Captain, as he&#039;s known by his fellows, is a mercenary under contract with the Extra Order Company, a private security firm that was contracted by Kageyama of Asahi Heavy Industries. His job &ndash; eliminate the Lagoon Company, as well as their hostage Rock, mainly because of the computer disc Rock was carrying when he was taken.    A veteran of the Liberian Civil War of the 1990&#039;s, Captain is an experienced soldier, with no qualms about killing anyone he was hired to kill. He&#039;s also a thrill-seeker, always looking for a worthy opponent to face-off against &ndash; which proved to be his undoing.    The first attack against the Lagoon Company was at the Yellow Flag Bar. Captain and his fellows staged a hit from outside, killing most of the patrons. What they didn&#039;t count-on was Revy and Dutch, as well as a very irate Bao (because his bar was getting shot-up and threatening to make the Lagoon Company pay for the repairs and restocking), making a counter attack, killing sixteen of the mercenaries and wounding eight. The way the EO mercenaries were defeated impressed Captain, and he eagerly awaited another chance to face them. Later, while acting as the gunner of a modified Soviet Union-era Mil Mi-24 &#039;Hind&#039; helicopter gunship, he chased the Black Lagoon into the mouth of a river that had a dead-end, then waited for them to return so that he could kill them.    What he didn&#039;t count-on was that Rock had formulated a risky plan to save his captors. In facing-off the gunship, the Black Lagoon used the sunken hulk of an old warship as a ramp and went airborne &ndash; with the gunship in front of them. Dutch, piloting the PT boat, then launched two of the torpedoes at it &ndash; with the fatal one hitting Captain square in the face before bringing the gunship down! 

While little is known about Gauron at the present, he is Sousuke&rsquo;s strongest and most formidable enemy throughout the TV series. He&rsquo;s a terrorist of the highest caliber sponsored by a mysterious organization, but little is known about Gauron&rsquo;s benefactors other than the fact that they appear to be more formidable and possess greater resources than even the notorious Soviet KGB. Believed to be Japanese, or at least of Asian ethnicity, Gauron and Sousuke have a long and bloodstained history together. He was once a captain in MITHRIL although he left before all the major characters entered. Sousuke left a big scar on Gauron&rsquo;s forehead when he and then Soviet Spetsnaz commander Major Kalinin ambushed Gauron in a sniper attack back in Sousuke&rsquo;s Afghan guerrilla days. This is but one of many battle scars Sousuke inflicts upon this vicious man slayer over the course of the series.

Brad Wong, a.k.a. "Blood War", is an assassin who is credited for killing 327 men.  However, in the series he was released from prison after serving for 5 years.  To him, peacetime is too boring for him, and relishes the thrill of battle.  He is also the best friend of Cannon Vulcan, and joins him in the Lightning group after leaving the Volcano group.     ~!  After Vulcan shows Blood War the Necrolization process, created by Dr. Tokioka, and how it can create almost invincible soldiers, Blood War then kills his entire group and has them Necrolized.  He then has them sent against Millennion - with a little information from an inside spy within the group, Vulcan's little brother Balladbird Lee - and succeeds in killing two top members.    However, in battle with Brandon Heat and Bunji Kugashira, Blood War discovers a major flaw in the Necrolization process... it only lasts a week before the men break down into pieces.  Not willing to give up, Blood War then takes a Necrolization serum before killing himself.  However, the Necrolized Blood War was later destroyed by Bear Walken and his Overkill squad.!~

Mashiba Ryo is one of the darker characters in the series, but has shown his lighter and good natured side from time to time. He lives with his sister, Kumi Mashiba, whom he is very protective of. Their parents are deceased, having died in an accident when Mashiba was in school. He is well known for his hitman style of boxing that utilizes one of his specialties, the flicker jab; both of which appear to be modeled after Thomas Hearns. His other specialty is a close range chopping right.

Under disguise of a newly assigned priest from the small village of Cheddar concealed a dangerous vampire, he silently killed several people until villagers were able to expose the culprit, unfortunately for them, that only resulted in a slaughter to vampire's great delight.  What had happened in Cheddar did not escape the attention of the local authorities who sent there a police squad with a young police officer Seras Victoria, nor it escaped the attention of Hellsing organization and their best expert in supernatural threats, Alucard.  For Cheddar Priest it only left to wait for them accompanied by his new ghoul minions, an armed pack of mindless animated corpses, those who fell prey to the vampire.

Andrei practices an almost &quot;zen&quot; coaching style, in which he appears to be doing very little and motivates the team primarily with cryptic comments and instructions. The other team members do not know about Andrei's past prior to his joining team Satomi, apparently as a result of Andrei's contracts with unknown persons, but a promise that Andrei makes to Takeshi suggests that he could have connections with or be Rocket G. It was recently revealed that he is actually the Rocket himself and used to race with Sir Hamgra of Team Velshtein. He substitutes for Amy after she is injured during Satomi's race against White Snow, and plays Midfielder during their matches against Velshtein and Skylark. Despite being way out of practice, he manages to hold his own during the races and even manages to surprise a few people. It is noted, however, that despite his pacifistic coaching style, he's not above using some 'questionable' tactics on the field; he intentionally spins out his mech and crashes into and destroys two of Velshtein's mechs during the speed round of their race to ensure that Satomi doesn't lose. Turns out that he had a daughter and wife but they had left him. Recently however, due to his more positive lifestyle gained from coaching Team Satomi, they have come back and are living together once more.

From Nikko, Tochigi and rated as one of the best drivers in the series, Kyouchi Sudou is the team leader and driving ace of the Lancer Evolution-only Emperor team. He drives a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution III powered up to 350 hp equipped with a WRC style misfiring system. In his philosophy a car must have a high power turbo and all-wheel drive.    He is also a graduate of the racing school, the Toudou Juku.

Keigo Kurusu is a police officer, so it follows with reason that his diary relates to his work. The "Investigation" diary gives Keigo information of future crimes and activities committed anywhere within the prefecture he is assigned to. Whether or not this means his diary can record events that will happen simultaneously in different locations is still up in the air. Its major flaw is a location issue; his diary is rendered useless at predicting anywhere outside his patrolling district.  

 ~!Calm, cool and collected, Keiga at first does not appear to care about winning the game. His goal is only to stop the murders being caused by it. He makes an effort to recruit some of the other diary holders into his cause, including First and Second. As the series progresses however, MurMur gives him information of his sons imminent death before he should have known to make him more active in the game. He was chosen by Deus to balance out the criminals and maniacs that are also taking part in the game.!~

 ~!Finally identified in episode six, Tajimamori is the previous Guardian of Yggdrasil and father of Apos. According to a legend told in episode five, he was once tasked by an emperor to find a Fruit of Time for him but when he discovered it, the emperor already died. The legend is apparently based upon Shinto myths. As a Guardian of Yggdrasil, he doesn&#039;t age but isn&#039;t invulnerable like the immortals. He can grow angelic wings like Apos and his presence has the same effect on Mimi as an angel&#039;s, but he doesn&#039;t exhibit the primal savageness of angels. He is seen talking to Rin on the phone throughout the series, often in an intimate or fatherly manner. He is revealed to be the progenitor of the Maeno line which tied all his descendants&#039; fate to Rin&#039;s. Mimasaka Koushirou is the doctor that took care of Kanako after her surgery.   ~! Kyogokudou said that Profesor Mimasaka was a scientist who had been doing experiments during the Second World War. He wanted to create a 'mechanical human' in order to make Japan succeed in the war. But, because it cost too much money, he finally was not able to do it.  It is revealed that his wife was Mimasaka Kinuko, the mother of Yuzuki Youko. Kinuko, even thought professor Mimasaka took care of her, wanted to get a divorced. Then Youko, who was in love with her father, tempted him and they had a daughter: Yuzuki Kanako, although this was never told to her, to avoid her from suffering.   Also that giant box with machines around it was the mechanical human that Mimasaka made. A human´s head was put into a box and them all the other building did the rest of the functions that are normally done by a human body.  First Kanako was put there after the accident, and Mimasaka having cut both her arms and legs (even thought Youko didn´t want to) put her into the box and gave it to a worker so that he transferred it to another place. But Amemiya san found it, killed the worker and took Kanako away.  After that Kubo Shunko having killed lots of girls trying to do the same Mimasaka did, but failed. So, he went to Mimasaka´s box and asked him to put him inside there. Thought to him being in a good physical state the experiment came out well.   At the end, when escaping with Youko and Kubo (in the box) Mimasaka was killed. Kubo came out of the box and bit him until death, which caused Youko to cut his neck and died.!~

Mr. Stone (Japanese: ツワブキ社長 President Tsuwabuki) is the president of Devon Corporation and father of Steven Stone.     Mr. Stone appeared in one episode of the Pok&eacute;mon anime. His English voice actor is Ted Lewis and his Japanese voice actor is 田中正彦 Masahiko Tanaka.    Stone appeared in Stairway to Devon. He helped out Max after he accidentally spilled soda on the Pok&eacute;Nav. While wandering through Rustboro City, he bumped into Mr. Stone, who was showing off some toys he had made to the local children. The man introduced himself as Mr. Stone, an employee of Devon Corporation - the company that makes Pok&eacute;Navs. Mr. Stone had to return to Devon Corporation due to an emergency, but he invited Max to visit later.    Max found the gigantic Devon building, and asked to see Mr. Stone. Unfortunately, the receptionist said he was busy. Max tried to think of some way he could see Mr. Stone to get the Pok&eacute;Nav fixed.    Mr. Stone was meeting with an Officer Jenny, who wanted to warn him of a villainous team who wanted to steal something from Devon. Mr. Stone then found Max, who had hidden in the building, and had one of the Corporation&#039;s technicians repair the Pok&eacute;Nav. Max was surprised to find out that Mr. Stone was actually the president of Devon. Mr. Stone explained some of Devon&#039;s products, and Max explained how he had broken his Pok&eacute;Nav. Mr. Stone took Max on a tour of the laboratories, pointing out a project to revive extinct Pok&eacute;mon from fossils.    Mr. Stone noticed a suspicious scientist and he and Max decided to follow him. Max accidentally alerted the strange man to their presence, causing him to flee. Mr. Stone called security and found out some amber containing prehistoric Pok&eacute;mon DNA had been stolen.    Ash, May, and Brock had heard of the situation and helped confront the thief on the route. Team Rocket ended up accidentally defeating the thief, and Max was able to recover the amber in the confusion. Officer Jenny explained that the thief was a member of Team Aqua. A priest for the church of Mauser, Berkens is a laid back guy who doesn&#039;t take his duties seriously, nor does he approve of the church&#039;s overzealous pollicy in dealing with anyone who doesn&#039;t follow the church of mauser. While he doesn&#039;t personally believe in Mauser, he does believe that people need something to believe in. He travels with Pacifica and her group for a while on a mission to search for heretics, but leaves soon after when he finds that the heretic village to filled with just ordinary people. He also knows that Pacifica is the scrapped princess, but says he isn&#039;t interested in turning her in. Sometime after he returns to the capital, he later helps Raquel search for Pacifica, posing as her father. Just before the peacemaker&#039;s attack on the capital, Berkins becomes the personal escort of Prince Forsis when the prince is transferred to the nearby holy city, and consequently, his confidant and trusted messenger.     ~!It is revealed that Berkens possesses the &quot;guardian gene&quot;!~

Ryunosuke Umemiya, usually called "Wooden Sword" Ryu, is a character in the anime and manga Shaman King. In the English anime, his name is Rio. A direct translation of his nickname reads "Dragon of the Wooden Sword". He is a Capricorn. He usually wears exaggerated 1970s fashion: white suits and dark shirts with oversized collars, cuffs and lapels, plus pointy shoes. His battle outfit consists of a vest-styled shirt that exposes his stomach and pants that occasionally puff out above the ankles. His crowning glory is a foot-long pompadour, which keeps getting lopped off by Yoh Asakura and others. Ryu's nickname comes from the fact he carries a wooden sword, or bokutō. In the English anime, he has a Hispanic accent.

Mohammed Tabarsi (Turbine) appears in Arabian robes. He seems to be a high-ranking follower and seems to be very loyal. He's usually the leader of his peers when sent out to make numerous attacks on Yoh's friends. He is later killed by Midori Tamurazaki (Mansumi Oyamada's main henchmen) while fighting Peyote. He along with Peyote were the only two of Hao's henchmen that could not be revived due to their bodies being too damaged to repair, even for revival.
