the disc. Rock (as he is newly dubbed by his captors) catches the interest of the only female merc Revy as she thinks he's worth a ransom, taking him hostage. However, the disc that was stolen has a terrible secret that's unknown to Rock, which causes massive confusion and chaos for both him and his kidnappers.

Paul Dobson, of the brothers Dobson (himself, [Michael](https://anilist.co/staff/95562), and [Brian](https://anilist.co/staff/106848)), is an accomplished Canadian voice actor, one of the many who work with Ocean Group, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Paul is frequently cast in one of two roles: a brilliantly cunning, evil villain, or a thuggish strong guy. He also plays characters that provide some sense of comic relief, usually a minion of some kind of relatively small size.  Arguably, Paul's most notable role as a villainous character would be Naraku from InuYasha, with the manipulative Sideways from Transformers: Armada and the vicious dark-hunter Nidhiki from Bionicle 2: Legends of Metru Nui as close seconds. As the tough guy, he is recognized as the elder Enzo Matrix from ReBoot, and the unstoppable Juggernaut from X-Men Evolution. His prominent comedic roles are Myoga from InuYasha, and Howdy from Hamtaro, as well as Happosai from Ranma ½. He commonly acts alongside his brothers, such as during the hit Bionicle movies B2 and B3, in which he also played Toa Whenua (a strong-guy character), as well as during Ranma 1/2 and Hamtaro. He had voice Doctor Doom in the Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes animated series.

Some of his video game roles, he can be heard as Sgt. Dwight Boykin in Dead Rising 2. Sometime in 2011 with the release of Marvel vs Capcom 3 & Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, he reprise his role as Doctor Doom, as well as voicing Shuma-Gorath.
