Crim is a powerful Long Arm, friend of Subaru who founded the Crimson Knights organization with her, but afterwards left it as he found it did not match his personality. Amiable, easygoing and sociable; he prefers to keep the real world and the game seperate. Keiichi is a student of the Nekomi Institute of Technology and a member of the NIT Motor Club. One day Keiichi accidentally dialed the Goddess Relief Office. Before he could begin to comprehend what on earth was going on the beautiful Goddess Belldandy warped into Keiichi&#039;s dorm to grant him a wish. Convinced his sempais (older classmates) are playing a prank on him as he has no luck with girls, Keiichi wishes for a girl like Belldandy to be by his side forever. Much to his surprise his wish is granted. Ever since, the two have been together. Belldandy&#039;s presence attracted a lot of attention not just in the mortal realm. Even though he may seem indecisive and very shy, when it comes to love he is very reliable.

Leader of the League of Black-suited Gentlemen. He claims to hate women yet he likes Maki because he thinks she&#039;s different. He&#039;s a good fighter and has great punching power. He once took down a bear with one punch. He has a technique where he can create an afterimage of himself attacking so the opponent will be fooled into acting prematurely. He had his first kiss stolen by one of his male subordinates, Nagato the long fist, while Nagato fights Fukamichi. Kinjiro is ranked ninth within the Fukamichi rankings.

The main protagonist and the storyteller of the series. 2nd Grade in Fumizuki Gakuen's Highschool, F-Class student.  Although he denies it, he is a rarely found 'fool' who even his own parents call him as "the fool over all the world." Not only are his grades the lowest, but he's really so stupid that he is titled the "Kansatsu Shobunsha (under observation)" from the school. For him his own safety is the most important thing and does not hesitate to use the most cowardly ways if needed, in circumstances where his harm is unnecessary.   However he also has a righteous heart that can stand up against for other friends (except Yuuji). Even going as far as selflessly putting himself in harms way to help others, with no significant gain in sight for himself. Though shown he can have a perverted/active side, he's usually peaceful, gentle, kind and quiet towards those around him, which gains him certain popularity.  On the outside he is quite a bishounen, but is frequently thought (mostly by female students) to look better in a girl's outfit, and such photos and merchandise of him are secretly sold by Mutsurini--dubbed the hidden idol "Aki-chan".  He admires Mizuki but does not even dream of receiving love from her. While Minami has a heart for Yoshii, he thinks that he is hated by her after a series of events that almost killed him.  He entered Fumizuki Gakuen because his parents thought it was cheap. Yoshii's parents live overseas because of work, and for this reason he lives by himself. With nobody looking after him, he used up all his money for personal use and therefore was living in a poverty. His main food used to be salt and water--until his older sister returned back to Japan. Thanks to her supervision he couldn't spend money as he wished so his meals became normal once again.  However because his sister and mother's housework abilities were zero, Yoshii is quite an expert when it comes to such areas. He is especially skilled in cooking.  He is right-handed but he used to be a lefty (so says he).  Although his shoukanjuu's battle level is the lowest, he can comfortably stand up against high-class shoukanjuus thanks to his fluent ability to control it. However, because he is the Kansatsu Shobunsha, the fatigue and damage experienced by his shoukanjuu is returned to himself, he tries to avoid summoning during battles if not necessary.  Shoukanjuu's weapon is a modified Gakuran and a wooden sword. The Occult version is "Dullahan (headless knight)", influenced from the feature that 'No head=fool'. As told by Gakuen Principal, he is the one that is "distorting the essence of the Test Summon System".  As a side note, Yoshii placed 8th of the male characters and 13th overall in the 2009 edition of "Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi!".  

Hair: Black  Weapon and Power: He carries a sword which he doesn&#039;t use very well. His one power is zooantropy.  Habit: Has this strange habit of eating anything he finds on the ground and then choking on it. Also note that when he is shouting out that he wants a woman that he will spiel a bunch of nonsense and then trip or fall on the ground.    The reluctant hero and leader of the Sorcerer Hunters, Carrot is the ultimate ladies man, but only in his own mind. The thousands of girls that slap him in the face don&#039;t discourage him on his endless search for love...or a quickie in bed, whichever he can get. The one place he can get love (Tira and Chocolate) is the one place he rejects it. Carrot is the comedy relief and although he seems like a perverted jerk most of the time he does have a good heart.

Shinji Hirako is the former captain of the 5th Division, preceding his lieutenant Sousuke Aizen. He distrusted Aizen from the day they met, and thus made him lieutenant so he could keep an eye on him. Shinji's character is somewhat comical, adding a bit of levity to situations that are otherwise serious. He seems to like annoying his associate, Hiyori Sarugaki, which usually earns him a slap from one of her sandals. He also appears to have a history of referring to cute girls he meets as his 'first love', complete with a deadpan look on his face despite the obvious lie (he apparently never did this with Hiyori, further annoying her).


From the moment Yukito is introduced, it is clear that Sakura has an enormous crush on him. She continually marvels that he can be friends with her &quot;barbaric brother.&quot;

~!Everyone involved, including Yukito himself, believes that his meeting Toya in junior high school three years ago had been coincidence. However, Yukito&#039;s nature as the false form of Yue also means that many of the things he thought he knew about himself are false. He lives in an elaborate house with his grandparents (the house is real, but the grandparents do not exist). In fact, it is unclear whether or not Yukito himself existed at all before his meeting with Toya and introduction to Sakura.

Yukito is peripherally involved in many of Sakura&#039;s adventures as the Cardcaptor, mainly because of Sakura&#039;s crush on him and his close proximity to the Kinomoto family. In the process, Yukito becomes the object of another juvenile crush; this one held by Syaoran Li. However, it is discovered later that Syaoran was just attracted to the magical energies of the moon residing within Yukito, as Syaoran draws his magical power from the moon.

Not until the last Clow Card is collected does Yukito&#039;s true form, Yue, emerge and challenge Sakura&#039;s right to the cards. Afterwards, the Yukito and Yue personalities coexist, with Yukito unaware of Yue&#039;s presence.

Unfortunately, the strain on Yue&#039;s energies becomes so great that even Yukito&#039;s massive consumption of food can no longer support it. Yukito begins to fall ill, becoming drowsy, falling asleep at the slightest opportunity, and eventually beginning to fade away altogether. The only thing that can save him is a massive infusion of magical energy, which Yue finally receives from Toya (whose earlier efforts to warn Yukito of his plight were continually interrupted by the aggressive Nakuru Akizuki).

Soon afterwards, Yukito listens to and very gently declines Sakura&#039;s confession. He has always been aware of Sakura&#039;s feelings but tells her that he believes they are more platonic (as Yukito resembles Sakura&#039;s father) than romantic. Sakura immediately realizes that &quot;the one (Yukito) likes best&quot; is in fact Toya. Earlier that day, Yukito had told Toya how alarmed he was that he had suddenly learned about the existence of the Yue identity and the falsehood of most of his memories, but Toya replies that it doesn&#039;t matter to him since the moments they have shared together are real. After Yukito rejects Sakura the two of them seem to adopt a brother-sister type of relationship.

In the manga, Yukito is last seen in the Kinomoto kitchen with Toya, helping to prepare breakfast. There&#039;s a similar scene in the anime series, where they&#039;re preparing lunch. This somewhat implies that Toya has come to fully understand Yukito&#039;s feelings for him and reciprocates them.!~

Yue is one of two guardians of Clow Cards and judges candidates to become the next master of Clow Cards. Yue's appearance is that of a young man with long, silver braided hair and violet cat-like eyes (blue in the anime). He has a pair of angelic wings that he can use to fly. Yue has jurisdiction over wind and water—the elements "under him" which in part draw on him for their existence. He is a capable fighter who can raise powerful magical barriers, send deadly crystal shards at his adversaries, draw up energy around his hands which seems to be able to cut like a blade, shoot energy arrows from an energy bow that he can summon at will, in addition to other magical attacks, such as telekinesis. On the outside, he acts very cold and aloof and is serious and intimidating.

Terada-sensei, as he is addressed by all of his students, is a teacher at Tomoeda Elementary School. Through the fourth grade and part of the fifth-grade year, he is the homeroom teacher of Sakura Kinomoto and every other recurring elementary student character. Terada appears to teach a variety of subjects, including physical education.

Takumi is a hikikomori and only attends school in order to fulfill the minimum for graduation requirements. He often and repeatedly notes that he is not interested in girls in the three-dimensional world and avoids conversations with others whenever possible. He prefers to engage in watching anime, playing eroge, and massively multiplayer online role-playing games. He is a second-year student at Suimei Academy. 

~!Out of egoism to not get killed he starts to investigate the so-called The New Generation Madness cases. Later in the story, he realizes that all he had lived for was fake and only happened in order for him to awaken his abilities. His catchphrase is: Whose eyes are those eyes.!~

The protagonist of City Hunter. Ryo is a combat expert, having fought as a guerrilla in numerous conflicts alluded to throughout the series, and has a long history of working in the underground. He carries a Colt Python. His mysterious past starts with him being the only survivor of a plane crash in Central America as a toddler. The crash left him an orphan in a rebel village during a civil war, prompting him to learn to fight at a young age. As a result, he has very little information on his true parentage, or even his birthdate. (Later, Kaori Makimura unilaterally declared March 26 his birthday, as that was they day they first met). After the war he ended up in the United States, where he worked as a hired gun, but eventually he found his way to Tokyo, Japan. There he formed the "City Hunter" team with Hideyuki Makimura (Kaori's brother), and it's sometime after that where the manga/TV series' timeline begins.

A cowardly student that was regularly bullied by his schoolmates, especially after Akira helped him pick up his stuff they fell on the floor, seeing that alone makes him a &quot;traitor&quot;. He later becomes a vampire, seeming to love now that he is causing fear to people who bullied him. However, he soon sees that his life as a vampire is no different than when he was a human. After being confronted by Akira, he apologized for what he did before killing himself.

An ordinary, cheerful, and hot-blooded 6th grader chosen by the Aurin to protect the Earth from Alien invasion and becoming the boss of the Brave Fighters. Compared to the rest of the cast he has massive lapses in judgment and common sense.

Frequently appearing to be lethargic, sleepy, and unmotivated, Ryner is the protagonist of the story. He has black eyes and hair and is of slender build; is naturally talented in magic, hand-to-hand combat, arts of assassination, ancient lore, languages and symbols, and the bearer of Alpha Stigma (複写眼, アルファ・スティグマ?), an ocular ability which grants him the ability to analyze various forms of magic. Alpha Stigma bearers when activating their powers, have a pentagram with reddish hue appearing over their pupils. Because of this ability, in a world where magic forms differs from country to country and is a closely guarded secret, he has learned and acquired magic originating from different countries through battles with their mages. Although the Alpha Stigma are the weakest and most common type out of the five types of "Cursed Eyes (魔眼, Magan?)", primarily because the bearers don't live to adulthood to fully utilize their potential before they are slain after going berserk usually at a young age, Ryner's eyes are no ordinary Alpha Stigma.

At the beginning of the series, Shinichi is a 17-year old student at Teitan High School. He is already well-known as a brilliant young detective, the "Savior of the police force", for solving many difficult cases that the professionals could not. However, while investing 2 mysterious men, he is spotted and forced to swallow an experimental poison known as APTX 4869. This results in his body shrinking to that of a 6 year old.

Shinichi comes up with the alias Conan Edogawa after Arthur Conan Doyle and Edogawa Rampo and pretends to be a distant relative of Agasa's who places Conan in Ran's care. Ran's father Kogoro Mouri, owns a Detective Agency which Conan uses to his advantage to discover cases involving the Black Organization.

As Conan, Shinichi helps Ran's father solve cases by putting him to sleep and simulating Kogoro's voice using the special bowtie gadget Professor Agasa made for him. By solving cases one after the other, he helps build up Kogoro's reputation who will later on be referred to as "Sleeping Kogoro". He also spends a good amount of time with his Detective Boys fellows and solves many small cases with them and sometimes in the company of Professor Agasa.

Digimon Adventure:  Etemon was the first major foe other than Nanomon the Chosen Children had to battle with after their arrival at the Server Continent. With the help of his Dark Network, it was able to monitor everything which happens in its territory.  ~!In the end, it fused with the Dark Network and was defeated due to Greymon evolving to MetalGreymon. However, it was revived as MetalEtemon due to its own will power but was ultimately defeated by Zudomon's Hammer Boomerang and SaberLeomon.!~  Digimon Xros Wars:  Some Etemon serve Musyamon in the Shinobi Zone. They pretend to be Shoutmon's fans in order to find the Code Crown.

Son Gokuu is a boy we meet in a forest far from any civilization. He lives in this forest alone as his grandpa passed away, he only has this special orb-like object called a Dragon Ball to remember him by, which he will sometimes talk to as if it is his Grandpa Gohan. As the series continues, Gokuu meets Bulma, a brilliant teenage girl, and they go on a journey to collect these 7 magical dragon balls which actually have wish granting powers once all of them are collected. During this journey they meet and befriend Yamcha, Oolong, and Pu'ar, whose characters mirror those found in Wu Cheng'en's _Journey to the West_. Gokuu also encounters one his closest friends, Kuririn, and others during his time training. Participating in several World Martials Arts Tournaments, ~!Gokuu also battles foes-turned-allies such as Tien Shinhan and Chiaotzu, as well as the offspring of Demon King Piccolo named Piccolo Junior.!~

_Dragon Ball Z_ takes place 5 years after the defeat of King Piccolo and Gokuu's last world tournament. We come to find out that Son Gokuu was originally named Kakarot, and is born a member of a race of extraterrestrials called the Saiyans. Shortly following his birth, Gokuu was sent from his home, planet Vegeta, to prepare Earth for sale on the intergalactic market by destroying all its life but due to that injury to his head that caused him severe amnesia, Gokuu forgot his purpose, and instead started focusing on becoming stronger for a little more than the pleasure of it. He now has a son named Son Gohan (named after Grandpa Gohan) who is some what of a cry baby but has hidden potential. Throughout the series, Gokuu faces terribly strong opponents like other powerful Saiyans, Intergalactic Rulers, Androids, and Extraterrestrial Beings that give him fights like no other. Along with new enemies, Gokuu also gains new friends that help him in these situations.  

In  _Dragon Ball GT_, which was not based on Toriyama's manga, Gokuu is turned into a child by a wish on the dragon balls by Pilaf. The series revolves around him traveling around space to find the Black Star Dragon Balls with the help of his granddaughter, Pan, and Trunks. The series ends with Gokuu leaving for good with Shenron and returning one hundred years later to witness the match between Gokuu Jr. and Vegeta Jr.  

In  _Dragon Ball Online_ (which takes place 216 years after Dragon Ball Z, and unlike Dragon Ball GT, Toriyama had a lot of creative control over the story), a new villain by the name of Miira appears with the goal to obtain Gokuu's DNA.  In  _Cross Epoch_, the  _Dragon Ball_ and  _One Piece_ crossover one-shot, Gokuu is seen accompanying Luffy to attend a party hosted by Shenron from whom key characters from both series had received an invitation.!~
