Legato was recruited by Knives after the July incident to make Vash's life a living hell, though the nightmare doesn't really begin until about midway through the series. From that point on, this man continues to weave a living nightmare for Vash, not only on his own but also through the gang of eleven superpowered killers who are under his command: the Gung-Ho Guns.

Legato himself possesses a dark power: the ability to control people's bodies against their will. 
~!His favorite bit of poetic justice is to make gangs of people who oppose him shoot each other, and this special power is what finally forces Vash to cross the line he promised himself he'd never cross. By controlling some villagers and pointing their guns at Meryl and Milly, he forced Vash into a choice between two unacceptable options: either allow the girls to die, or take the only possible action to save them...and kill him.    

Legato's telekinetic powers come from the fact that he has Vash's left arm. When Knives shot it off, it was attached to Legato. This is why Legato can control other people's bodies (originally one of Vash's and Knives' powers) and can activate Vash's angel arm the same way Knives did in July.    

It is unclear how Vash's arm was transplanted to Legato, since Vash is a humanoid plant and Legato is human. One might think that perhaps Legato is also a humanoid plant, but it is made clear in the series that Legato is human and hates himself because of it. Thus we can only assume that Knives somehow "reconstructed" and modified Legato in some way.!~

Namikawa is the Vice President of Sales of the Yotsuba Corporation. He initially encourages the Yotsuba Kira. He is seen as the "most talented" of the board members who has the potential to &quot;make it to the top&quot; without Kira. He has a talent in shogi at the professional 4-dan level. He detests useless subordinates.

Chihiro's father. He is very optimistic and is unreasonably confident. Although Chihiro feels uneasy, he just goes into the tunnel they happened to find. He has a careless side, as he helped himself to the food in front of him. Because he ate the food intended for the gods, he was turned into a pig, as was his wife.

Young, talented engineer and Robert Stephenson's loyal right hand. His kindness does not betray a thirsty ambition.

Leader of a rival gang that took over much of the territory that belonged to Urameshi prior to his death. During the take over time, Sakamoto was taken over by a demon who turned out to be Yusuke's first capture after returning to the land of the living.

Elder Toguro is the oldest of the Toguro Brothers. He is very tiny, and usually rides on Younger Toguro&#039;s shoulder instead of walking. He is much more unpleasant than his younger brother, and can manage to anger the usually calm Younger Toguro. His goal in the tournament was to have every member of Team Urameshi dead, as well as their friends. In the second Character Popularity Polls in Japan, he was at 11th place with 421 votes.    Elder Toguro, along side his brother and Genkai, built a dojo together. After Kairen&#039;s attack, the three entered the Dark Tournament. After winning, the two wished to become demons. Sometime after this, they both became servants of Sakyo.    Elder Toguro&#039;s main ability is body manipulation, or rather changing the shape of it. He can reorganize the location of his bodily organs and shape himself into weapons for his brother, like swords or spears. He can create drills from his fingers and swords from his arm, and can also make &quot;puppets&quot; by transforming his arm into a miniature person. He also has very powerful regenerative abilities, managing to reform after being severed and attaining basic immortality.    Elder Toguro first appeared with his brother under Gonzo&#039;s leadership. When they fought against Kuwabara and Yusuke, Elder Toguro took the shape of a sword for his brother. After that he only makes a few background appearances until the final round.

Totomaru is part of the Element 4 group. He&#039;s a fire mage and can manipulate it to the point where he alters the state of fire even making it cold or extremely smelly. He carries a sword which he uses for close-combat. His nickname within the guild is The Great Fire. (wikipedia)

The previous Lord was a kind person and trusted the ones around him. He took a liking to humans and their traditions. He could at times be quite humorous calling Frankenstein a peacock, who returned him the favour by calling him a bugger. All in all, he seemed to have a quite easy going personality compared to his daughter, the current Lord. He displayed a fatherly nature towards her, nagging her for her unladylike behavior and warning her to be careful around guys since they can’t be trusted. He also cared for Rai and wished that he would become the next Lord instead of his daughter. He even gave Rai two silver crosses as a gift stating that it was a human tradition. One of them serves as Rai’s earring, the other one is located in Rai’s abandoned mansion in Lukedonia. His soul weapon is called Ragnarok. It takes the form of a beautiful decorated sword and it is supposed to be so powerful that humans associate it with the end of the world.  ~!The previous Lord went into eternal sleep 500 years ago, along with the other clan leaders, in order to free the next generation of their duty as Nobles and live their lives as they wish. He believed that it was time for the Nobles to change and leave it to the next generation. Gejutel said to Rai that the previous Lord had wished to see him one last time before going into eternal sleep, but that he was nowhere to be found. Kohaku, formerly known as The White Tiger, is a companion and contracted beast of Touya on his journey. She is one of the Four Heavenly Beasts and also the leader of the Magical Beasts.

Fraudrin is a demon who has been using Dreyfus' body as a vessel for the past 10 years. He is a secondary antagonist of the Kingdom Infiltration arc, having conspired to resurrect the Demon Clan with the help of Hendrickson. He is not an official member of the Ten Commandments.

Tengen is a very eccentric person, always wanting to complete actions as flashy as possible. Einzig is the call sign of the current administrator unit of Ex-Machina, therefore making him the Representative of the cybernetic race. Much like [Riku](https://anilist.co/character/123691/Riku-Dola), Einzig acts like a cold, emotionless figure to accept the self-sacrifices of his brethren. He buried his grief deep in his heart in order to stop the war but actually cared about his clusters and could even name individual units. It was revealed to [Sora](https://anilist.co/character/82523/Sora) that due to reflecting [Schwi](https://anilist.co/character/123690/Schwi-Dola)'s feelings toward Riku, Einzig developed an attraction to the Immanity king due to his striking resemblance to Riku. He frequently called Sora affectionate pet names and was even able to find his entire hentai collection.

Sawada Keizaburo is an affiliated fighter within the Kengan matches, typically for Murder Music. He represented Murder Music during the most recent Kengan Annihilation Tournament.

Sawada believes very strongly in manners, etiquette, and fairness, especially in regards to women, getting aggressively fierce when such things are called into question. He also gets extremely offended when referred to with homophobic slurs.

Yona is a member of the Knights of the Ashen Flame's Commando Unit.

He is a Third Generation, giving him the ability to ignite and manipulate flames from his palms and fingers. He can use his Ignition Ability to change the appearance of people's faces. He executes this process by using heat to control the blood flow in people's faces, and makes the capillaries and lymph nodes expand, and then uses localized edema to change the shape of people's faces, something he commonly calls art. He is also able to change his own appearance with ease. Using this same process, he can increase the temperature of someone's blood until they explode. Due to his age, it is speculated Yona is a non-human entity like the Preacher who does not age.
