Suikotsu has two, definite split personalities. One, a gentle, philanthropist doctor who looks after orphans; the other is a sadistic, Wolverine-wannabe killer that earns him spot in the Seven-Man Army. When his evil side takes hold he seems topossess a dry sense of humour and a insatiable desire for blood, while when his good side is in control he often hallucinates that he has blood on his hands. Ryouga is Ranma Saotome's eternal rival and a friend to him, the only one he has outright stated to truly consider as such, arguably the tritagonist, and one of the most powerful fighters in the series. Ryouga's most notable characteristic is that, like his parents (and even his entire family), he has no sense of direction whatsoever. He is unable to go the right way, often sticking to the letter of any directions given to him, regardless of whether the path eventually turns. He has an inability to understand even the simplest of directions or draw any legible maps, once running the wrong way at the start of a three-legged race or getting lost in Shampoo's house for hours; looking for the exit. He cannot even follow someone pointing in the correct direction.

Cye Mouri, known in Japan as Shin Mōri (毛利伸 Mōri Shin), is the oldest of member of the Ronin Warriors and normally one of the calmest. He has an Australian accent in the English dubbing.    Cye&#039;s family situation is similar to the other Ronins. His father died when he was young, his mother is an artisan (more exactly, a famous potter) who is often ill, and he has an older sister named Sayoko, who is married to a fellow whom Cye didn&#039;t like at first. However, the Ronins, Mia, and Yuli are like a family to him and Kento is his best friend.    His armor is the Torrent (known as Suikō (lit. Water) in YST) and his Virtue is Shin (Faith, also referred to as Trust). His weapon is a trident, whose prongs can close, allowing him to grab opponents from afar or cut through obstacles. The armor is also equipped with a tantō dagger and a claw-like weapon on the gauntlet, but he has, apparently, never used either of those. His elemental affinity is water and his surekill is Super Wave Smasher, (known as Chou Ryu Ha (Super Wave Crush) in YST). The attack is a powerful burst of water.    Cye&#039;s main opponent is Sekhmet, the Dark Warlord of Venom. However, in the drama CD, Suikoden, he encounters a villain named Toryuki, a demon living on Earth whose powers were similar to his. Cye is voiced by Michael Donovan in the English dub, and also voices Sage Date.    In the 3rd OVA, Message, Cye receives a new suit of armor and upgraded powers. Sage Date, known in Japan as Seiji Date (伊達征士 Date Seiji), is a member of the Ronin Warriors and considered the most mature and aloof member of the team. One of the key moments for this character takes place in the CD drama Korinden, when he questions whether or not he wants to be a Ronin Warrior.    Sage comes from a very traditional Japanese family, in which the women hold the power. He has a father who is a police officer, a mother, grandmother, grandfather, older sister Yayoi, and younger sister Satsuki. Satsuki is the most &quot;normal&quot; of the Date family and doesn&#039;t use proper Japanese language like her siblings.    In the OVA Gaiden, Sage was captured by Shikaisen and the Mad Scientist; his Halo Armor was used to kill people in New York, one of them being Runa&#039;s brother.    Sage wears the Halo armor, called Korin (literal translation: holy aura) in YST. His Virtue is Chi (Wisdom), which was changed from Rei (Courtesy) in YST. His elemental affinity is light. Sage fights with a nodachi, a Japanese broadsword. His surekill is the Thunderbolt Cut, called Rai Ko Zan (Lightning Strike) in YST. His thunderbolt has him gather a large amount of energy to his sword, and despite the name it&#039;s sometimes used as a thrust attack. It can also manifest as a burst of energy beams.    There is an interesting little story about Sage and it seems that he was vice-president of the Kendo club at his high school in ninth grade and the president in tenth grade. Because of the battle with Talpa (Arago) which occurred in the spring (that would be his second resurgence), Sage did not attend the Kendo tournament. A young man named Shingo (apparently a friendly rival of Sage&#039;s in the sport) won the championship that year and later wrote a letter to Sage, hoping that they&#039;ll meet at next year&#039;s tournament.    It was in this letter that Rowen and Kento got the idea to cut Sage&#039;s hair. Shingo had written that Sage didn&#039;t look bad with both eyes and asked him why he didn&#039;t cut his hair. Rowen and Kento chased Sage with scissors. They didn&#039;t read the rest of the letter where Shingo speculated that maybe Sage&#039;s victory was due partly to how intimidating Sage looks with both eyes showing. A shrewd, powerful, but ancient sorcerer, Zoken is the patriarch of the Matou family and is known to be the grandfather of Shinji and Sakura. He has amassed a large and extensive library of sorcerous knowledge, yet his lessons are strict and harsh. Zoken considers Shinji to be a disgrace of a sorcerer and believes Sakura may have more potential than her brother. 

The "Turtle Immortal" is an ancient and wise martial arts master and the first Earthling to wield the Kamehameha. Though he seems frail, he is a mighty warrior. Muten-Rôshi trained Grandpa Son Gohan, Ox King, Son Goku, Kuririn, and Yamcha. His home, Kame House, a shack on a small isolated island, serves as a gathering place for the Z Fighters and friends. He is a stock character, as he is both the archetypal wise old man and dirty old man, the latter being typical of shōnen anime. Sometimes he gets cranky, which further provides comic relief. He is bald, with a thick goatee and a thick mustache. Muten-Rôshi wears beach clothes or a martial arts suit and a turtle shell on his back. He usually wields a walking stick. An older go player who applied for the Go test. He plays against and defeats Hikaru during the test. Tsubaki has a large beard and is very loud; Tsubaki easily intimidates people. Hikaru and Tsubaki become friends and later asks Hikaru to carry on his dream.

Kirei Kotomine's 80 year old father, Risei is a priest in the Church and the regulator of the third and fourth Holy Grail Wars. A friend of Tokiomi Tōsaka's, Risei actively supports him and conspires to ensure that Tokiomi will obtain the Holy Grail in the war, despite the fact that as a member of the Church, he should be ensuring only someone who is worthy of the a powerful artifact like the Grail should be obtaining it.  While he is proud of his son, who has demonstrated himself to be a perfect heir, Risei fails to understand Kirei in any sense. He believes that his son, who has recently lost his wife of two years, may be able to find some purpose in life again by aiding Tokiomi during the Holy Grail War.  Both Risei and Tokiomi, upon discovering that Kirei's command mantra had appeared three years before the start of the war, both came to believe that Kirei was destined to provide Tokiomi with an additional Servant and associated command spells for the upcoming war. Without informing Kirei as to the true nature of the mark that appeared, they transfer Kirei from the Church to the Mages Association as Tokiomi's pupil. Neither man reveals to Kirei that he can also obtain the Holy Grail, instead telling the young man that he is performing a mission for the Church.   ~!According to Kirei Kotomine in Fate, his father died trying to protect him. As revealed in Fate/Zero, after Caster's defeat, Kayneth Archibald El-Melloi approached Risei to obtain additional command spells. After Risei reluctantly gives what Lord El-Melloi has come for, the Master shoots Risei and leaves him to die. As he dies, Risei leaves behind a message containing a secret password that will provide his son with all the remaining command spells Risei could give out. Kirei arrives to find his father dead and his father's final parting gift, and comes to the conclusion that Risei died trying to protect him. Though Kirei sheds tears realizing his father cared about him till the end, he finds himself feeling the same feelings he felt when his wife died - the desire to have seen them die.!~  (Source: Wikipedia)

Grandpa Son Gohan became the adoptive father and grandfather of Son Goku when he found him near the landing site of his space ship when he was an infant. Gohan was taught martial arts by Muten-Roshi and passed on his knowledge to Goku. Gohan warned Goku to never look at a full moon and to stay indoors on nights of one - implying that he had already transformed before and Gohan managed to survive the first time. He followed his advice for sometime until one night when Goku stepped outside to relieve himself; he then glanced at it, transformed into an Oozaru and killed Gohan by stomping on him. From that time on, Goku believed that Gohan's soul was in the Four-Star Dragon Ball.    ~!He is brought back by Uranai Baba during the Fortuneteller Baba Saga to make a point to Goku that he needs to train harder and make his tail work for him instead of against him. He also appears in the filler mini-saga "The Wedding arc" where he is an assistant to Annin and Goku must use the Magical Furnace to put out the fire on Ox King's castle. !~  He then only appears in flashbacks for the rest of the series. Grandpa Gohan is a playable character in Dragon Ball: Advanced Adventure and Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2.
