An idol who loves the ocean, and is searching for his own way to live as a human being. He has a calm and carefree personality, and his home is the aquarium. He physically feels suffocated without water. With a softly swaying singing voice, his performances are relaxed.

Mild-mannered and mysterious, Kanata is one of the "Three Oddballs." The teachers often keep a close watch on him since his eccentric behavior stands out a lot, such as installing a giant fish tank and other enigmatic apparatuses in the academy as a part of the Marine Bio Club.

He's usually calm and takes it easy, but gets excessively excited when it comes to marine life. He seems obsessed with eating his food with soy sauce. He loves soaking in water and watching the ocean despite the fact that he cannot swim. Occasionally, he accompanies fellow RYUSEITAI member, Midori Takamine, to watch the sea.

Atsushi Kinugawa is a 3rd year at Binan High School and a member of the Earth Defense Club. He is known to have good grades, second to only Kusatsu. He also seems to have known Kusatsu since they were children, having called each other "Kin-chan" and "Atchan".

As a Battle Lover, his given element is Wind, and he transforms into the "Piercing Prince, Battle Lover Epinard" (Tsuranuki Ouji, Battle Lover Epinard).

Older brother, babysitter, and has a very close relationship with his toddler brother Kotarou. Both his parents died in a plane crash, now Kotarou and Ryuuichi live alone.

A weak, sickly boy who has mysophobia, so he can't eat any food. Although to compensate for his disease, his ability allows him to convert 'information' into nutrient which allows him to survive. He can accidentally kill people if his ability drains a target's information beyond their limit.

Kendou is new to the bookstore after being transferred from another branch. He has a smoothing voice and a charming personality compared to his co-workers. He handles customers and labor very well causing his co-workers to admire him.
