Tatiana Wisla is the only child of "the proud and noble" Wisla house of Anatoray. At the age of seventeen, Tatiana left home to become a member of the newly-formed Anatoray Military Vanship Corps, a new military division dedicated to using vanships as weapons as opposed to just couriers and transports. She excelled in both piloting and dogfighting, quickly becoming one of the best vanship pilots in the sky, possibly second only to Alex Row. She sent all the extra money she made as an ace pilot back to her family so that her mother could care for her ailing father. Before too long, she found herself on the Silvana as Row's handpicked wing commander for his small vanship fighter fleet. She pilots a twin-engine vanship fighter which she painted red to distinguish herself from the other pilots as well as all other vanships in the sky.  Tatiana is second best to no one in her own mind, but her overconfident self-view is challenged when she meets Claus, whose piloting skills rival her own. From then on, her feelings toward Claus go on a roller coaster, making her feel anger, disgust, awe, respect, fear, and even attraction to the young vanship pilot. Her frosty aloofness is clearly a self-defensive façade; she suffers a mental breakdown of sorts after getting shot down over the desert, but recovers, and from that time she begins to show a greater depth of feeling, especially towards Claus, whom she develops a crush on.  In "Last Exile: Ginyoku no Fam" she is the commander of the Reaper Ship Sylvius and assigns Fam and Giselle, after they have failed to hijack the Sylvius, to capture fifteen ships of the Ades Federation, to buy back their freedom.

It's the dawn of the Golden Age of Aviation on planet Prester, and retro-futuristic sky vehicles known as vanships dominate the horizon. Claus Valca &ndash; a flyboy born with the right stuff &ndash; and his fiery navigator Lavie are fearless racers obsessed with becoming the first sky couriers to cross the Grand Stream in a vanship. But when the high-flying duo encounters a mysterious girl named Alvis, they are thrust into the middle of an endless battle between Anatoray and Disith &ndash; two countries systematically destroying each other according to the code of chivalric warfare. She is primarily known for her role in Blood+ as Saya Otonashi and singing "Tsuyogari," the third ending for the anime series Konjiki No Gash Bell!! She is also known to be an amateur manga artist in Japan in her spare time. Kitamura is affiliated with talent agency Early Wing and was formerly affiliated with Kaleidoscope.

Currently works in the music unit ARTERY VEIN with Asami Imai. Also provides the voice of CUL, a Vocaloid.

At this very sacred lake, the battle between the Ades Federation and the Turan Kingdom has just begun. The Ades Federation, armed with massive battleships and its sights set on conquering the world, declares war on the Turan Kingdom. With the Federation's troops encroaching on their beloved country, Turan now lies on the brink of collapse. As this is happening, the princesses of Turan look on as a small vanship named Vespa cruises above their heads.

A voice actress and producer specializing in televised anime. Harp was hired by FUNimation Entertainment in 2003 to voice the character of Tweedledee in Kiddy Grade. Since then, her work has included Sei in Burst Angel, Sanae in Akira Kurosawa's Samurai 7, Hibari Ginza in Speed Grapher and additional roles in Yu Yu Hakusho, Spiral, Fullmetal Alchemist, Case Closed, Desert Punk, Baki the Grappler, The Galaxy Railways, Negima, and BECK.    Her portrayal as Hibari Ginza in the 2006-2007 release of Speed Grapher won her an award in the ADR Awards as voted by members of the websites Dub Review and Anime on DVD.    Harp is also the inspiration for Aubrey Chorde, one of the main characters in the webcomic Something Positive by her friend R.K. Milholland. He claims he decided to make the comic after she told him to do "something positive" with his life. She currently lives and works in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area of Texas.
