Nero's younger brother. He welcomes Ronaldo into his family and he considers obeying the Graccia family as a way for the Vanetti family to have peace.

The "classic mafia drama" takes place during the prohibition era. In the Lawless district the law has no power, the mafia rule the streets, and the illegally made liquor flows freely. At one time Avilio lived in this district, but after a mafia dispute ended in the murder of his family, he went into hiding. Later, Avilio receives a letter from a mysterious person that ignites his passion for revenge and leads him to return to Lawless. There, he infiltrates the Vanetti family and gets close to Nero.

Justin Briner is an American voice actor and singer. He has provided voices for English-language versions of Japanese anime films and television series with Funimation. He is best known for his roles as Mikaela Hyakuya in Seraph of the End, Maki Katsuragi in Stars Align, Qwenthur Barbotage in Heavy Object, Izuku "Deku" Midoriya in My Hero Academia, Alfonso San Valiante in Garo: The Animation, Kensuke Hanasaki in Trickster, Ichi in the game Cibele, Sho Kusakabe from Fire Force and Hanako-kun from Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun.



The "Day 13" episode will contain three stories. The first story, "Toki no Asase" (Shoals of Time), will center on Nero and Vanno persuading Frate to skip mass with them and see the circus. 

The second story, "Subete no Kinou" (Yesterday Before Everything), will focus on Ganzo, as he meets a young man named Vincente at a bar, and asks Ganzo to do something for him. 

The third story, "Ashita, Mata Ashita" (Tomorrow, and then Tomorrow), is set after Nero and Avilio defeat Mad Mack and are on the way back to Lawless. Nero suffers from fever dreams, and Avilio nurses him back to health.
