Gouki is a vicious and aggressive fighter who fights only to test his strength against his opponents. However, being a strict upholder of the code of the warrior, he usually only fights those who challenge him instead of picking fights.

The story follows a protagonist whose name is written with the characters for "Hoshizora" ("Starry Sky" in Japanese), but whose name is pronounced as "Nasa". On the day of his high school entrance exams, Nasa encounters a beautiful girl named Tsukasa. For Nasa, it feels like destiny is finally calling out to him that he will have a girlfriend, but things take a turn for the worse when Nasa is hit by a car and unable to attend his entrance exams. 
 
After Tsukasa helps the injured Nasa, he confesses his feelings to her, and she agrees to go out with him, but only if Nasa agrees to marry her first. A year later Nasa aces the entrance exams, but he decides to work a part time job and live by himself instead of going to school. After Nasa turns 18, Tsukasa re-appears, and their happy, romantic, and mysterious married life together begins.

The year is 1991 and 6th grader Yaguchi Haruo only has video games to live for. He's not popular in school and he's neither handsome, funny, nice nor even friendly. The only thing he has going for him is that he is good at video games. One day at the local arcade, he plays Oono Akira, a fellow classmate but who's popular, smart, pretty and a rich girl that absolutely destroys him at Street Fighter II. Not only does he lose to her 30 times in a row, he can’t beat her at any game. Haruo can’t seem to shake Akira off as she follows him from arcade to arcade everyday after school and beats him every time. CAPCOM has announced an anime feature based on its Street Fighter IV fighting game at Tokyo Game Show. 
The feature will show what happens to the characters after Street Fighter II, including: Cammy walking through the woods with a group of troops, Ryu awakening to his dark side, Sakura and Chun-Li fighting together against a gang of thugs, and Crimson Viper fighting against Ryu.

After a successful 12-year run as a radio personality in the Midwest and New York City, Dave moved to Los Angeles in 1984 to pursue a career in voice acting that has included commercials, film dubbing, looping, narration and voice characterization in countless cartoons. Dave provided the daily intros and voice of Baboo in "Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers" (1993) for Saban Productions and in 2007, was nominated for both Best Actor and Best Actor in a Comedy for the 1st Annual American Anime Awards held in New York City.

Ryu was warned of the dangers of the Dark Hadou, a foul energy that can overwelm a warrior and turn them into a heartless killing machine. But, Ryu's desire for fighting perfection seems to be drawing him down the path to the Dark Hadou and ultimately climax into a battle with a man named M. Bison. But Ryu has his best friend Ken and Rookie Interpol officer Chun-Li to see he his soul doesn't become corrupted forever.
