Called "ZERO = Mascchettiano" or "That guy/man" in Sora no Otoshimono he is an internationally wanted, Class-S criminal with a whopping $9.9 billion on his head. He's killed 20,000 people in three years. And he's been apprended zero times.  He is just reffered as "That guy" or "pigeon guy" by Sakurai Tomoki and he always appears in summer when there is a festival, were he always has one prepared already with the name of "JUDAS" at the top. He is always shown with pigeons reffering how he is introduced in the JUDAS manga (a big cluster of pigeons over him).  Also he likes to torture Tomoki with the president and he always ruins Tomoki's attempts to win a prize in any of the hosted tournaments.

Sakurai Tomoki has been having the same strange dream since he was a child and would wake up in tears. Sugata, an upperclassman at his school, believes the dream to be of the new continent. Later that night, while waiting under the cherry trees for Sugata and his childhood friend, an angel called Ikaros comes flying down and his peaceful life changes from then on.

Christopher Robin Sabat is an American voice actor, producer, ADR director, and line producer at Funimation. He provided voices for a number of English versions of Japanese anime series such as a number of Dragon Ball characters, including Vegeta, Piccolo, Yamcha, and some others. In Funimation's re-dubbing of One Piece, he voices Roronoa Zoro. Other major roles include Kazuma Kuwabara in Yu Yu Hakusho, Alex Louis Armstrong in Fullmetal Alchemist, Tatsumi Saiga in Speed Grapher, Kurogane in Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, Daisuke Jigen in Lupin the Third and All Might in My Hero Academia. In video games, he voiced Garland in Dissidia: Final Fantasy, Rundas in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Alex D in Deus Ex: Invisible War, and both Captain Smiley and Star in Comic Jumper. He is the founder and director of OkraTron 5000, an audio production company that provides support for some of Funimation's and other dubbing titles.

Sakurai Tomoki has settled into his life with the two angeloids, Ikaros and Nymph, and is enjoying himself immensely. However, he keeps having weird dreams and asks all of his friends to help him investigate the cause. 
Nymph conjures up a device that enables people, but not angeloids, to enter other people's dreams. The device malfunctions at first but eventually they get to what was supposed to be Tomoki's dream but discover that something is very wrong with it. 
Later, a meteor comes crashing down from the skies at the site of the large cherry blossom tree where Tomoki first discovered Ikaros. An extremely well endowed blonde angeloid with a huge sword emerges from the meteor and sets off in search of Tomoki!

Sakurai Tomoki is a normal student whose motto is "normal is the best". If there is one thing abnormal, it is that he often dreams of a girl whose face he cannot even remember, and when he wakes up from that dream, he would always be crying. He tried leaving it as just a dream... but one day, from the sky, an angel descended.
