Goku is back with his new son, Gohan, but just when things are getting settled down, the adventures continue. Whether he is facing enemies such as Freeza, Cell, or Boo, Goku is proven to be an elite of his own and discovers his race, Saiyan. He meets many new people, gaining allies as well as enemies, as he still finds time to raise a family and be the happy-go-lucky Saiyan he is.

Christopher Robin Sabat is an American voice actor, producer, ADR director, and line producer at Funimation. He provided voices for a number of English versions of Japanese anime series such as a number of Dragon Ball characters, including Vegeta, Piccolo, Yamcha, and some others. In Funimation's re-dubbing of One Piece, he voices Roronoa Zoro. Other major roles include Kazuma Kuwabara in Yu Yu Hakusho, Alex Louis Armstrong in Fullmetal Alchemist, Tatsumi Saiga in Speed Grapher, Kurogane in Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, Daisuke Jigen in Lupin the Third and All Might in My Hero Academia. In video games, he voiced Garland in Dissidia: Final Fantasy, Rundas in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Alex D in Deus Ex: Invisible War, and both Captain Smiley and Star in Comic Jumper. He is the founder and director of OkraTron 5000, an audio production company that provides support for some of Funimation's and other dubbing titles.

After defeating Freeza, Goku returns to Earth and goes on a camping trip with Gohan and Krillin. Everything is normal until Cooler - Freeza's brother - sends three henchmen after Goku. A long fight ensues between our heroes and Cooler, in which he transforms into the fourth stage of his evolution and has the edge in the fight...until Goku transforms into Super Saiyan.
